Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the method for producing the flame retardant fire-fighting clothing for high temperature action according to the present invention comprises the following steps:
(1) cutting: cutting the fabric according to a design drawing; cutting the processed fabric according to a design drawing to process different garment pieces;
(2) sewing: sewing the cut garment pieces according to a design drawing;
(3) and (3) cleaning ready-made clothes: soaking and cleaning the sewed ready-made clothes, and then taking out for dehydration;
(4) drying the ready-made clothes:
a. placing the dehydrated ready-made clothes in a drying device for drying treatment, wherein the drying device comprises a support base 1, support columns 2 and a drying frame 3, the support columns 2 and the drying frame 3 are both positioned on the support base 1, support hangers 4 are uniformly arranged on the support columns 2 in the circumferential direction, two hook groups are symmetrically arranged on a transverse strut 5 of each support hanger 4 in the left-right direction, each hook group comprises at least two hooks 6, the bottom of each support column 2 is connected with a driving component 7, the driving component 7 is hidden in an installation cavity at the bottom of the support base 1, the drying frames 3 are uniformly distributed on the outer sides of the support columns 2 in the circumferential direction, the height of each support column 2 is adjusted according to the length of the ready-made clothes, and therefore the height positions of the hooks 6 are adjusted; the whole drying device is positioned in a cover body (not shown in the figure), the cover body is covered with protection to avoid heat loss, the cover body is also provided with a door to facilitate the hanging and taking of the ready-made clothes, the support column 2 is provided with a plurality of support hangers 4, each support hanger 4 is provided with two symmetrically distributed hook groups, each hook group comprises at least two hooks 6, thereby effectively ensuring the number of the hooks 6, the drying device can simultaneously dry a plurality of ready-made clothes at one time, the drying efficiency is effectively improved, the height of the support column 2 is adjusted according to the actual length of the ready-made clothes during the actual drying treatment, the height of the hooks 6 is adjusted, after the ready-made clothes are hung on the hooks 6, the bottom can be completely suspended, the problem that the height of the ready-made clothes falls on the bottom limiting plate 40 due to the deficiency of the hooks 6 and the stacking of the bottoms of the ready-made clothes is avoided, the ready-made clothes are completely suspended through height adjustment, so that the dried ready-made clothes are smoother, and wrinkles are reduced;
the height adjustment steps of the support column 2 are as follows:

thirdly, top connectors 44 are uniformly arranged on the top air guiding disc 42 in the circumferential direction, top shunting frames 45 are fixedly connected between the drying top plates 34 on the same drying plate group 12, the top shunting frames 45 are communicated with the interiors of the drying top plates 34, the top shunting frames 45 are communicated with the corresponding top connectors 44, hot air enters the top air guiding disc 42, then enters the top shunting frames 45 through the top connectors 44, then enters the drying top plates 34 through the top shunting frames 45, and finally is discharged from top air groove holes 46 on two sides of the drying top plates 34, and the upper parts of ready-made clothes are dried; a plurality of drying top plates 34 on the same drying plate group 12 are communicated through a top shunt frame 45, the interior of the top shunt frame 45 is communicated with the interior of each drying top plate 34, meanwhile, the top shunt frame 45 is communicated with a top joint 44 on a top air inducing disc 42, the top joint 44 is communicated with the interior of the top air inducing disc 42, so that hot air entering the top air inducing disc 42 enters a plurality of top shunt frames 45 through the top joint 44, enters the drying top plates 34 through the guiding shunt of the top shunt frame 45, is finally discharged from top air slot holes 46 on two sides of the drying top plates 34, the top air slot holes 46 on the sides of the drying top plates 34 are over against the sides of corresponding ready-made clothes, the hot air is sprayed out over the ready-made clothes, and the actual drying quality is effectively ensured;
