Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an adaptive hanging pulley includes a hanging portion on which a roller is disposed and a base portion connected to the hanging portion and capable of swinging in an axial direction of a wheel shaft of the roller relative to the hanging portion, that is, the base portion is capable of swinging on both sides of the adaptive hanging pulley in a width direction. When the adaptive hanging pulley provided by the embodiment is used, the hanging part is installed in the guide rail (not shown in the figure) and can move in the guide rail along the extending direction of the guide rail (the roller rolls in the guide rail along the extending direction of the guide rail to realize the movement of the hanging part in the guide rail). The base portion is provided below the hanger portion and extends to the outside of the guide rail, and is used for fixedly connecting members such as a door panel that need to move relative to the guide rail (hereinafter, the base portion is described as an example of mounting the door panel). In the use, install the door plant on base portion under the dead weight effect for base portion is relative to the swing of stores pylon portion, with the best stress state of adaptation door plant, the door plant can be in the state of perpendicular to ground under its dead weight effect promptly. The invention overcomes the technical problem that the stress state of the door panel after installation is poor due to processing or assembly errors of the hanging pulley or the guide rail, can automatically adjust the door panel to be in a state vertical to the ground under the self-weight action of the door panel, can prevent the door panel from deforming and damaging, and prolongs the service life of the door panel.
Further, the hanging rack part at least comprises a hanging rack body 2, and a first connecting part is arranged on the hanging rack body 2; the base part at least comprises a base body 11, and a second connecting part matched with the first connecting part is arranged on the base body 11; first connecting portion and second connecting portion joint each other and both can swing relatively.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the first connecting portion in the present embodiment includes a positioning shaft disposed on the lower surface of the hanger body 2; the second connecting portion are including setting up in the constant head tank 111 of base body 11 upper surface, and when first connecting portion and second connecting portion joint, the location axle joint is in constant head tank 111. In this embodiment, the axial direction of the positioning shaft is parallel to the extending direction of the hanger body 2 (the extending direction of the hanger body 2 is parallel to the extending direction of the guide rail), and correspondingly, the extending direction of the positioning groove 111 is parallel to the axial direction of the positioning shaft. When using, the connection of hanger portion and base portion is realized through the joint of location axle and constant head tank 111, and the connection structure of location axle and constant head tank 111 also makes things convenient for the dismantlement between hanger portion and the base portion simultaneously, and in this embodiment, hanger portion and base portion can dismantle the connection promptly. In this embodiment, the positioning groove 111 penetrates through one end surface of the base body 11 in the extending direction thereof.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the main portion of the cross section of the positioning groove 111 is in the shape of a circular arc, and the width of the portion of the positioning groove 111 penetrating the upper surface of the base body 11 is smaller than the width of the main portion thereof, i.e., the cross section shape of the positioning groove 111 is vertically narrow-down and wide-down. In this embodiment, the positioning shaft is matched with the positioning slot 111 in shape, so that the positioning shaft is inserted into the positioning slot 111 from one end of the positioning slot 111 along the extending direction of the positioning slot 111 during assembly, and the mounting of the hanger part and the base part can be completed. The structural design of the positioning shaft and the positioning groove 111 can realize the connection between the hanging part and the base part on one hand, namely, the hanging part is not separated from the base part under the action of longitudinal external force; on the other hand, when the hanger part and/or the base part is subjected to an external force (a force perpendicular to the positioning shaft and the central axis of the positioning groove 111 and not intersecting the positioning shaft and the central axis of the positioning groove 111), the positioning shaft can rotate within the positioning groove 111 relative to the positioning groove 111, and the rotating shaft is parallel to the axial direction of the positioning shaft. In the door panel installation scenario applied in this embodiment, if the door panel initially installed on the base portion is inclined with respect to the ground, that is, the door panel is not perpendicular to the ground, then after the door panel is suspended, under the effect of gravity of the door panel, the base portion swings with respect to the hanger portion, that is, the positioning shaft rotates with respect to the positioning groove 111 until the door panel is perpendicular to the ground. The ideal installation state of the door panel (the door panel is vertical to the ground) can be automatically realized.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the relative rotation between the positioning shaft and the positioning groove 111, in the embodiment, an arc convex surface 3 is disposed on the circumferential side surface of the positioning shaft, and an arc concave surface 1111 is disposed on the inner wall of the positioning groove 111. When the positioning shaft is clamped in the positioning groove 111, the arc-shaped convex surface 3 is in sliding fit with the arc-shaped concave surface 1111. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the positioning shaft may be understood as having a cylindrical shape, and the main body portion of the positioning groove 111 is fitted to the cylindrical shape of the positioning shaft. The frictional force when locating shaft and constant head tank 111 rotate can effectively be reduced to arc concave 1111 and the convex surface 3 complex structure of arc, prevents to lead to the card to die because of frictional force is too big between the two.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the positioning shaft may be a spherical ball, and the positioning groove 111 is similar to a spherical hinge structure.
