In this embodiment, the electrical heating element is PCBA3, which refers to a PCB board with electronic components mounted on a substrate, and the electronic components convert electrical energy into heat energy, and the heat energy is conducted to the substrate, so that the substrate has a higher temperature, and thus the substrate and the electronic components can be regarded as heat generating parts of the PCBA. For reinforcing heat conduction effect, PCBA 3's base plate is the heat conduction metal sheet, specifically is aluminium base board, and for with annular groove structure adaptation, the heat conduction metal sheet is the annular plate.
In this embodiment, the annular substrate 23 contacts the aluminum substrate on the PCBA3, so that heat generated by the PCBA3 can be transferred to the inner sheath 24 through the annular substrate 23, thereby heating the lens.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the PCBA3 includes a power supply wire 32, the power supply wire 32 for connecting with a power supply source to provide power to the PCBA 3. In order to avoid the arrangement of the power supply circuit 32 protruding out of the ring groove structure, the power supply circuit 32 is L-shaped, the power supply circuit 32 includes a radial extension section 33 extending along the radial direction of the heat conducting metal plate and an axial extension section 34 extending along the axial direction of the heat conducting metal plate, the axial extension section 34 is used for extending towards the direction away from the lens 11 of the camera 1, the top of the outer sleeve 25 is provided with a notch 29 for avoiding the radial extension section 33, and the notch 29 is located at the butt joint position of the outer sleeve 25.
In this embodiment, the sealing structure is formed by the cured sealing glue filled in the ring groove structure at the top of the PCBA 3. The sealant is matched with the ring groove structure to form a sealed space for accommodating the electric heating element.
In this embodiment, the installation process of the heating device on the camera 1 is as follows: firstly, the left seat body and the right seat body are fixed on the lens 11 in a butt joint mode, then the PCBA3 is fixed on the annular substrate 23 through the screws 31 in a connecting mode, finally the sealant is poured into the top of the PCBA3, and after the sealant is solidified, the heating device is installed on the camera 1.
In other embodiments of the camera, the sealing structure is not formed by cured sealant, and the sealing structure comprises an annular plate and a sealing ring, the annular plate is fixedly covered at the notch position of the annular groove structure, and the sealing ring is arranged between the annular plate and the notch of the annular groove structure, so that the annular plate and the annular groove structure form sealing fit. The annular plate and the annular groove structure are matched to enclose a sealed space for accommodating the electric heating element.
In other embodiments of the camera, the PCBA does not include a power supply line, the PCBA is provided with a power supply socket, the ring groove structure is provided with a power supply battery, the power supply battery is connected with the power supply socket through the power supply line, so that the power supply battery provides required electric energy for the PCBA, at this time, the outer sleeve body does not need to be provided with a notch, and even if the PCBA includes the power supply line, the outer sleeve body also does not need to be provided with the notch.
In other embodiments of the camera head, the electrical heating element is a ceramic heater plate or other prior art heating device.
In other embodiments of the camera, the right seat body is provided with a positioning hole on the abutting surface, and the left seat body is provided with a positioning protrusion on the abutting surface.
In other embodiments of the camera, the abutting surfaces of the left and right seat bodies are not provided with a positioning structure, and the left and right seat bodies are directly abutted and fixed.
In other embodiments of the camera head, the electrical heating element is fixed on the annular substrate by gluing.
In other embodiments of the camera, the left and right seat bodies are respectively provided with a connecting seat, and the connecting seats on the two seat bodies are both arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve body or on the bottom surface of the annular substrate.
In other embodiments of the camera, the left and right base bodies are connected by the fastening pin, and the butt joint position of the two base bodies is provided with a pin hole for the fastening pin to penetrate through, although the left and right base bodies can also be directly welded or bonded and fixed.
In other embodiments of the camera, the mounting seat is an integrated annular seat body, and correspondingly the annular substrate, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are all integrated annular structures, and the mounting seat is directly sleeved outside the lens and is suitable for a lens with a cylinder with a constant diameter and without a ring groove.

Or, an inward flanging is arranged on one side, facing the inner sleeve body, of the electric heating element, a fastening hole is formed in the inward flanging, a screw assembling hole is formed in the inner sleeve body corresponding to the fastening hole, a screw sequentially penetrates through the fastening hole and the screw assembling hole to fixedly connect the electric heating element and the inner sleeve body, so that the electric heating element is fixed in the annular groove structure, at the moment, the fixing structure is formed by the screw assembling hole in the inner sleeve body, and the screw assembling hole can also be formed in the outer sleeve body.
In other embodiments of the camera, the limiting structure is formed only by the inner wall surface of the inner sleeve body, and at this time, an inner hole formed by the inner sleeve body is in interference fit with the lens, for example, when the lens is an equal-diameter cylinder without a ring groove, the integrated mounting seat or the two half-type mounting seats fixedly connected together are directly sleeved outside the lens in an interference fit manner; when the annular groove is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the lens, the two seat bodies of the mounting seat are in interference fit with the outer peripheral surface of the lens directly after being fixedly connected together.
In other embodiments of the camera, the limiting structure is not formed by the inner wall surface of the inner sleeve body, the inner hole formed by the inner sleeve body is in clearance fit with the lens, a jackscrew can be installed on the installation seat at the moment, the installation seat is limited on the lens by tightly jacking the lens through the jackscrew, and the installation seat can be integrated or split.
In other embodiments of the camera, the heat generating portion of the electric heating element may contact the inner sleeve, so that heat generated by the PCBA may be directly transferred to the inner sleeve, thereby heating the lens.

A camera heating device, comprising an electric heating element, characterized by further comprising a mounting base (2) and a sealing structure, wherein the mounting base (2) adopts the mounting base (2) for the camera heating device of any one of claims 1 to 5, and the sealing structure is used for cooperating with a ring groove structure on the mounting base (2) to form a sealing space for accommodating the electric heating element.
7. The camera heating device according to claim 6, wherein the electric heating element is fixed on the annular base plate (23) by screws (31), the annular base plate (23) is provided with screw (31) mounting holes, and the screw (31) mounting holes form the fixing structure.

9. The camera heating device of claim 6, wherein the annular groove structure is filled with a sealant at the top of the electric heating element, and the sealing structure is formed by the cured sealant.
10. A camera (1) comprising a lens (11), characterized in that the lens (11) is provided with a heating device, and the heating device adopts the camera heating device of any one of claims 6 to 10.
