The linkage piece 10 is fixed at the upper end of the elastic piece 9, the linkage piece 10 has toughness, and the water storage bags 11 are arranged between the two linkage pieces 10, so that when the elastic piece 9 moves towards the inside of the cutting opening, the two sides of the elastic piece 9 approach towards the middle under the extrusion of the acrylic plate along with the movement of the elastic piece 9, and the two sides of the elastic piece 9 drive the linkage piece 10 to synchronously move in the process of approaching towards the middle, namely the linkage piece 10 extrudes the water storage bags 11 on the inner side when moving, so that a water source in the water storage bags 11 enters the communication groove through the water pipe 12 and is finally conveyed to the water absorption pad 6 through the water drawing core 13, the water source supplement of the water absorption pad 6 is completed, and the phenomenon that the heat dissipation speed of the cutting disc 3 is reduced due to water evaporation of the water absorption pad 6 is avoided; meanwhile, as the linkage piece 10 has elasticity, when the water storage bag 11 is extruded by the linkage piece 10, water is not extruded completely at one time, but water sources in the water storage bag 11 are extruded slowly and continuously along with the water drawing core 13 drawing the water sources in the communicating groove, namely the phenomenon that the water sources are thrown out by the cutting disc 3 due to excessive water absorption at the water absorption pad 6 for one time is avoided; and because the inside water source of water storage bag 11 can not extrude in the twinkling of an eye for the linkage piece 10 when extrudeing water storage bag 11, water storage bag 11 can provide a reaction force to linkage piece 10, drives shell fragment 9 to open to both sides through linkage piece 10 promptly, thereby makes shell fragment 9 both sides surface and cutting mouth inner wall more laminate.

step four: when the fixing frame (2) moves to the other end of the guide rail (24), the motor (15) is turned off, the fixing frame (2) is reset, and the locking frame (26) is loosened.
