Description

Dynamic multi-level directory broadcast-along video playing system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of video playing systems, in particular to a dynamic multi-level directory-based video playing system.
Background
Nowadays, videos become the most popular media for information and knowledge dissemination, and more knowledge-based contents (such as online teaching, academic reports, item introduction and the like) are selected for dissemination, however, compared with articles, videos are not beneficial to the understanding of audiences on complex contents due to the lack of effective paragraph and catalogue dividing information.
When the article medium is used for spreading knowledge, an author can visually divide different paragraphs, change lines between two adjacent paragraphs, and declare the relationship (peer or top and bottom) between different paragraphs by using serial numbers (multilevel directory) such as 1.2 and 1.2.1, and the division information of the paragraphs and the directory can make a reader clear five points: (1) the relationship between the different paragraphs that have read which paragraph (2) is reading which paragraph (3) has been reading the next paragraph (4) for how long it will be reading how many unread paragraphs (5) remain is level or superior.
However, when the knowledge is transmitted by using the video medium, the viewer cannot simultaneously define the above five points. Although the video author can add a title animation to prompt the division of the paragraph and the directory before each paragraph is played, the prompting is difficult for the viewer to remember all the time due to the limited working memory of the human brain, so for the video medium, a division of the paragraph and the directory (hereinafter referred to as an "on-demand directory") which can be displayed synchronously all the time along with the video playing is needed to make the viewer clear the five points at the same time.
A straightforward refinement idea is to add a multi-level paragraph directory (structured paragraph directory/paragraph navigation) beside the video, with the video always displayed synchronously (hereinafter referred to as "on-demand multi-level directory"). However, the multi-level directories on the fly usually have a large size and different aspect ratios, and the name positions in the directories are not fixed according to the difference of video contents, so that the viewers have to pay extra attention to judge the name positions in the directories and then view the names, and the speed of viewing the paragraph directories by the viewers cannot keep up with the playing speed of the video, thereby dispersing the attention of the viewers.
To avoid the above problem, a common practice is to add a single-level paragraph list, accompanied by a video synchronization display (hereinafter referred to as "on-demand single-level list"), to allow the viewer to know at a glance the situation of the played and the non-played paragraphs. However, the on-demand single-level directory lacks information on the hierarchical relationship of paragraphs, and the viewer cannot determine the upper and lower level relationship between different paragraphs (e.g., which paragraphs are the break points of which paragraph). Meanwhile, when the number of paragraphs is too large, the paragraph cannot be displayed, but the name in the directory cannot be clearly seen by reducing the size of the word.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a video playing system with a dynamic multi-level directory play-along, based on a system function interface, the system comprising:

hovering the parent domain to the paragraph name, displaying a previous-level jump arrow, clicking the arrow, and returning to the previous video paragraph;
aiming at a subdomain, clicking any jump paragraph or entering a certain moment of the paragraph;
for subdomains, hover to the paragraph name, see the corresponding paragraph description and paragraph type.
The beneficial effects provided by the invention are as follows: the dynamic directory design of the invention combines the respective advantages of the random-playing multi-level directory and the random-playing single-level directory, avoids the problems that the multi-level directory occupies space and disperses the watching attention, and simultaneously improves the problem that the single-level directory cannot show the paragraph hierarchical relationship. The method can display the names and the number of the played paragraphs (1) under the current paragraph hierarchy (2) the names and the progress of the playing paragraphs (3) the names and the number of the unsewn paragraphs (4) the hierarchical relationship (same level or upper and lower level) among different paragraphs in real time for audiences in a long bar frame which only occupies the same size as a subtitle; the design of the distinguishing display can lead the audience to master the watching position at a glance, and plays the roles of summarizing video ideas in real time and assisting in memorizing the video contents; the paragraph switching animation design can visually remind the audience of the switching direction of the current video paragraph and the switching direction of the paragraph level in the video playing process, so that the watching attention is prevented from being dispersed.

The current paragraph is "locally valid e 3".
The parent paragraph is "knowledge locally valid".
The same level paragraphs are "locally valid", "locally valid e 1", "locally valid e 2", "locally valid e 3", "knowledge composition", "case 2", "explicit input output", "transition 4".
If not, the hierarchy and position information of the current paragraph is 2.2.4, and the hierarchy and position information of the parent paragraph is 2.2, which is the same as the hierarchy and position information of the article directory.
The already-played paragraph is the paragraph before "locally valid e 3",
the unseeded segment is the segment following "locally valid e 3",
the played and unseeded paragraphs can be clearly distinguished by the presence or absence of padding.