Of course, in other embodiments, the positioning slot 111 may also be disposed on the lower surface of the hanger body 2, and the positioning shaft is disposed on the upper surface of the base body 11, which is consistent with the working principle of this embodiment and will not be described herein again.
Furthermore, a guide head is arranged at the end part of the positioning shaft, the guide head is in a cone shape, and the small end of the guide head is arranged back to the positioning shaft. As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the guide head herein facilitates the positioning assembly of the positioning shaft with the positioning slot 111. In this embodiment, the guide head is preferably conical.
In this embodiment, the base part is arranged at the lower side of the hanging part; a first gap 4 shown in fig. 5 is provided between the upper surface of the base body 11 and the lower surface of the hanger body 2. In this embodiment, the width of the first gap 4 is 0.5-2 mm. Specifically, assembly and production errors among the components of the hanging pulley exist and are unavoidable, but the errors are not too large, that is, the relative rotation of the positioning groove 111 and the positioning shaft in a small range can eliminate the influence caused by the production and assembly errors of the hanging pulley, that is, the adjustment of the state of the door panel perpendicular to the ground can be realized through the relative rotation of the positioning groove 111 and the positioning shaft in a small range. Therefore, in order to prevent the door panel from swinging greatly during use, i.e. the positioning slot 111 and the positioning shaft rotate relatively in a large range, in the present embodiment, the width of the first gap 4 is preferably 1 mm. The first gap 4 can ensure the relative rotation between the positioning shaft and the positioning groove 111, and can prevent the overlarge rotation amplitude between the positioning shaft and the positioning groove, so that the safety is high.
Further, the upper surface of the base body 11 is an arc-shaped surface, or the lower surface of the hanger body 2 is an arc-shaped surface. In this embodiment, preferably, the upper surface of the base body 11 is an arc surface protruding upwards. The arc-shaped surface structural design can realize the rotation of the positioning shaft relative to the positioning groove 111 by a large margin under the condition that the width of the first gap 4 is small (the large margin is compared with the upper surface of the base body 11 and the lower surface of the hanger body 2 which are both planes), so that the compactness of the self-adaptive hanging pulley structure is ensured, and the safety is high.
In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the positioning groove 111 is a first limiting plane 7, and a second limiting plane 6 is configured on the positioning shaft; when the positioning shaft is clamped in the positioning groove 111, a second gap 5 is formed between the first limiting plane 7 and the second limiting plane 6. The width of the second gap 5 is slightly larger than the width of the first gap 4, so that the relative rotation between the positioning shaft and the positioning slot 111 can be ensured on the basis of the first gap 4, and the excessive rotation amplitude between the positioning shaft and the positioning slot can be prevented. The second gap 5 is slightly larger than the first gap 4 so that the second stop plane 6 and the first stop plane 7 are not in contact with each other in the case of an effective first gap 4. In case the first gap 4 fails (the first gap 4 is larger than the second gap 5) both will function.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 6, 7 and 8, the hanger body 2 is configured with a first limiting hole, and the base body 11 is detachably mounted with a first limiting shaft 13; when first connecting portion and second connecting portion joint, first spacing axle 13 extends to in the first spacing hole. In this embodiment, the first limit shaft 13 is a bolt, which penetrates through the base body 11 and is in threaded connection with the base body 11. When using, with first connecting portion and second connecting portion joint, when the location axle joint was in constant head tank 111 promptly, rotate first spacing axle 13 for it extends to first spacing downthehole, and first spacing axle 13 can be in the axial butt joint of location axle to the inner wall in first spacing hole, then first spacing axle 13 can be with the location axle in its axial positioning in constant head tank 111.
