after welding, the first suction disc 302 loosens the substrate 1, the lifting cylinder 404 drives the substrate 1 and the stopping frame 2 to move to the position near the polishing mechanism 700, the driving wheel is driven to rotate through the driving motor, so that the polishing belt 703 is driven to move, in addition, under the pushing of the second telescopic cylinder 704, the driving seat 702 is driven to extend out of the polishing seat 701 through the driving of the sliding plate and the connecting rod 705, so that the polishing belt 703 moves to the joint of the substrate 1 and the stopping frame 2 for polishing, the welded plastic product is neat in joint, and the welding quality is improved.

Claims (9)

1. A hot-melt welding device for lithium ion battery cover plates comprises a first welding table (100), wherein a second welding table (200) is fixed on one side of the first welding table (100), and is characterized in that an upper template (300) is arranged on one side of the first welding table (100), a welding groove (201) is formed in the top of the second welding table (200), a lower template (400) is arranged in the welding groove (201), a moving mechanism (500) is arranged at the top of the upper template (300), a cooling mechanism (600) is arranged at the top of the inner side of the welding groove (201), and a polishing mechanism (700) is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the welding groove (201);
cooling body (600) are including fixing cooling cylinder (601) in four side surfaces of second welding platform (200), the output of cooling cylinder (601) passes welding groove (201) and is fixed with cooling plate (602), top one side of cooling plate (602) is fixed with outlet pipe (603), the bottom opposite side of cooling plate (602) is fixed with inlet tube (604), outlet pipe (603) and inlet tube (604) are connected with external play water end and the end of intaking through the hose respectively, fan (605) are all installed to the inboard surface in welding groove (201).

The lithium ion battery cover plate hot melt welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that one side of the first welding table (100) close to the second welding table (200) is provided with two heating cavities, a heating plate (101) is connected in the heating cavities in a sliding manner, an electric heating tube (102) is arranged in the heating plate (101), a first telescopic cylinder (103) is fixed on one side of the first welding table (100), and an output end of the first telescopic cylinder (103) penetrates through the heating cavities and is fixed with the heating plate (101).
3. The lithium ion battery cover plate hot melt welding device according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper mold plate (300) comprises an upper adsorption plate (301), and a plurality of first suction cups (302) are arranged at the bottom of the upper adsorption plate (301).

The hot-melting welding device for the lithium ion battery cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the moving mechanism (500) comprises a first moving seat (501), one end of the first moving seat (501) penetrates through the first welding table (100) and is slidably connected with the first welding table (100), a first moving cylinder (502) is fixed on one side of the first welding table (100), the output end of the first moving cylinder (502) penetrates through the first welding table (100) and is fixed with the first moving seat (501), a second moving cylinder (503) is symmetrically fixed on the top of the first moving seat (501), and a horizontal moving component is arranged below the first moving seat (501).

The hot-melt welding device for the lithium ion battery cover plate according to claim 5, wherein the horizontal moving assembly comprises a second moving seat (504) fixed to an output end of a second moving cylinder (503), an opening is formed in one side of the second moving seat (504), a third moving seat (505) is slidably connected to the second moving seat (504), the bottom of the third moving seat (505) is fixed to the upper adsorption plate (301), a moving screw rod (506) is rotatably connected to the inner surface of the second moving seat (504), the moving screw rod (506) penetrates through the third moving seat (505) and is in threaded connection with the third moving seat (505), a moving motor (507) is fixed to one end of the second moving seat (504), and an output end of the moving motor (507) penetrates through the second moving seat (504) and is fixed to the moving screw rod (506).

The lithium ion battery cover plate is characterized by comprising a base plate (1) and a stop frame (2) fixed below the base plate (1), wherein terminals (3) are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the top of the base plate (1), the two terminals (3) are respectively an anode and a cathode, an explosion-proof hole (4) and a liquid injection hole (5) are formed in the base plate (1), an explosion-proof valve (6) is connected to the explosion-proof hole (4), and a sealing aluminum sheet (7) is connected to the liquid injection hole (5);
the terminal (3) comprises a pole column (31), wherein a sealing ring (32), a welding connecting sheet (33), an insulating gasket (34) and a stainless steel gasket (35) are sleeved on the outer side of the pole column (31), and the sealing ring (32), the welding connecting sheet (33), the insulating gasket (34) and the stainless steel gasket (35) are sequentially sleeved on the upper portion of the pole column (31) from top to bottom.
