The invention is reasonable and can effectively remove the odor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production process of a fabric, in particular to a dip-dyeing processing process of the fabric.
Background
The fabric needs to be dyed in the production process, the fabric needs to be soaked before dyeing, and the existing process does not have a step of removing the smell because the fabric has strong pungent smell.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a reasonable dip-dyeing processing technology for fabric capable of effectively removing odor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a fabric dip-dyeing processing technology comprises the following steps:
a. preparing materials: the polyester fiber, the spandex fiber and the cotton fiber are spirally wound with one another to construct yarns, and then the yarns are woven by a loom to obtain gray cloth;
b. soaking: conveying the gray cloth into a soaking barrel for soaking, and adding a deodorant for deodorizing the gray cloth;
c. dyeing: and (5) conveying the soaked blank to a sizing and dyeing device for dyeing.
The invention is further configured to: the soaking barrel comprises a barrel body, a containing part and a motor, the motor controls the containing part to rotate in the barrel body, the containing part is provided with six hollowed-out stations, the containing barrel is detachably connected in the stations, and the containing barrel is provided with a plurality of through holes.
The invention is further configured to: the storage barrel is internally provided with a plurality of guide posts for sequentially winding the gray cloth, the middle parts of the guide posts are of hollow structures, and a plurality of notches are formed in the guide posts around the peripheral walls of the guide posts along the length direction of the guide posts.
The invention is further configured to: the guide posts are eight in number, and when the blank cloth is wound with two adjacent guide posts, the blank cloth penetrates through the notch of one guide post and then winds around the outer peripheral wall of the other guide post for a half circle.
The invention is further configured to: the guide post comprises a post body and limiting plates arranged at two ends of the post body, and the notches are provided with six notches and start on the post body.
The invention is further configured to: a can dismantle on the guide post that is used for greige cloth head end and end-to-end connection and be connected with and compress tightly the piece set up the opening that supplies the clamping piece to run through on the limiting plate to compress tightly the piece and stretch into the head and end extrusion to the greige cloth in the cylinder.
Compared with the defects of the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
and adding a deodorant into the soaking solution during soaking to remove odor of the gray cloth.
After the gray cloth is unfolded through the storage piece and the storage barrel, the storage piece is driven to rotate by the motor, and the odor removal effect on the gray cloth is improved.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are further described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The invention comprises the following steps:
a. preparing materials: spirally winding polyester fibers, spandex fibers and cotton fibers to construct yarns, and then weaving the yarns by using a loom to obtain gray cloth;
b. soaking: conveying the gray cloth into a soaking barrel for soaking, and adding a deodorant for deodorizing the gray cloth;
c. dyeing: and (5) conveying the soaked blank to a sizing and dyeing device for dyeing.
The soaking bucket includes staving 1, receiver 3 and motor 2. The motor 2 is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body 1, and the output shaft of the motor 2 is connected with the accommodating part 3, so that the motor 2 controls the accommodating part 3 to rotate in the barrel body 1.
The accommodating part 3 is provided with six hollow stations 30, an accommodating barrel 4 is detachably connected in the stations 30, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the accommodating barrel 4.
Be equipped with a plurality of guide posts 5 that are used for the gray cloth 11 to twine in proper order in the containing cylinder 4, guide post 5 includes cylinder 51 and arranges limiting plate 52 on its both ends in, and the breach has six and sets up on the cylinder.
The middle part of the guide post 5 is of a hollow structure, and a plurality of notches 50 are formed on the guide post 5 along the length direction and around the peripheral wall of the guide post.
Eight guide posts 5 are provided, and when the gray cloth 11 is wound around two adjacent guide posts 5, the gray cloth penetrates through the notch of one guide post 5 and then winds around the outer peripheral wall of the other guide post 5 for half a circle.
Expand it around guide post 5 through greige 11, when making things convenient for motor 2 drive receiver 3 rotatory, the smell removing agent can be effectual removes the flavor to greige 11.
A guide post 5 for 11 head ends of embryo cloth and end-to-end connection is first guide post 5a, can dismantle on first guide post 5a to be connected with and compress tightly 6, offers the opening that supplies the packing piece to run through on the limiting plate to compress tightly the piece and stretch into the cylinder and extrude the head and end of embryo cloth 11.
The pressing member 6 has magnetism, the first guide post 5a has magnetism, and when the pressing member 6 presses the greige cloth 11, the generated magnetic force can adsorb the greige cloth 11 in the guide post 5.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art should be able to make general changes and substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention.
