Novel environment-friendly insulating gas C 4 F 7 N、C 5 F 10 O、C 6 F 12 O and the like are considered to replace the traditional insulating gas SF in medium and low voltage switch cabinets due to the lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) and better insulating property 6 For example, chinese patent application No. CN 201680041944.0.
When the novel environment-friendly insulating gas equipment runs for a long time, the insulating medium can be decomposed due to discharge and overheating faults, partial decomposition products have higher greenhouse effect potential values, atmospheric service life and certain toxicity, and the existence of the decomposition products can also reduce the insulating property of the equipment, thereby causing serious equipment faults and personnel safety problems. However, a great deal of waste is caused by replacing the environment-friendly insulating medium in the air chamber of the switch cabinet, so that how to conveniently treat the decomposition product of the environment-friendly insulating medium in the air chamber of the switch cabinet is a hot point problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need for an apparatus for purifying and supplying an insulating medium in an air chamber of an environmentally-friendly insulated gas switchgear for conveniently treating decomposition products of the environmentally-friendly insulating medium in the air chamber of the switchgear.
In order to realize the aim, the invention provides an insulating medium purifying and air supplementing device in an air chamber of an environment-friendly insulating gas switch cabinet, which comprises a purifying mechanism and an air supplementing mechanism;
the purification mechanism comprises a purification tank, a compressor and a first pressure reducing valve, wherein a closed purification cavity is formed in the purification tank, an adsorbent is filled in the purification cavity, a purified gas inlet and a purified gas outlet which are communicated with the purification cavity are formed in the purification tank, the inlet of the compressor is communicated with a switch cabinet air chamber interface, the outlet of the compressor is communicated with the purified gas inlet, one end of the first pressure reducing valve is communicated with the purified gas outlet, and the other end of the first pressure reducing valve is communicated with the switch cabinet air chamber interface;
the air supplement mechanism is used for filling environment-friendly insulating gas into the switch cabinet air chamber.
In some embodiments, the device for purifying and supplying insulating medium in the air chamber of the environment-friendly insulating gas switch cabinet further comprises a detection mechanism, the detection mechanism comprises a connecting pipeline, an air main valve and a first pressure detection piece, one end of the connecting pipeline is communicated with the interface of the air chamber of the switch cabinet, the other end of the connecting pipeline is communicated with the inlet of the compressor and the air supply mechanism, and the air main valve and the first pressure detection piece are arranged on the connecting pipeline.
In some embodiments, the purification mechanism further comprises a gas purification valve, one end of the gas purification valve is communicated with the other end of the connecting pipeline, and the other end of the gas purification valve is communicated with the inlet of the compressor.
In some embodiments, the purge mechanism further comprises a second pressure sensing member in communication with the purge chamber and configured to sense a pressure within the purge chamber.
In some embodiments, the adsorbent comprises activated alumina and a molecular sieve.
In some embodiments, the air supply mechanism includes an air supply tank and an air distribution piece, the air supply tank has a closed air supply cavity, the air supply tank is provided with an air supply inlet and an air supply outlet, the air supply inlet and the air supply outlet are communicated with the air supply cavity, the air supply outlet is communicated with the other end of the connecting pipeline, and the air distribution piece is communicated with the air supply inlet and is used for filling environment-friendly insulating gas into the air supply cavity.
In some embodiments, the air make-up mechanism further comprises a second pressure reducing valve, one end of the second pressure reducing valve is communicated with the air make-up outlet, and the other end of the second pressure reducing valve is communicated with the other end of the connecting pipeline.
In some embodiments, the gas supply mechanism further comprises a third pressure detection element, wherein the third pressure detection element is communicated with the gas supply cavity and is used for detecting the gas pressure in the gas supply cavity.
In some embodiments, the gas distribution member comprises a gas distribution instrument, an environmentally-friendly insulating gas storage tank and a buffer gas storage tank, the gas distribution instrument has two gas distribution inlets and one gas distribution outlet, the gas distribution outlet is communicated with the gas supply cavity, and the two gas distribution inlets are respectively communicated with the environmentally-friendly insulating gas storage tank and the buffer gas storage tank.
