Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a purlin-free single-layer color steel plate roof structure and a method thereof.
Background
In conventional design, the color steel plate roof usually adopts the forms of a roof steel truss (roof steel beam), a roof purline system and a low-wave color steel plate. The space between the roof purlines is about 1.5m, and 1-3 single-layer or double-layer straight pull strips, diagonal pull strips and support rods are arranged among the purlines to form a stable plane structure. The roof system is light and convenient, is widely applied to practical engineering, and has the unique defects of a large number of roof purline system components, large workload of deep design, processing operation and high-altitude operation, and certain construction difficulty and danger.
In summary, the prior art also lacks a single-layer color steel plate roof structure and a method thereof which are convenient to install and do not have purlins.

The invention provides a single-layer color steel plate roof structure without purlines and convenient and fast to install and a method thereof.
To achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for a purlin-free single-layer color steel plate roof structure, which comprises the following steps:
s1, determining the type of the color steel roof panel and the distance between purlines;
s2, customizing components, dividing installation units and determining an installation sequence;
s3, sequentially mounting a plurality of roof trusses on the top of the structural column;
s4, installing transverse supports and longitudinal supports in the gaps of the plurality of roof trusses;
s5, installing a roof tie bar on the top of the roof truss;
and S6, installing the color steel roof panel on the roof tie bar.
Preferably, in step S5, the roof tie bar is engaged with the roof truss in an arc shape.
Preferably, the roof truss comprises a lower chord, two upper chords and a plurality of web members, and the upper chords are supported above the lower chord through the web members.
The invention provides a purlin-free single-layer color steel plate roof structure, which comprises a plurality of roof trusses, transverse supports, longitudinal supports, a roof tie bar and color steel roof plates, wherein the transverse supports and the longitudinal supports are arranged among the roof trusses, each roof truss comprises a lower chord, two upper chords and a plurality of web members, each upper chord is supported above the corresponding lower chord through the corresponding web member, the roof tie bar is arranged at the joint of the corresponding upper chord and the corresponding web member, and the color steel roof plates are arranged on the roof tie bar.
Preferably, the roof structure further comprises a gutter which is arranged at the edge of the roof.
Preferably, the lower chord of the roof steel truss and the joints of the transverse supports and the longitudinal supports form a mature first node, the first node comprises a plurality of X-shaped transverse supports, a plurality of longitudinal supports and a plurality of lower chords, the X-shaped transverse supports are arranged between the outermost 2 adjacent lower chords, and the longitudinal supports are arranged between the head and tail 2 adjacent lower chords.
Preferably, the joints of the transverse supports and the longitudinal supports of the upper chords of the roof steel truss form mature second nodes, each second node comprises a plurality of X-shaped transverse supports, a plurality of longitudinal supports and a plurality of upper chords, and the X-shaped transverse supports and the longitudinal supports are arranged between 2 adjacent upper chords at the head end and the tail end.
Preferably, a mature third node is formed at the joint of the roof tie bar and the upper chord member, the third node comprises a cylindrical upper chord member and a square roof tie bar, and the corner of the square roof tie bar and the connection surface of the square roof tie bar and the cylindrical upper chord member are cambered surfaces.
Preferably, the color steel roof panel is a high-wave plate.
The third aspect of the invention provides a specific design and construction method of a purlin-free single-layer color steel plate roof structure, which comprises the following steps:
