Further, in the embodiment, the cleaning device 20 further includes a spring 27, the spring 27 is located in the accommodating space 213, and one end of the spring 27 is fixed to the housing 21, and the other end abuts against one side of the fixing plate 231 close to the cleaning brush 232. As shown in fig. 5 to 8, when the cleaning assembly 23 extends out of the opening 215, the spring 27 is compressed and applies a force to the fixing plate 231 in a direction away from the opening 215, so that the fixing plate 231 is abutted against the housing 21, and the position of the cleaning assembly 23 is fixed and prevented from being displaced. In addition, when the cleaning assembly 23 needs to be retracted, since the cleaning assembly 23 is not connected to the rotating shaft 251, the spring 27 can provide a force to the fixing plate 231 in a direction away from the opening 215, so that the cleaning assembly 23 can be retracted into the accommodating space 213.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14 in conjunction with fig. 5 to 12, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a first portion and an adjusting device in a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of an adjusting device in the cleaning device shown in fig. 13. The limiting sleeve 2131 is provided with a limiting groove 2132, the spring 27 has an initial state and a compressed state, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, when the limiting structure 253 is located in the limiting groove 2132, the spring 27 is in the initial state, the cleaning assembly 23 is located in the accommodating space 213, i.e., the cleaning assembly 23 is not in contact with the inner wall of the outer tub 12, at this time, the washing machine is started, the cleaning assembly 23 is not in contact with the outer tub 12, and does not generate friction with the outer tub 12 or interfere the rotation of the outer tub 12; as shown in fig. 9 to 12, when the position-limiting structure 253 abuts against the side of the position-limiting sleeve 2131 close to the opening 215, that is, the position-limiting structure 253 moves towards the side close to the opening 215 and drives the cleaning assembly 23 to extend out of the opening 215, the position-limiting structure 253 is located between the position-limiting sleeve 2131 and the fixing plate 231, so that the fixing plate 231 compresses the spring 27, the spring 27 is in a compressed state, and a force in a direction away from the opening 215 is applied to the fixing plate 231, so that the position-limiting structure 253 abuts against the side of the position-limiting sleeve 2131 close to the opening 215.
Since the cleaning assembly 23 is still inevitably worn after long-term use and dirt is easily deposited in the housing 21, in the embodiment, the housing 21 includes the first portion 211 and the second portion 212, the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 are enclosed to form the accommodating space 213, and the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 are detachably connected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 9, the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 may be connected to each other by a connection member 2115, that is, the connection member 2115 penetrates the first portion 211 to connect with the second portion 212, or the connection member 2115 penetrates the second portion 212 to connect with the first portion 211, so that the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 are connected, and the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 may be separated by detaching the connection member 2115.
Since the case 21 is mounted to the inner wall of the inner tub 11, not between the inner tub 11 and the outer tub 12, the case 21 is easily disassembled. When it is desired to replace the cleaning assembly 23 or clean the interior of the housing 21, the connection 2115 is simply removed to separate the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 to open the housing 21 for replacing the cleaning assembly 23 or cleaning the interior of the housing 21.
It can be understood that the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 can also be clamped with each other by the clamping portion 227, for example, a protrusion is disposed on the first portion 211, a slot is correspondingly disposed on the second portion 212, so that the protrusion is clamped in the slot, so that the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 are clamped, and a limiting component can be added in the protrusion or the slot to increase the connection stability of the first portion 211 and the second portion 212.
Further, referring to fig. 5 to 12, in the present embodiment, the first portion 211 is provided with a groove 2111, the rotating shaft 251 is inserted into the housing 21 along the groove 2111, an adjusting disc 257 is disposed at an end of the rotating shaft 251 away from the fixing plate 231, the adjusting disc 257 is located in the groove 2111, the adjusting disc 257 can rotate along an axis of the rotating shaft 251 and can move along an axial direction of the rotating shaft 251 to drive the rotating shaft 251 to rotate or move along the axis, so as to drive the limiting structure 253 to move, so that the limiting structure 253 can abut against different positions of the limiting sleeve 2131.
Specifically, in order to distinguish the rotation angle of the adjustment dial 257, the adjustment dial 257 has a diamond shape, and the user can determine the position of the cleaning assembly 23 according to the angular orientation of the rotation rear edge of the adjustment dial 257. It is understood that the adjustment plate 257 may have other shapes, so that the user can easily recognize the rotation angle of the adjustment plate 257.