In some embodiments, the device for purifying and supplying the insulating medium in the gas chamber of the environment-friendly insulating gas switch cabinet further comprises a vacuum pump, and an inlet of the vacuum pump is communicated with the purification cavity and the gas supply cavity.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an apparatus for purifying and supplying insulation medium in an air chamber of an environmental protection insulation gas switch cabinet, comprising a purifying mechanism 1 and an air supplying mechanism 2.
Purification mechanism 1 includes purification tank 11, compressor 12 and first relief pressure valve 13, an inclosed purification chamber has in the purification tank 11, it is used for packing into the adsorbent to purify the intracavity, purification tank 11 go up seted up with purify the net gas import and the net gas export of chamber intercommunication, the import of compressor 12 be used for with cubical switchboard air chamber interface intercommunication, the export of compressor 12 with net gas import intercommunication, the one end of first relief pressure valve 13 with net gas export intercommunication, the other end of first relief pressure valve 13 be used for with cubical switchboard air chamber interface intercommunication.
The air supply mechanism 2 is used for filling environment-friendly insulating gas into the switch cabinet air chamber.
When the environment-friendly insulation medium purifier is used, an inlet of the compressor 12 is communicated with an air chamber interface of a switch cabinet, unpurified environment-friendly insulation medium in the air chamber of the switch cabinet is completely filled into the purification tank 11 at a certain pressure through the compressor 12, standing is carried out for 2 hours, the decomposition products and moisture in the unpurified environment-friendly insulation medium are adsorbed by an adsorbent in the purification tank 11, then the first pressure reducing valve 13 is opened, the content of the environment-friendly insulation gas in the air chamber of the switch cabinet reaches a required value because the air pressure in the purification tank 11 is greater than the air pressure in the air chamber of the switch cabinet, the purified insulation medium in the purification tank 11 can be filled into the air chamber of the switch cabinet, and then the environment-friendly insulation gas is filled into the air chamber of the switch cabinet through the gas supplementing mechanism 2, so that the decomposition products of the environment-friendly insulation medium in the air chamber of the switch cabinet can be treated through the environment-friendly insulation medium purifier, and a large amount of the environment-friendly insulation medium cannot be wasted.
In order to facilitate monitoring of the air pressure in the air chamber of the switch cabinet, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, the device for purifying and supplying the insulating medium in the air chamber of the environment-friendly insulating gas switch cabinet further includes a detection mechanism 3, the detection mechanism 3 includes a connection pipeline 31, a main air valve 32 and a first pressure detection piece 33, one end of the connection pipeline 31 is communicated with the interface of the air chamber of the switch cabinet, the other end of the connection pipeline 31 is communicated with the inlet of the compressor 12 and the air supply mechanism 2, and the main air valve 32 and the first pressure detection piece 33 are both disposed on the connection pipeline 31. When the gas supplementing device is used, the air pressure in the connecting pipeline 31 is equal to the air pressure in the switch cabinet air chamber, so that in the gas supplementing stage, the quantity of the insulating medium needing to be supplemented in the switch cabinet air chamber can be judged through the indication number of the first pressure detection piece 33 (when the indication number of the first pressure detection piece 33 reaches a preset value, the content of the environment-friendly insulating gas in the switch cabinet air chamber reaches a required value).
In order to facilitate the control of the connection or disconnection of the inlet of the compressor 12 to the other end of the connection pipe, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, the purification mechanism 1 further includes a purge valve 14, one end of the purge valve 14 is connected to the other end of the connection pipe 31, and the other end of the purge valve 14 is connected to the inlet of the compressor 12.
In order to facilitate the detection of the air pressure in the purification tank 11, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, the purification mechanism 1 further includes a second pressure detection element 15, and the second pressure detection element 15 is communicated with the purification chamber and is configured to detect the pressure in the purification chamber, in this embodiment, since the purification tank 11 is designed to bear the air pressure of 0.6Mpa, the second pressure detection element 15 is required to detect the air pressure in the purification tank 11, so as to prevent the air pressure from exceeding the designed pressure value.
