To sum up, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the service application reservation is successful, the service application information of the corresponding user is obtained, where the service application information includes: the service pre-handling time and the service pre-handling type; determining material information required to be carried by each user according to the type of the pre-transacted service of each user; determining the sending time of reminding information of each user according to the pre-transaction time, the pre-transaction service type and a preset timing rule of each user, wherein the reminding information comprises material information required to be carried by each user; calculating the sending waiting time of each user reminding message according to the sending time of each user reminding message; establishing a delay queue according to each user reminding message and the corresponding sending waiting time, wherein the delay queue comprises reminding messages arranged according to the waiting time; a polling delay queue, which determines a plurality of reminding messages to be sent within a preset time length; adding each reminding message to a corresponding position in a time wheel according to the sending waiting time of each reminding message in the plurality of reminding messages, wherein the time wheel is configured in advance according to the range of preset time; the time wheels are polled according to the time wheel algorithm, and each reminding information in the time wheels is triggered to be sent to the corresponding user in sequence, so that the utilization rate of banking service resources can be improved, the time of the user is saved, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (13)

1. A reminding method of reserved service of bank outlets is characterized in that the method is applied to a bank background server and comprises the following steps:
when the service application reservation is successful, acquiring service application information of a corresponding user, wherein the service application information comprises the following information of each user: the service pre-handling time and the service pre-handling type; determining material information required to be carried by each user according to the type of the pre-transacted service of each user;
determining the sending time of reminding information of each user according to the time of pre-handling the service, the type of the pre-handling service and a preset timing rule of each user, wherein the reminding information comprises material information required to be carried by each user;
calculating the sending waiting time of each user reminding message according to the sending time of each user reminding message;
establishing a delay queue according to each user reminding information and the corresponding sending waiting time length, wherein the delay queue comprises the reminding information arranged according to the waiting time length; a polling delay queue, which determines a plurality of reminding messages to be sent within a preset time length;
adding each reminding message to a corresponding position in a time wheel according to the sending waiting time of each reminding message in the plurality of reminding messages, wherein the time wheel is configured in advance according to the range of preset time;
polling the time wheel according to a time wheel algorithm, and sequentially triggering each reminding message in the time wheel to be sent to a corresponding user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein adding each reminder message of the plurality of reminder messages to a corresponding location in a time wheel based on a transmission wait duration of the each reminder message comprises:
acquiring a time scale pointed by a pointer of a dial of a time wheel;
calculating the corresponding position of each reminding information in the time wheel according to the time scale pointed by the dial indicator of the time wheel and the sending waiting time of each reminding information in the plurality of reminding information;
and adding each reminding message to a corresponding position in the time wheel.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before each of the reminder messages in the time-round is triggered to be sent to the corresponding user in sequence, the method further comprises:
receiving a pre-transaction service time modification request provided by a user corresponding to reminding information, and modifying the corresponding pre-transaction service time according to the pre-transaction service time modification request;
re-determining the sending time of the reminding information according to the modified pre-transaction service time, the pre-transaction service type and a preset timing rule;
recalculating the sending waiting time of the reminding information according to the redetermined sending time of the reminding information; adding the reminding information to a corresponding position in a delay queue according to the reminding information and the corresponding recalculated sending waiting time length so that the reminding information is determined as the reminding information to be sent in a preset time length;
and when the reminding information is determined to be the reminding information to be sent within the preset time length, adding the reminding information to the corresponding position in the time wheel according to the sending waiting time length recalculated by the reminding information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before each of the reminder messages in the time-round is triggered to be sent to the corresponding user in sequence, the method further comprises:
receiving a pre-transacted service type modification request provided by a user corresponding to the reminding information, and modifying the corresponding pre-transacted service type according to the pre-transacted service type modification request; re-determining the material information carried by the user according to the modified pre-transacted service type;
re-determining the sending time of the user reminding information according to the pre-transaction service time, the modified pre-transaction service type and a preset timing rule, wherein the reminding information comprises re-determined material information required to be carried by the user;
calculating the sending waiting time of the user reminding information according to the redetermined sending time of the user reminding information;
adding the user reminding information to a corresponding position in a delay queue according to the user reminding information and the corresponding sending waiting time length so as to determine the user reminding information as the reminding information to be sent in the preset time length;
and when the user reminding information is determined to be reminding information to be sent within a preset time length, adding the user reminding information to a corresponding position in the time wheel according to the sending waiting time length of the user reminding information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before each of the reminder messages in the time round is triggered to be sent to the corresponding user in sequence, further comprising:
receiving service application canceling information provided by a user corresponding to the reminding information;
when the reminding information is positioned in the delay queue, deleting the user reminding information from the delay queue according to the service application canceling information;
and when the reminding information is positioned in the time wheel, deleting the user reminding information from the time wheel according to the service application canceling information.