When it is required to wash the outer tub 12, the user may press the adjusting plate 257 to push the rotating shaft 251 to move toward a side close to the opening 215, so that the limiting structure 253 on the rotating shaft 251 is away from the limiting groove 2132 on the limiting sleeve 2131, and at the same time, the rotating shaft 251 pushes the fixing plate 231 to move toward a side close to the opening 215, the cleaning brush 232 protrudes out of the opening 215 and the spring 27 is compressed; after the limiting structure 253 is separated from the limiting groove 2132, the adjusting plate 257 is rotated to drive the limiting structure 253 on the rotating shaft 251 to rotate, when the limiting structure 253 rotates to a certain distance away from the limiting groove 2132, the adjusting plate 257 is loosened, the spring 27 pushes the fixing plate 231 towards one side away from the opening 215, so that the fixing plate 231 and the rotating shaft 251 move towards one side away from the opening 215 through the elastic force generated by the compression of the spring 27, and the limiting structure 253 on the rotating shaft 251 abuts against one end of the limiting sleeve 2131 away from the first portion 211 through the elastic force provided by the spring 27, so that the cleaning assembly 23 is fixed at the extending position.
It will be appreciated that a notch 2111 is provided in the first portion 211, and the adjustment dial 257 is positioned within the notch 2111 regardless of whether the cleaning assembly 23 protrudes out of the opening 215, thereby preventing the adjustment dial 257 from interfering with the laundry or the laundry from being entangled around the adjustment dial 257 while the laundry is being washed.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, in the present embodiment, a position-limiting portion 2123 is disposed in the accommodating space 213, the position-limiting portion 2123 is disposed on a side of the second portion 212 of the housing 21 facing the first portion 211, and the position-limiting portion 2123 can limit a moving position of the fixing plate 231, that is, a length of the whole cleaning assembly 23 extending out of the opening 215. When the cleaning assembly 23 moves toward a side close to the outer tub 12 and contacts the inner wall of the outer tub 12, the fixing plate 231 abuts against the stopper 2123 to prevent the cleaning assembly 23 from extending out of the opening 215 for too long. It can be understood that, if the limiting portion 2123 is not provided, since the user cannot see between the inner barrel 11 and the outer barrel 12, when the cleaning brush 232 extends out of the opening 215, the extending distance of the cleaning assembly 23 may be too long, the cleaning brush 232 excessively contacts the inner wall of the outer barrel 12, and the cleaning brush 232 is branched and bent, which is not beneficial to cleaning.
Referring to fig. 5 to 9, when the cleaning assembly 23 is retracted into the housing 21, the limiting structure 253 is located in the limiting groove 2132, and the fixing plate 231 can abut against a side of the limiting sleeve 2131 close to the second portion 212 to limit the movement of the fixing plate 231. Referring to fig. 6 and 10, a stopper 2113 is further disposed on a side of the first portion 211 facing the second portion 212, and the stopper 2113 may have any shape. When the fixing plate 231 abuts against the limiting sleeve 2131, the limiting block 2113 also abuts against one side of the fixing plate 231 close to the first part 211. The spring 27 applies a force to the fixing plate 231 away from the opening 215, and the stopper 2113 can support the fixing plate 231, so as to prevent the fixing plate 231 from being deformed due to the fixing plate 231 being bent by the spring 27, and the cleaning brush 232 from being difficult to contact with the outer tub 12.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the inner tub 11 is provided with a fastening hole 113, the shell 21 is provided with a fastening portion 227, the fastening portion 227 is located on a side of the second portion 212 far away from the first portion 211, and the fastening portion 227 can be fastened with the fastening hole 113, so that the cleaning device 20 is fixedly connected with the inner tub 11. The casing 21 is fastened to the inner tub 11 to be easily removed by a user, and the user may detach the washing device 20 from the inner tub 11, separate the first part 211 and the second part 212 of the casing 21, and replace the cleaning assembly 23 or wash dirt inside the casing 21.
It is understood that the fastening portion 227 can be a hook structure, and the hook structure can extend along the fastening hole 113 and abut against the outer wall of the inner barrel 11 through the hook structure to limit the movement of the cleaning device 20.