The paragraph playing progress of "generalizable and valid range", "2 principle analysis", "2.2. knowledge local valid" and "local valid e 3" can also be known according to the filling percentage.
The current paragraph "partial effective e 3" is clearly distinguished from the other paragraphs in darkness.

referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a paragraph-following module, consistent with the paragraph structure in fig. 2.
The left region of the father domain where the' 2.2. knowledge is locally valid
The subdomain is the right region where the other paragraphs are located.
The played sibling paragraphs are "partially active" (collapsed), "partially active e1," and "partially active e 2" paragraphs with padding.
The unplayed sibling paragraphs are "knowledge composition", "case 2", "explicit input output" (collapsed), and "transition 4" (collapsed) without padding and with only borders.
The current paragraph "local effective e 3" is brighter than the sibling paragraph.
When playing video, the default is to display the multi-level directory with the paragraph-following module.
The paragraph type is a classified explanation of the video paragraph playing content, and comprises: knowledge, description, examples, analogy, questions; of course, there are no limitations to only 5 paragraph types, and other paragraph types can be customized according to actual situations.
For paragraph types, please refer to FIG. 5; fig. 5 is a paragraph type diagram. The paragraph types of the sub-level title particularly refer to different categorical interpretations of the video playback content. The explanation is given by taking fig. 5 as an example, and it can be seen from the bottom to the top in fig. 5 that the type of the paragraph "partially valid" is "description", which means that the paragraph is a general explanation; the paragraph type of the "local valid e 3" is "example", which means that the paragraph is an exemplary explanation, and plays a role in better understanding the video playing content or substituting the video logical relationship for the video viewer, and also prevents the viewer from being off-tracking by the example and forgetting the point of regard; this section is done by the concept of "paragraph type" in this application;
further, the paragraph type of "transition 4" is "transition", which means that the paragraph is a transition content.
Generally, the concept of the paragraph type in the present application plays a role in better understanding the video playing content or substituting the video logical relationship, so as to further reduce the number of required directory hierarchies and avoid too deep, and as for the paragraph type, it can be specifically included, which can be set according to the actual situation content.
The different styles mentioned above include: color, shade and fill;
if the total width of the arranged names exceeds the width of the subdomain, displaying the same-level paragraphs adjacent to the current paragraph position as much as possible in the subdomain range, displaying the different-level paragraphs, wherein the paragraph names are folded, and only displaying the number of the same-level paragraphs.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a paragraph-following module, consistent with the paragraph structure in fig. 2.
It can be seen that, limited by the size of the video playback interface, the subdomain titles are not fully shown in their entirety in figure 3,
the three paragraphs "local valid", "explicit input and output", "transition 4" are folded into squares because they are farther from the current paragraph "local valid e 3", but the number of paragraphs is still visible by the number of squares.
Referring also to fig. 4, the parent paragraph in fig. 4 is "principle analysis", the current paragraph is "transition 1", the transition 1 "has no lower paragraphs, but the peer paragraph is" 2.1. knowledge can be generalized "," 2.2. knowledge is locally valid ", there are lower paragraphs, when" transition 1 "is played, a switching animation to the lower hierarchy is shown, and the lower level of" 2.1. knowledge can be generalized "is entered, at this time, the parent paragraph in the parent domain is updated to be" 2.1. knowledge can be generalized ", and the paragraph in the child domain becomes" 2.1. knowledge can be generalized ", and all the lower paragraphs (" generalizable "," generalizable e "," transition case 2 "," 1 "," transition 3 ") included in the" knowledge can be generalized ". After the "2.1. knowledge can be generalized" the last paragraph of the lower level ("transition 3") is played, the switching animation to the upper level is shown, the parent level is switched back to the level of "principle analysis", and then the switching animation to the lower level is shown, and the lower level of "2.2. knowledge is locally valid", that is, the level shown in fig. 3 is entered.
Referring still to fig. 3 for the aforementioned "distinguish between a played paragraph and an unsewn paragraph in a same paragraph in different styles", fig. 3 shows a progress bar of a playing part ("local effective e 3"), and it can be seen that the playing part is highlighted and includes a progress bar, and as the playing progress progresses, the progress bar is gradually filled until the whole paragraph is played, and the progress bar is filled, which is embodied as filling the background; for the unpinned paragraphs, it is easy to understand that their progress is unfilled, i.e. transparent background, as in the "knowledge composition" and "case 2" paragraphs in fig. 3, which are both unfilled backgrounds;
as for the aforementioned "distinguish the current paragraph from the same paragraph in different patterns", in this embodiment, the "color shading" is used for distinguishing, and of course, in some other embodiments, other patterns may also be used for distinguishing;
for the above mentioned "paragraph types of paragraphs are distinguished in different patterns", the paragraph types are distinguished by "different colors" in the embodiment of the present invention, but in some other embodiments, other patterns may be used for distinguishing.
