4. The file transfer cart of claim 3, wherein the battery is electrically connected to the stepper motor (222) to provide electrical power to the stepper motor (222).

The file transfer cart of claim 3, wherein the base (10) comprises a main board and a single-chip microcomputer; the single chip microcomputer is arranged on the main board and is respectively and electrically connected with the main board and the electronic scale (30); the single chip microcomputer stores the weighing data of the electronic scale (30); the weighing data comprises weight data weighed by the electronic scale (30); the storage battery is electrically connected with the mainboard and provides electric energy for the mainboard.

The file transfer cart according to claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanism (60) comprises a first plate (62), a second plate (63) and a connecting shaft (61), wherein the first plate (62) and the second plate (63) are both fixedly mounted on the connecting shaft (61), and one side edge of the first plate (62) coincides with one side edge of the second plate (63);
a bearing groove (64) is formed in the area between the first plate body (62) and the second plate body (63), and the bearing groove (64) bears the files; the bearing groove (64) is provided with an opening, the arc-shaped through groove (51) is provided with an arc range, and the direction change range of the opening corresponds to the arc range; the fastener (70) is connected to the first plate (62) or the second plate (63).

The file transfer cart of claim 1, wherein the racking mechanism (60) and the fasteners (70) are each in plurality, the plurality of racking mechanisms (60) and the plurality of fasteners (70) being in one-to-one correspondence; the plurality of supporting mechanisms (60) are distributed and installed between the first baffle plate (40) and the second baffle plate (50).

The file transfer cart of claim 8, wherein the file transfer cart has a plane of symmetry that divides the first baffle (40) and the second baffle (50) into two symmetrical portions, respectively, and wherein the plurality of racking mechanisms (60) are divided into two groups, and wherein the two groups of racking mechanisms (60) are symmetrically distributed with respect to the plane of symmetry.

The file transfer cart of claim 1, further comprising a first handle (80) and a second handle (90), the first handle (80) being secured to the first baffle (40), the second handle (90) being secured to the second baffle (50), the first handle (80) and the second handle (90) each having a non-slip hand glue disposed thereon.
11. The file transfer cart of claim 1, further comprising a connecting rod (100), the connecting rod (100) for fixedly connecting the first baffle (40) and the second baffle (50).
