one end of a required medical sterilized flat rolled bag is led out, the required medical sterilized flat rolled bag passes through a position between a horizontal heat sealing frame 4 and a horizontal pressing frame 404 at the rear side of a horizontal conveying plate 1 and is placed on the horizontal conveying plate 1, then a required packaged object is placed in the flat rolled bag through an end opening of the flat rolled bag, the horizontal heat sealing frame 4 at the front side of the horizontal conveying plate 1 slides along a horizontal guide rod 104 to adjust the position, the end opening of the flat rolled bag is placed between the horizontal heat sealing frame 4 and the horizontal pressing frame 404 at the front side of the horizontal conveying plate 1, then the heat of a resistance heating wire 502 is gathered to the flat rolled bag placed at a central conveying groove 402 through an arc-shaped reflecting plate 501 to be heated and softened, then the horizontal pressing frames 404 at the front side and the rear side of the horizontal conveying plate 1 are adsorbed and pressed downwards through a pressing electromagnet 407 at the same time and drive a pressing roller 6 to press down, the flat rolled bag at the heating position is pressed through a pressing plane 601 at the outer side of the pressing roller 6, to complete the heat-seal packaging work.
The invention provides a medical sterilization flat-rolled bag heat-sealing packaging device, which can bear flat-rolled bags through a horizontal conveying plate 1 so as to fill required packing materials into the flat-rolled bags, a horizontal heat-sealing frame 4 and a horizontal pressing frame 404 which are arranged on the horizontal conveying plate 1 can clamp the flat-rolled bags, a heat-sealing heating seat 5 on the horizontal pressing frame 404 heats the flat-rolled bags between the horizontal heat-sealing frame and the horizontal pressing frame through a resistance heating wire 502 so as to be heated and softened, then the horizontal pressing frame 404 can drive a pressing roller 6 to press downwards, the flat-rolled bags at the heating position are pressed through a pressing plane 601 at the outer side of the pressing roller 6 so as to finish heat-sealing work, the horizontal heat-sealing frames 4 are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the horizontal conveying plate 1, the front end and the rear end of the flat-rolled bags can be simultaneously heat-sealed so as to finish packaging work at one time, the whole operation and use efficiency is higher, and the horizontal heat-sealing frames 4 can slide along a horizontal guide rod 104 to adjust the distance, so as to adapt to the flat-rolled bags with different packaging length requirements, and the operation and use are more flexible and convenient.
