The novel comprehensive purification treatment tower for waste gas and wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring device comprises a transmission box fixed at the top of the stirring barrel (2), a first stirring rod (17) is rotatably installed at the bottom of the transmission box, a driving rod (5) is rotatably installed between the outer wall of the tower body (1) and the transmission box, a motor (4) for driving the driving rod (5) to rotate is installed on the tower body (1), and the driving rod (5) is in transmission connection with the first stirring rod (17).

The novel comprehensive purification treatment tower for waste gas and wastewater as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of the driving rod (5) extends into the transmission box and is fixed with a first bevel gear, the top of the stirring rod (17) extends into the transmission box and is fixed with a second bevel gear, and the first bevel gear is meshed with the second bevel gear.
