Abstract

And moreover, the modularized cabinet structure of the equipment box is adopted, so that the subsequent maintenance and repair can be facilitated, and only one large-size equipment box needs to be replaced correspondingly after the high-capacity equipment is updated and replaced, and the whole cabinet does not need to be modified.

As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the sliding rail cabinet of the invention comprises a cabinet body 1, the cabinet body 1 comprises four upright posts 5, sliding rail mounting plates 11 are arranged between the upright posts 5 at the left end and the right end of the cabinet body 1, as shown in fig. 3, sliding rails 4 are arranged on the sliding rail mounting plates 11, fixed ends of the sliding rails 4 are arranged on the sliding rail mounting plates 11, extension ends of the sliding rails 4 are connected with equipment boxes 3 through brackets 2, a plurality of equipment boxes 3 can be arranged in the cabinet body 1, and the equipment boxes 3 can be customized according to different sizes.
As shown in a) of fig. 8, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 32 extending in a vertical direction are provided at both ends of the equipment box 3, and the first reinforcing ribs 32 at both ends of the equipment box 3 are symmetrically arranged. As shown in b) of fig. 8, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 33 extending in a horizontal direction are provided at the bottom of the equipment box 3, and the bottom extending ends of the first reinforcing ribs 32 corresponding to the two ends of the equipment box 3 are connected by the second reinforcing ribs 33 and form an outer skeleton of the equipment box 3.
As shown in a) of fig. 8, the end plates at two ends of the equipment box 3 are horizontally bent and extend outwards to form a first mounting plate 31, the first mounting plate 31 is connected with the upper ends of the first reinforcing ribs 32 at the corresponding ends, and a plurality of first mounting holes 311 are vertically formed in the first mounting plate 31.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the equipment box 3 is connected with the slide rail 4 through the bracket 2, one side of the bracket 2 is provided with a plurality of groups of third reinforcing ribs 25 matched with the first reinforcing ribs 32, the width of each group of third reinforcing ribs 25 is the same as the interval between the first reinforcing ribs 32, the interval between each group of third reinforcing ribs 25 is equal to the width of the first reinforcing ribs 32, and the first reinforcing ribs 32 and the third reinforcing ribs 25 are matched in a concave-convex mode.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper end of each group of third reinforcing ribs 25 is provided with a second mounting plate 21 connected with the first mounting plate 31, a plurality of second mounting holes 312 corresponding to the first mounting holes 311 are vertically formed in the second mounting plate 21, and the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 21 are fixed by fasteners.
As shown in a) of fig. 5, a plurality of slide rail mounting holes 24 are provided in the length direction of the side wall surface of the bracket 2, two rows of slide rail mounting holes 24 may be provided, and two slide rails 4 are used to connect the bracket 2, an extension end of each slide rail 4 is mounted on the corresponding slide rail mounting hole 24, and a fixed end of the slide rail 4 is mounted on the slide rail mounting plate 11 of the cabinet body 1, thereby forming a dual slide rail structure, as shown in b) of fig. 7, a notch 251 is provided at the slide rail mounting hole 24 of the bracket 2 by the third reinforcing rib 25, and the notch 251 can effectively avoid a fastener on the dual slide rail mounting bracket 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front end of the bracket 2 is provided with a limiting plate 22, the upright post 5 at the front end of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a fixing piece 13 matched with the limiting plate 22, and after the limiting plate 22 is connected with the fixing piece 13 through a fastener, as shown in fig. 2, the sliding rail 4 cannot drive the equipment box 3 to extend.

a plurality of first reinforcing ribs (32) extending in the vertical direction are arranged at two ends of the equipment box (3);
end plates at two ends of the equipment box (3) are horizontally bent and extend outwards to form a first mounting plate (31), the first mounting plate (31) is connected with the upper ends of first reinforcing ribs (32) at corresponding ends, and a plurality of first mounting holes (311) are vertically formed in the first mounting plate (31);
the equipment box (3) is connected with the sliding rail (4) through a support (2), one side of the support (2) is provided with a plurality of groups of third reinforcing ribs (25) matched with the first reinforcing ribs (32), the width of each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is the same as the interval between the first reinforcing ribs (32), and the interval between each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is equal to the width of the first reinforcing ribs (32);
the upper end of each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is provided with a second mounting plate (21) connected with the first mounting plate (31), a plurality of second mounting holes (312) corresponding to the first mounting holes (311) are vertically formed in the second mounting plate (21), and the first mounting plate (31) and the second mounting plate (21) are fixed through fasteners;
a plurality of slide rail mounting holes (24) are formed in the length direction of the side wall surface of the support (2), the extending ends of the slide rails (4) are mounted on the slide rail mounting holes (24), and the fixed ends of the slide rails (4) are mounted on the cabinet body (1);
the first reinforcing ribs (32) and the third reinforcing ribs (25) are in concave-convex fit; the bottom of the equipment box (3) is provided with a plurality of second reinforcing ribs (33) extending in the horizontal direction, and the bottom extending ends of the first reinforcing ribs (32) corresponding to the two ends of the equipment box (3) are connected through the second reinforcing ribs (33) and form an outer framework of the equipment box (3).
