firstly, 65% of base oil, 6% of dodecahydroxystearic acid and 1% of azelaic acid are sequentially added, then the mixture is uniformly stirred and heated, 1% of lithium hydroxide and 0.2% of calcium hydroxide are added, the mixture is stirred and heated to 100 ℃ and then dehydrated, the rest base oil is added after the mixture is heated to 210 ℃, and the composite lithium-calcium base grease can be prepared after cooling, homogenizing and degassing.
2) Then, 11% of tackifier, 1% of oiliness agent, 1% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.2% of antioxidant and 8% of graphite additive are added into the prepared composite lithium-calcium-based grease in sequence, and the mixture is fully mixed and stirred.
3) When the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product.
The second embodiment:
the heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight:
composite lithium calcium grease: 70.5 percent;
tackifier: 13 percent;
an oiliness agent: 3 percent;
extreme pressure antiwear agent: 3 percent;
antioxidant: 0.5 percent;
graphite additive: 10 percent;
the composite lithium calcium base grease comprises:
base oil: 86.5 percent;
dodecahydroxystearic acid: 8 percent;
azelaic acid: 3 percent;
lithium hydroxide: 2 percent;
calcium hydroxide: 0.5 percent.

1) preparing a composite lithium-calcium base:
firstly, 65% of base oil, 8% of dodecahydroxystearic acid and 3% of azelaic acid are sequentially added, then the mixture is uniformly stirred and heated, then 2% of lithium hydroxide and 0.5% of calcium hydroxide are added, the mixture is stirred and heated to 100 ℃ and then dehydrated, after the mixture is heated to 210 ℃, the rest base oil is added, and the composite lithium-calcium base grease can be prepared after cooling, homogenizing and degassing.
2) Then 13% of tackifier, 3% of oiliness agent, 3% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 10% of graphite additive are added into the prepared composite lithium-calcium-based grease in sequence, and the mixture is fully mixed and stirred.
3) When the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product.
Example three:
the heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight:
composite lithium calcium grease: 62.2 percent;
tackifier: 15 percent;
an oiliness agent: 5 percent;
extreme pressure antiwear agent: 5 percent;
antioxidant: 0.8 percent;
graphite additive: 12 percent;
the composite lithium calcium base grease comprises:
base oil: 81.2 percent;
dodecahydroxystearic acid: 10 percent;
azelaic acid: 5 percent;
lithium hydroxide: 3 percent;
calcium hydroxide: 0.8 percent.
Based on the heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease, the preparation method of the heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease is provided: the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a composite lithium-calcium base:
firstly, 65% of base oil, 10% of dodecahydroxy stearic acid and 5% of azelaic acid are sequentially added, then the mixture is uniformly stirred and heated, then 3% of lithium hydroxide and 0.8% of calcium hydroxide are added, the mixture is stirred and heated to 100 ℃ and then dehydrated, after the mixture is heated to 210 ℃, the rest base oil is added, and the composite lithium-calcium base grease can be prepared after cooling, homogenizing and degassing.
2) Then, 15% of tackifier, 5% of oiliness agent, 5% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.8% of antioxidant and 12% of graphite additive are added into the prepared composite lithium-calcium-based grease in sequence, and the mixture is fully mixed and stirred.
3) When the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product.
In this embodiment, the principle of the heavy-duty bearing grease is as follows: by adopting the composite lithium-calcium-based lubricating grease as the thickening agent and selecting various additives and proportions thereof, the lubricating grease can be endowed with excellent wear resistance, extreme pressure performance and water resistance, has good oiliness and low friction coefficient, has the functions of saving energy and reducing consumption, and can enhance the vibration resistance, and the addition of the thickening agent not only can enable the product to have better adhesiveness, but also is beneficial to increasing the water spray resistance, can well protect a bearing, prolongs the service life of the bearing, and has good market prospect.

Claims (10)
1. The heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
composite lithium calcium grease: 62.2% -78.8%;
tackifier: 11 to 15 percent;
an oiliness agent: 1% -5%;
extreme pressure antiwear agent: 1% -5%;
antioxidant: 0.2% -0.8%;
graphite additive: 8% -12%;
the composite lithium calcium base grease comprises:
base oil: 81.2% -91.8%;
dodecahydroxystearic acid: 6 to 10 percent;
azelaic acid: 1% -5%;
lithium hydroxide: 1% -3%;
calcium hydroxide: 0.2 to 0.8 percent.
2. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the composite lithium calcium base grease is prepared by mixing 91.8% of base oil, 6% of dodecahydroxystearic acid, 1% of azelaic acid, 1% of lithium hydroxide and 0.2% of calcium hydroxide, wherein the tackifier accounts for 11%, the oiliness agent accounts for 1%, the extreme pressure antiwear agent accounts for 1%, the antioxidant accounts for 0.2%, and the graphite additive accounts for 8%.
3. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the composite lithium calcium base grease is prepared by mixing 86.5% of base oil, 8% of dodecahydroxystearic acid, 3% of azelaic acid, 2% of lithium hydroxide and 0.5% of calcium hydroxide, 13% of a tackifier, 3% of an oiliness agent, 3% of an extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.5% of an antioxidant and 10% of a graphite additive.
4. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the composite lithium calcium base grease accounts for 62.2 percent, the tackifier accounts for 15 percent, the oiliness agent accounts for 5 percent, the extreme pressure antiwear agent accounts for 5 percent, the antioxidant accounts for 0.8 percent, and the graphite additive accounts for 12 percent, wherein the composite lithium calcium base grease is prepared by mixing 81.2 percent of base oil, 10 percent of dodecahydroxystearic acid, 5 percent of azelaic acid, 3 percent of lithium hydroxide and 0.8 percent of calcium hydroxide.
5. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the tackifier is a mixture formed by mixing polyisobutylene and polymethacrylate, wherein the proportion of the polyisobutylene and the polymethacrylate accounts for 50%.
6. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the oiliness agent is a mixture formed by mixing 50% of sulfurized cottonseed oil, 20% of dodecanol, 15% of ethylene glycol oleate and 15% of butyl oleate.
7. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 1 wherein: the extreme pressure antiwear additive is zinc dialkyl dithiocarbamate, and the antioxidant is a mixture of 60% octyl butyl diphenylamine and 40% bis (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) thioether.
8. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 7 wherein: the graphite additive is crystalline flake graphite.
9. The heavy duty bearing grease of claim 7 wherein: the graphite additive is colloidal graphite.
10. The preparation method of the heavy-duty bearing lubricating grease is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparation of composite lithium-calcium base: firstly, sequentially adding 65% of base oil, 6% -10% of dodecahydroxystearic acid and 1% -5% of azelaic acid, uniformly stirring and heating, then adding 1% -3% of lithium hydroxide and 0.2% -0.8% of calcium hydroxide, stirring and heating to 100 ℃, dehydrating, heating to 210 ℃, adding the rest base oil, cooling, homogenizing and degassing to obtain the composite lithium-calcium base grease;
s2, adding 11-15% of tackifier, 1-5% of oiliness agent, 1-5% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.2-0.8% of antioxidant and 8-12% of graphite additive into the prepared composite lithium calcium base grease in sequence, and fully mixing and stirring;
and S3, heating to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product.
