Background
Laser sensors are sensors that measure using laser technology and are generally classified into divergent profile laser sensors and parallel profile laser sensors. The laser sensor is a novel measuring instrument, can realize non-contact remote measurement, and has the advantages of high speed, high precision and strong anti-interference capability.
The laser sensor generally includes a housing, a laser transmitter, a laser receiver, and a measuring circuit, and the laser transmitter transmits laser to a detection area, and the laser receiver detects the amount of laser reflected back in the detection area, and the measuring circuit analyzes and calculates the measurement distance. The embodiment of the application discloses a background suppression type laser sensor. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the background suppression type laser sensor includes a housing 1, a laser transmitter 2, a laser receiver 3, and a control circuit board 4, the laser transmitter 2, the laser receiver 3, and the control circuit board 4 are all disposed within the housing 1, and the laser transmitter 2 and the laser receiver 3 are electrically connected to the control circuit board 4, respectively. The housing 1 is provided with a window sheet 13, and the window sheet 13 is used for light to pass through. Laser emitted by the laser emitter 2 irradiates the detection area through the window sheet 13, the laser receiver 3 receives the laser reflected by the detection area, and then the control circuit board 4 analyzes and processes the detection result.
The housing 1 comprises a front shell 11 and a rear cover 12, wherein the front shell 11 and the rear cover 12 are fixedly connected in a sealing way. In this embodiment, the front shell 11 and the rear cover 12 are fixedly connected by an ultrasonic fusion process, which replaces the conventional dispensing assembly process, reduces the assembly time, and improves the production efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a positioning post 111 is provided in the front case 11, and a positioning hole 43 that is engaged with the positioning post 111 is provided on the control circuit board 4. The laser transmitter 2 and the laser receiver 3 are both fixed on the same side of the control circuit board 4. During assembly, the control circuit board 4 is placed on the positioning posts 111, and the stability of the control circuit board 4 is maintained by the fixation between the rear cover 12 and the front case 11. The control circuit board 4 is further provided with a shielding cover 42, and the shielding cover 42 is provided with a through hole for light to pass through. The shielding cover 42 is sleeved on the laser receiver 3 to cover the laser receiver 3, so that the anti-interference capability is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a clip portion 121, a lead wire 122, and a light guide post 123 are provided on the rear cover 12. The rear cover 12 is provided with a through hole, the lead 122 is inserted into the through hole, and the lead 122 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 4. The clamping portion 121 is disposed at a position close to the through hole inside the rear cover 12, and the clamping portion 121 clamps and fixes the lead 122. The clamping portion 121 is a cylindrical structure with a notch, and when the lead 122 passes through the clamping portion 121, the clamping portion 121 clamps the lead 122, so that the lead 122 and the rear cover 12 are kept to be fixed well, and the connection stability between the lead 122 and the control circuit board 4 is improved. The light guide post 123 is fixed on the side of the rear cover 12 away from the front case 11, and the light guide post 123 is penetrated in the rear cover 12.
An indicator lamp 41 is arranged on the control circuit board 4, and the indicator lamp 41 is electrically connected with the control circuit board 4. The indicator lamp 41 may emit light when energized and operating. In this embodiment, the indicator 41 is located in the projection range of the light guide column 123 on the control circuit board 4, so that the light can be emitted through the light guide column 123 in time when the indicator 41 emits light, and the working state of the laser sensor can be reminded in time.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the window sheet 13 is fixed on the front case 11, the window sheet 13 and the front case 11 are fixed by dispensing, and the window sheet 13 is fixed on the side of the front case 11 away from the opening. The window sheet 13 is made of a transparent material to allow light to pass therethrough.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, bezel surfaces 131 are provided on both opposite sides of the window sheet 13, respectively. Specifically, the bezel surface 131 is formed by grooving the window sheet 13, two bezel surfaces 131 are parallel to each other, and an included angle between the bezel surface 131 and a side surface where the bezel surface 131 is located is an acute angle. When the laser passes through the window sheet 13, the laser is refracted in the window sheet 13, and the phenomenon that the laser is reflected back and forth in the window sheet 13 is reduced. Compared with the prior art in which the laser vertically irradiates the window sheet 13, the phenomenon of generating two points of photoelectricity in the detection area can be avoided to a greater extent.
When the window piece 13 is mounted on the front case 11, the projection range of the bezel surface 131 on the control circuit board 4 covers the projection range of the laser emitter 2 on the control circuit board 4. When the laser is emitted, the laser can be completely emitted from the bevel face 131. The two opposite side surfaces of the window sheet 13 are further provided with frosted layers 132, and the projection range of the frosted layers 132 on the control circuit board 4 is larger than the projection range of the bevel face 131 on the control circuit board 4, that is, the groove digging part where the bevel face 131 is located at the middle position of the frosted layers 132. When the laser is emitted from the bevel face 131, the frosted layer 132 can block the passage of stray light, thereby improving the detection result.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, a bracket 15 and a lens 16 are further provided in the housing 1, the lens 16 is fixed to the bracket 15, the bracket 15 is slidable in the front housing 11, and the sliding direction of the bracket 15 is the same as the extending direction of the line between the laser transmitter 2 and the laser receiver 3.
The bracket 15 is slidably disposed between the window piece 13 and the laser receiver 3, and an adjusting bolt 14 is rotatably disposed on a side wall of the front housing 11, and the adjusting bolt 14 is threadedly coupled with the bracket 15. By turning the adjusting bolt 14, the bracket 15 can be driven to slide in the front shell 11, and the positions of the bracket 15 and the lens 16 can be adjusted. In the present embodiment, the holder 15 and the lens 16 are disposed between the window sheet 13 and the laser receiver 3. In this embodiment, the adjusting bolt 14 and the front shell 11 are limited by means of a snap, so that the adjusting bolt 14 is prevented from falling off from the front shell 11.
The lens 16 is a hemispherical lens 16, and an included angle between an optical axis of the lens 16 and a photosensitive surface of the laser receiver 3 is an acute angle. In this embodiment, the plane on the support 15 for placing the lens 16 and the plane on the control circuit board 4 are inclined to keep the received light to pass through the optical axis of the lens 16 more, so that the light converging effect is better.
The housing 1 is also provided with a mounting hole 17 and a threaded sleeve 18. Specifically, mounting holes 17 are provided at both end points of the front case 11 away from the rear cover 12, and threaded sleeves 18 are snap-fitted into the mounting holes 17. In use, the laser sensor is conveniently mounted by the threaded fit of the bolt and the threaded sleeve 18. And the threaded sleeve 18 is clamped in the mounting hole 17, so that the abrasion to the front shell 11 can be reduced when the mounting is carried out through bolts.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: the laser beam is emitted by the laser emitter 2, and the component light irradiated at the rear part of the detection area is reflected and detected by the laser receiver 3. By arranging the bevel face 131 on the window sheet 13, the path of the laser on the window sheet 13 is changed in the laser emitting process, so that the phenomenon that two points of light spots appear after the laser passes through the window sheet 13 is reduced, and the detection precision is greatly improved; the frosted layer 132 on the window sheet 13 can shield stray light, so that the detection is prevented from being greatly influenced by the stray light; drive support 15 through adjusting bolt 14 and remove in preceding shell 11 to adjust lens 16's position, when being directed against different detection distance, the position of gathering through lens 16 when can accurate adjustment laser reflection returns.