6. A reminding device for reserved business of bank outlets is characterized in that the reminding device is applied to a bank background server and comprises:
a service application information obtaining module, configured to obtain service application information of a corresponding user when a service application reservation is successful, where the service application information includes, for each user: the service pre-handling time and the service pre-handling type; determining material information required to be carried by each user according to the type of the pre-transacted service of each user;
the sending time determining module is used for determining the sending time of the reminding information of each user according to the pre-transaction time, the pre-transaction type and the preset timing rule of each user, wherein the reminding information comprises material information which is required to be carried by each user;
the time length calculating module is used for calculating the sending waiting time length of each user reminding message according to the sending time of each user reminding message;
the device comprises an establishing and polling module, a sending and polling module and a receiving module, wherein the establishing and polling module is used for establishing a delay queue according to each user reminding message and corresponding sending waiting time, and the delay queue comprises reminding messages arranged according to the waiting time; a polling delay queue, which determines a plurality of reminding messages to be sent within a preset time length;
the adding module is used for adding each reminding information to a corresponding position in a time wheel according to the sending waiting time of each reminding information in the reminding information, and the time wheel is configured in advance according to the range of preset time;
and the triggering module is used for polling the time wheels according to a time wheel algorithm and sequentially triggering each reminding information in the time wheels to be sent to the corresponding user.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the adding module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a time scale pointed by a pointer of a dial of a time wheel;
calculating the corresponding position of each reminding information in the time wheel according to the time scale pointed by the dial indicator of the time wheel and the sending waiting time of each reminding information in the plurality of reminding information;
and adding each reminding message to a corresponding position in the time wheel.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a pre-transaction time modification module, configured to, before the triggering module sequentially triggers each of the reminder messages in the time round to be sent to the corresponding user:
receiving a pre-transaction service time modification request provided by a user corresponding to the reminding information, and modifying the corresponding pre-transaction service time according to the pre-transaction service time modification request;
re-determining the sending time of the reminding information according to the modified pre-transaction service time, the pre-transaction service type and a preset timing rule;
recalculating the sending waiting time of the reminding information according to the redetermined sending time of the reminding information; adding the reminding information to a corresponding position in a delay queue according to the reminding information and the corresponding recalculated sending waiting time length so that the reminding information is determined as the reminding information to be sent in a preset time length;
and when the reminding information is determined to be the reminding information to be sent within the preset time length, adding the reminding information to the corresponding position in the time wheel according to the sending waiting time length recalculated by the reminding information.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a pre-transaction type modification module, configured to, before the triggering module sequentially triggers each of the reminder messages in the time round to be sent to the corresponding user:
receiving a pre-transacted service type modification request provided by a user corresponding to the reminding information, and modifying the corresponding pre-transacted service type according to the pre-transacted service type modification request; re-determining the material information carried by the user according to the modified pre-transacted service type;
re-determining the sending time of the user reminding information according to the pre-transaction service time, the modified pre-transaction service type and a preset timing rule, wherein the reminding information comprises re-determined material information required to be carried by the user;
calculating the sending waiting time of the user reminding information according to the redetermined sending time of the user reminding information;
adding the user reminding information to a corresponding position in a delay queue according to the user reminding information and the corresponding sending waiting time length so as to determine the user reminding information as the reminding information to be sent in the preset time length;
and when the user reminding information is determined to be reminding information to be sent within a preset time length, adding the user reminding information to a corresponding position in the time wheel according to the sending waiting time length of the user reminding information.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a service application cancellation module, configured to, before the triggering module sequentially triggers each of the reminder messages in the time wheel to be sent to the corresponding user:
receiving service application canceling information provided by a user corresponding to the reminding information;
when the reminding information is positioned in the delay queue, deleting the user reminding information from the delay queue according to the service application canceling information;
and when the reminding information is positioned in the time wheel, deleting the user reminding information from the time wheel according to the service application canceling information.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
13. A computer program product, characterized in that the computer program product comprises a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