And the hierarchy switching module is used for displaying the paragraph hierarchy switching process according to the multi-hierarchy directory and determining the switching direction of the paragraph hierarchy.
The paragraph level switching process specifically refers to a process of naturally switching one paragraph from another paragraph along with the progress of a video in the video playing process, and the paragraph level switching process is displayed in different animation forms. Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is an animation illustration of a hierarchical switching process according to an embodiment of the present application;
the paragraph level switching process sequentially comprises: a switch to an upper hierarchy and a switch to a lower hierarchy.
Such hierarchical switching is designed for the purpose of: when the video level is switched, the viewer can easily understand which level is played currently, and the next level is to be entered.
"which level the current playing is finished at", and the switching to the upper level is finished; "which level to enter next," by switching to the lower level. In the switching process, an animation transition form is adopted, which is as follows:
the video comprises two sections, a first section and a second section; the first subsection comprises 3 parts, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; the second subsection comprises two parts 2.1, 2.2;
the hierarchy switching means that the process of switching from the first measure to the second measure, namely the current video playing is at the end of 1.3, and as time goes, 1.3 is about to finish playing, the process goes to 2.1;
sometimes, if the video process or the content is too much, the user easily forgets which section the currently viewed content is in, for example, in this embodiment, even if the currently viewed content is 1.3, the user may forget that 1.3 is the content belonging to the first section part; therefore, after the 1.3 is played, the application designs upward layer-by-layer switching, and through a form of contraction animation, the list level is switched back to the first section (the video content is not switched substantially), at this time, the user can visually see that the playing of the first section is finished at present;
the expansion process of the second measure is entered, i.e. the switching is performed layer by layer, at this time, the list level is expanded, the title of the parent field becomes the name of the second measure, and the sub-fields become 2.1 and 2.2; at the moment, the user can visually see that the second bar is played at present; by means of the design of hierarchical switching, the user can be enabled to make the logical relation of the video expression more clear.
The following is further explained here for animated special effects:
aiming at a parent domain, automatically switching between different parent domain titles, and expanding a sub-domain title corresponding to the parent domain title in a gradual change list form;
for sub-domain titles, when automatically switching between different sub-domain titles, the opacity decreases for non-current sub-domain titles, and the corresponding font and display area become smaller.
The effect here is specifically in the form of animation, and is not sufficient to be shown by the contents of the figures and the like. It is understood that different automatic switching, different switching, transition effects are designed, such as fade, shadow, color change, zoom in, zoom out, and the like.
And the paragraph interaction module provides a convenient paragraph interaction function according to the multi-level directory.
The paragraph interaction module is specifically as follows:
for a parent domain, clicking the paragraph name, and jumping to a paragraph expansion module from a paragraph broadcasting module or contracting into the paragraph broadcasting module from the paragraph expansion module;
hovering the parent domain to the paragraph name, displaying a previous-level jump arrow, clicking the arrow, and returning to the previous video paragraph;
aiming at a subdomain, clicking any jump paragraph or entering a certain moment of the paragraph;
for subdomains, hover to paragraph names, see corresponding paragraph descriptions and paragraph types, see also FIG. 5 herein.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the dynamic directory design of the invention combines the respective advantages of the random-playing multi-level directory and the random-playing single-level directory, avoids the problems that the multi-level directory occupies space and disperses the watching attention, and simultaneously improves the problem that the single-level directory cannot show the paragraph hierarchical relationship. The method can display the names and the number of the played paragraphs (1) under the current paragraph hierarchy (2) the names and the progress of the playing paragraphs (3) the names and the number of the unsewn paragraphs (4) the hierarchical relationship (same level or upper and lower level) among different paragraphs in real time for audiences in a long bar frame which only occupies the same size as a subtitle; the distinguishing display design of the invention can enable the audience to master the watching position at a glance, and plays the roles of summarizing video ideas in real time and assisting in memorizing video contents; the paragraph switching animation design can visually remind audiences of the switching direction of the current video paragraph and the switching direction of the paragraph level in the video playing process, so that the watching attention is prevented from being dispersed.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is intended to cover any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
