Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a project management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case where multiple projects are managed in a unified manner, the method may be executed by a project management apparatus, the project management apparatus may be implemented in a hardware and/or software manner, and the project management apparatus may be configured in a computing device that can execute the project management method.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, determining at least one to-be-processed item associated with the current item category and at least one to-be-processed node associated with the current item category.
As engineering construction projects are more and more, in order to manage various projects, the projects need to be roughly classified according to characteristics such as service attributes or service execution nodes, for example, if service execution nodes corresponding to a plurality of projects are the same and related documents required by the service execution nodes are consistent, the projects can be classified into a project category, so that when the projects are managed subsequently, only a certain service execution node needs to be opened, and the execution conditions of the projects under the service execution node can be checked. It can be understood that when determining the item category according to the item attribute or the service execution node, a plurality of item categories can be obtained, and when a user needs to check an item of a certain item category, the user can click the corresponding item category.
Wherein, the current item category may be understood as the item category that the user is currently viewing or about to view. The pending item may be understood as a business item belonging to the current item category. The pending node may be understood as a service execution node matching the current project category.
It should be noted that there are usually multiple to-be-processed nodes associated with each project category, for example, the number of to-be-processed nodes associated with the current project category may be 5, service documents required by different to-be-processed nodes may be different, when the service flow flows to the to-be-processed node 1, only when the service documents required by the to-be-processed node 1 are uploaded, the service flow may continue to flow to the to-be-processed node 2, and so on.
Specifically, the item category which is required to be viewed or being viewed by the user is used as the current item category, when the current item category is triggered, at least one to-be-processed item associated with the current item category is called, and at least one to-be-processed node associated with the current item category is determined according to preset service execution nodes associated with the item categories.
Optionally, the determining at least one to-be-processed item associated with the current item category and at least one to-be-processed node associated with the current item category includes: when detecting that the target control corresponding to the current project category is triggered, calling a project information table and a node information table corresponding to the current project category; determining at least one to-be-processed item corresponding to the current item category based on the item information table; and determining at least one node to be processed corresponding to the current item to be processed based on the node information table.
Taking the example of selecting the current item category through the item management system, a control for selecting the item category may be set on a display interface of the item management system, for example, a selection control, and when the control is triggered, a corresponding drop-down popup window may be displayed, so that the user may select the corresponding item category as the current item category in the area.
Wherein the target control can be understood as a control corresponding to the current item category. The item information table may be understood as an information table for storing pending items associated with the current item category, in which at least one pending item associated with the current item category is included. The node information table may be understood as an information table for recording nodes to be processed corresponding to the current item category, and at least one node to be processed associated with the current item category is included in the node information table.
Specifically, when the target control is detected to be triggered, the item information table and the node information table corresponding to the current item category are called, so as to determine the to-be-processed item corresponding to the current item category based on the item information table, and at least one to-be-processed node associated with the current item category is determined based on the node information table.
And S120, determining the current to-be-determined node progress of the current to-be-processed item at the current to-be-processed node aiming at each to-be-processed item.
The current item category may include one or more to-be-processed items, and any one of the to-be-processed items may be used as the current to-be-processed item, for example, the to-be-processed item that the user currently needs to view may be used as the current to-be-processed item. Each to-be-processed node associated with the corresponding current project category may be taken as a current to-be-processed node, and taking the to-be-processed node currently being viewed by the user as the current to-be-processed node as an example, the current to-be-determined node progress may be understood as a project progress of the current to-be-processed project at the current to-be-processed node.
For example, if the current to-be-processed item needs to upload 5 item documents at the current to-be-processed node, and if the number of the uploaded item documents at the current time is 5, it may be determined that the current to-be-determined node progress of the current to-be-processed item at the current to-be-processed node is 100%. If the number of the project documents uploaded at the current time is 2, it may be determined that the progress of the current to-be-determined node of the current to-be-processed project at the current to-be-processed node is 40%.
Optionally, the determining the current node progress to be determined of the current item to be processed at the current node to be processed includes: acquiring a project requirement table corresponding to the current node to be processed; detecting the document name of the uploaded document of the current node to be processed based on the project requirement table to obtain uploaded document information corresponding to the current node to be processed; and determining the current node progress to be determined of the current node to be processed based on the uploaded document information.
The project requirement table may be understood as an information table used for recording project documents that are required to be uploaded by a current node to be processed, and the project requirement table includes a project name corresponding to a project document associated with the current node to be processed. The uploaded document information may be understood as information generated according to the uploaded documents of the current node to be processed, such as document name information of each uploaded document.
Specifically, according to the project requirement table of the current node to be processed, the project document which is required to be uploaded by the current project to be processed under the current node to be processed can be determined. In order to detect the completion condition of the current project to be processed on the current node to be processed, the document name of the uploaded document of the current project to be processed can be detected, corresponding uploaded document information is generated, and the progress of the current node to be determined is determined according to the uploaded document information.