It should be noted that, for the convenience of installation, a gap is allowed between the first limiting hole and the first limiting shaft 13 in the axial direction of the positioning shaft, and the gap is in the range of 0.5-1.5mm, so that the installation accuracy of the base body 11 and the hanger body 2 can be ensured while the installation is convenient. And the first limit hole and the first limit shaft 13 have a large clearance in the axial direction of the wheel shaft of the roller (i.e., the swinging direction of the base portion relative to the hanger portion), which clearance is subject to no influence on the swinging of the base portion relative to the hanger portion. That is, when the upper surface of the base body 11 abuts against the lower surface of the hanger body 2 in use, the first stopper shaft 13 and the first stopper hole still have a gap in the swinging direction of the base portion with respect to the hanger portion.
Further, a second limiting hole is arranged on the hanger body 2, and a threaded hole 1112 for installing a hanging rod (not shown in the figure) for hanging a door panel is arranged on the base body 11; when the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are clamped, a hanging rod installed in the threaded hole (1112) extends into the second limiting hole. The hanger bar here fits into the threaded hole 1112 and is threaded into the threaded hole 1112. When the door hanging device is used, the inner end of the hanging rod extends into the second limiting hole, and the outer end of the hanging rod is used for hoisting the door plate. The cooperation of the inner end of the hanging rod and the second limit hole and the cooperation of the first limit shaft 13 and the first limit hole are consistent in working principle, and are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, the other end surface of the base body 11 is provided with a connector 12 for fixedly mounting the adaptive hanging pulley to a damping member (not shown in the figure). The connector 12 is provided with a shaping hole 121 for accommodating the guiding head. In this embodiment, the connector 12 is further provided with a through hole 122 for passing a bolt and fixedly mounting the damping member.
In this embodiment, the pylon body 2 includes a first sub-body 21 and a second sub-body 22 detachably connected, wherein a first half shaft 212 is disposed on a lower surface of the first sub-body 21, a second half shaft 227 is disposed on a lower surface of the second sub-body 22, and when the first sub-body 21 and the second sub-body 22 are connected, the first half shaft 212 and the second half shaft 227 constitute the aforementioned positioning shaft. Meanwhile, a first half-lead 2121 is disposed at an outer end of the first half shaft 212, a second half-lead 2271 is disposed at an outer end of the second half shaft 227, and the first half-lead 2121 and the second half-lead 2271 constitute the aforementioned guide head when the first and second divided bodies 21 and 22 are coupled. The first semi-conductive head 2121 and the second semi-conductive head 2271 can also play a fool-proof role, so that the first sub-body 21 and the second sub-body 22 can be prevented from being reversely assembled in actual use, and the work efficiency can be improved.
Further, the first half shaft 212 is provided with a first limit half hole 2122 and a third limit half hole 214, the second half shaft 227 is provided with a second limit half hole 2272 and a fourth limit half hole 228, when the first split body 21 and the second split body 22 are connected, the first limit half hole 2122 and the second limit half hole 2272 form the first limit hole, and the third limit half hole 214 and the fourth limit half hole 228 form the second limit hole.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the extending direction of the guide groove 211 is parallel to the axial direction of the positioning shaft, i.e., parallel to the moving direction of the adaptive hanging pulley in the guide rail. When in use, the inner side surface of the first division body 21 is opposite to the inner side surface of the second division body 22, the first division body 21 and the second division body 22 are staggered in the extending direction of the guide groove 211, and the force is applied to the first division body 21 and/or the second division body 22 to enable the guide protrusion 222 to be embedded into the guide groove 211 from the end part of the guide groove 211 until the first limiting half hole 2122 and the second limiting half hole 2272 form the first limiting hole and the third limiting half hole 214 and the fourth limiting half hole 228 form the second limiting hole. Finally, the hanger body 2 composed of the first and second sub-bodies 21 and 22 is mounted on the base body 11. The guide grooves 211 are designed to cooperate with the guide protrusions 222 to facilitate the quick assembly of the first and second sub-bodies 21 and 22.