To implement the function of the adsorbent, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, the adsorbent comprises activated alumina and molecular sieve.
In order to realize the functions of the air supply mechanism 2, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the air supply mechanism 2 includes an air supply tank 21 and an air distribution member 22, the air supply tank 21 has an enclosed air supply cavity, the air supply tank 21 is provided with an air supply inlet and an air supply outlet which are communicated with the air supply cavity, the air supply outlet is communicated with the other end of the connecting pipeline 31, and the air distribution member 22 is communicated with the air supply inlet and is used for filling the air supply cavity with the environment-friendly insulating gas. When in use, the environment-friendly insulating gas is prepared by the gas distribution piece 22 and is guided into the gas supplementing tank 21, and then is guided into the connecting pipeline 31 and the switch cabinet gas chamber by the gas supplementing tank 21. The function of the make-up gas tank 21 is to perform cushioning.
In order to control the on/off of the air supply process, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the air supply mechanism 2 further includes a second pressure reducing valve 23, one end of the second pressure reducing valve 23 is communicated with the air supply outlet, and the other end of the second pressure reducing valve 23 is communicated with the other end of the connecting pipe 31.
In order to detect the pressure in the air supply tank 21, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, the air supply mechanism 2 further includes a third pressure detecting element 24, and the third pressure detecting element 24 is communicated with the air supply chamber and is used for detecting the gas pressure in the air supply chamber.
To specifically realize the function of the gas distribution member 22, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the gas distribution member 22 includes a gas distribution instrument 221, an environmentally-friendly insulating gas storage tank 222 and a buffer gas storage tank 223, the gas distribution instrument 221 has two gas distribution inlets and one gas distribution outlet, the gas distribution outlet is communicated with the gas supply cavity, and the two gas distribution inlets are respectively communicated with the environmentally-friendly insulating gas storage tank 222 and the buffer gas storage tank 223. Because the environment-friendly insulating medium has higher liquefaction temperature, a certain proportion of buffer gas (such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen and the like) must be added to reduce the liquefaction temperature of the environment-friendly insulating medium. The buffer gas storage tank 223 is used to store buffer gas, which is used to prepare a certain proportion of mixed gas with the environmentally friendly insulating medium to supplement the insulating medium lacking in the gas chamber.
In order to evacuate the pipeline and the gas tank before purification and before gas compensation, referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the device for purifying and replenishing the insulating medium in the gas chamber of the environment-friendly insulating gas switch cabinet further comprises a vacuum pump 4, and an inlet of the vacuum pump 4 is communicated with the purification chamber and the gas compensation chamber.
For better understanding of the present invention, the following will explain the working process of the device for purifying and supplying air for insulating medium in the air chamber of the environmentally-friendly insulated gas switchgear in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3: firstly, a vacuum pump 4 is used for vacuumizing a pipeline and a tank body contained in the device, then a connecting pipeline 31 is connected with a switch cabinet air chamber, and a first pressure detection piece 33 monitors the air pressure of the switch cabinet air chamber. And opening the gas main valve 32, the gas purification valve 14 and the compressor 12, completely filling the unpurified environment-friendly insulating medium in the gas chamber of the switch cabinet into the purification tank 11 at a certain pressure, standing for 2 hours, adsorbing decomposition products and moisture in the unpurified environment-friendly insulating medium by using an adsorbent in the purification tank 11, then opening the first pressure reducing valve 13, and filling the purified environment-friendly insulating medium into the gas chamber of the switch cabinet. At the moment, the pressure of the insulation medium in the air chamber of the switch cabinet is reduced due to the adsorption effect of the adsorbent and the partial gas in the pipeline. Therefore, the gas distribution instrument 221 is opened, the gas distribution proportion is adjusted according to the proportion requirement of the switch cabinet on the environment-friendly insulating medium, and the gas is filled into the gas supplementing tank 21. And then, the second pressure reducing valve 23 is opened, the gas in the gas supplementing tank 21 is filled into the gas chamber of the switch cabinet, and the purification and gas supplementing processes are completed after the first pressure detecting piece 33 displays the specified gas pressure standard of the switch cabinet.