Optionally, the determining, based on the uploaded document information, a current node progress to be determined of the current node to be processed includes: determining the number of documents to be used of the uploaded documents based on the uploaded document information; and determining the progress of the current node to be determined corresponding to the current node to be processed based on the ratio of the number of the documents to be used and the total number of the documents in the project requirement table.
The number of documents to be used may be understood as the number of uploaded documents of the current to-be-processed item in the current to-be-processed node. It should be noted that the number of documents to be used herein refers to the number of documents that can be matched with the name of the project document in the project requirement table.
Specifically, the document a, the document B, the document C, and the document D are exemplarily included in the project requirement table at the current node to be processed, that is, the total number of documents in the project requirement table is 4. If the uploaded documents of the current to-be-processed item include the document A and the document B, that is, the number of the documents to be used of the current to-be-processed item is 2, the progress of the current to-be-determined node of the current to-be-processed item at the current to-be-processed node is 50%.
In practical applications, in order to ensure the normal progress of a project, the execution time and the actual execution situation of each service node point need to be accurately controlled, and therefore, the actual execution situation of each service node needs to be concerned.
Taking a current project to be processed as an example, determining at least one document to be uploaded associated with the current node to be processed and a preset uploading moment of each document to be uploaded; for each document to be uploaded, if the uploading time of the current document to be uploaded is greater than the corresponding preset uploading time, determining that the current document to be uploaded is an un-uploaded document; and generating early warning information corresponding to the un-uploaded document, and sending the early warning information to a client associated with the current node to be processed.
The document to be uploaded can be understood as a document of which the current project to be processed needs to be uploaded at the current node to be processed. The preset uploading time can be understood as the latest time point of each document to be uploaded, which is set in advance, and can be, for example, 9:00 am No. 8 of 2 months. A non-uploaded document may be understood as a project document that has not been uploaded beyond a preset upload time. The early warning information can be understood as prompt information sent to the client when the non-uploaded project documents exist beyond the preset uploading moment. The client may be understood as a mobile device of a person in charge associated with the current node to be processed, or may be a monitoring platform device, for example, the client may send corresponding warning information to a mobile device of a person in charge of the current node to be processed.
Specifically, a corresponding preset uploading time is set for each document to be uploaded in the project requirement table, and if the current document to be uploaded is not uploaded at the time exceeding the preset uploading time, the current document to be uploaded can be determined to be the non-uploaded document. In order to avoid the situation that the document is not uploaded to sound equipment of the whole project process, prompt needs to be sent to relevant responsible persons as soon as possible so that the relevant responsible persons can perform corresponding processing as soon as possible, and therefore corresponding early warning information needs to be generated based on the document which is not uploaded, and the generated early warning information needs to be sent to corresponding clients, for example, mobile equipment of the relevant responsible persons of the current node to be processed.
And S130, determining the finished nodes of the corresponding to-be-processed items according to the to-be-determined node progress of each to-be-processed node.
The completed node can be understood as a node to be processed with a node progress to be determined of 100%.
Specifically, when the progress of the to-be-determined node of the to-be-processed item at a certain to-be-processed node is 100%, it may be determined that the to-be-processed node is a completed node.
In practical application, the determining a completed node of a corresponding to-be-processed item according to the to-be-determined node progress of each to-be-processed node includes: and for each node to be processed, if the project documents associated with the current node to be processed are uploaded, determining that the current node to be processed is a finished node.
S140, determining the project progress of the corresponding project to be processed based on the number of the completed nodes and the ratio of the total number of the nodes to be processed.
Wherein, the project progress can be understood as the progress of the project to be processed.
Illustratively, the pending project includes 5 pending nodes, and if the number of completed nodes at the current time is 3, the project schedule is 60%.
In addition, in practical application, each item to be processed and the corresponding item association information are subjected to visualization processing based on a visualization plug-in to obtain a visualization image, and the visualization image is displayed on a target display interface.
The visualization plug-in can be understood as a plug-in for visualization rendering, and the visualization plug-in can be installed in a project management system. The visual image may be understood as an image processed by a visual plug-in, for example, a histogram of comparison of project schedules of each to-be-processed project in a current project category, or a pie chart of completion conditions of a certain to-be-processed project at each to-be-processed node. The form of the specific visualized image can be determined according to actual conditions, and is not limited in particular. The target display interface may be understood as an interface for displaying a visual image, e.g. may be a display interface of an item management system.
Specifically, when a user needs to know a certain to-be-processed item in detail, a visual image corresponding to the to-be-processed item may be called, and item association information associated with the to-be-processed item that the user needs to view may be included in the visual image, for example, the item association information may include at least one of an item name, an item progress, an item responsible user, an item start time, an expected completion time, and an actual completion time.
According to the technical scheme, at least one to-be-processed item associated with the current item category and at least one to-be-processed node associated with the current item category are determined, the to-be-processed item corresponding to the current item category is determined based on an item information table, and the to-be-processed node corresponding to the current item category is determined based on a node information table. The method comprises the steps of determining the current node progress to be determined of a current node to be processed of the current node to be processed according to each project to be processed, detecting uploaded document information of the current node to be processed and whether an uploaded document exists or not according to a project requirement table of the current node to be processed, and determining the current node progress to be determined according to the ratio of the number of the documents to be used of the uploaded documents of the node to be determined to the total number of the documents in the project requirement table. And determining a finished node of a corresponding to-be-processed item according to the to-be-determined node progress of each to-be-processed node, and determining the current to-be-processed node as the finished node if the project documents associated with the current to-be-processed node are uploaded. And determining the project progress of the corresponding project to be processed based on the number of the completed nodes and the ratio of the total number of the nodes to be processed, so that the related users can conveniently manage the project to be processed according to the project progress of the project to be processed. The problem that the project requirements of some projects are neglected due to the fact that a plurality of projects exist simultaneously and a good management mode is lacked is solved, and the effect of uniformly managing the plurality of projects to better understand the project requirements of the projects is achieved.
Example two
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, project creation is performed in the project management system in advance, for example, different project categories are set according to project attributes or project execution nodes of each project, and for example, based on a project execution node (i.e., a to-be-processed node), when it is detected that a target control corresponding to a current project category is triggered, a to-be-processed project and a to-be-processed node associated with the current project category are called, where the to-be-processed project may be determined based on a project information table associated with the current project category, and the to-be-processed node may be determined based on a node information table associated with the current project category. It can be understood that each to-be-processed node may include a plurality of to-be-processed items, but the to-be-processed nodes of the to-be-processed items belonging to the same item category are the same, and the item documents in the item requirement table of each to-be-processed node are also the same. For the current node to be processed, the project requirement table of the current node to be processed may include project document information that is required to be uploaded by each project to be processed under the current node to be processed. Taking the current to-be-processed project as an example, if the project documents needing to be uploaded in the project requirement table include a document 1, a document 2, a document 3, a document 4 and a document 5, and the document names of different project documents are different, the document name of the current to-be-processed project uploaded on the current to-be-processed node is detected according to the project requirement table, so as to determine the uploaded document and the non-uploaded document of the current to-be-processed document. The current node progress to be determined of the nodes to be processed can be determined according to the ratio of the number of documents of the uploaded documents (namely, the number of documents to be used) to the total number of documents in the project requirement table. If all project documents needing to be uploaded of the current node to be processed are uploaded, the current node to be determined of the current node to be processed can be determined to be a completed node. The project progress of the current project to be processed can be determined according to the ratio of the number of completed nodes to the total number of nodes to be processed of the current project to be processed.
It should be noted that the to-be-uploaded documents of each to-be-processed item may respectively set corresponding upload time (i.e., preset upload time), and if the to-be-uploaded documents exceed the preset upload time and are not yet uploaded, the to-be-uploaded documents may be regarded as non-uploaded documents, that is, the execution condition of the current to-be-processed node is not qualified, then early warning information corresponding to the non-uploaded documents is generated, and the early warning information is sent to a corresponding client, for example, the to-be-uploaded documents may be mobile devices of a responsible person associated with the current to-be-processed node. That is, only when the project documents of the project to be processed, which need to be uploaded, under each node to be processed are uploaded, the acceptance criteria of the project data are met, until all the nodes to be processed of the project to be processed are the completed nodes, the project progress of the project to be processed can be determined to be completed, and when the project acceptance is performed, the project acceptance of the project to be processed can be determined to be qualified.
In addition, in practical application, in order to facilitate the user to view and manage each to-be-processed project, visual display can be performed on the project progress condition of each to-be-processed project based on the technical scheme, a JS + highcharts plug-in (namely, a visual plug-in) can be set in the project management system, the to-be-processed project and the project associated information related to each to-be-processed project are visually processed based on the visual plug-in, and a visual image is obtained for the user to view. For example, taking the example of visually displaying the planned completion time of the pending project of the current project, until 2022, 6 months — department predicts 14 projects to be completed, 13 projects to be actually completed, and 1 delay, it may be determined that the project completion rate in the current project category is the ratio of the actual completed project to the predicted completed project, that is, the project completion rate is 13/14-93%. The project completion rate may be displayed in a pie chart, and at the same time, each to-be-processed project and associated project association information may be displayed in association with the pie chart. The project association information comprises a project name, a project type, a project responsible person, a project starting time, a project plan ending time, contents of each project node (content of a start preparation link, construction site management content, completion acceptance content, project archive filing information, a project node responsible person, a project starting time, a project ending time, an actual starting time and an actual ending time), and the like.
And determining the project progress of the corresponding project to be processed based on the ratio of the number of the finished nodes to the total number of the nodes to be processed, so that a relevant user can conveniently manage the project to be processed according to the project progress of the project to be processed. The problem that project requirements of some projects are neglected due to the fact that a plurality of projects exist simultaneously and a good management mode is lacked is solved, and the effect of uniformly managing the plurality of projects so as to better know the project requirements of the projects is achieved.
