The diesel locomotive tail gas particulate matter purification box body is characterized by comprising a box body assembly welding part (1), wherein a purification device consisting of a metal filter element (2), an electromagnetic valve (3), an air cylinder (4) and an air pipeline (5) is arranged in the box body assembly welding part (1); the box assembly welding (1) comprises a cover plate (101), a bottom plate (102), a partition plate (103), a rain shielding and mounting plate (104), a rib plate (105) and a clamping plate (106) which are combined to form, the bottom plate (102) bears the purifying device, the bottom plate (102) and the cover plate (101) are connected and mounted through the rain shielding and mounting plate (104), the rain shielding and mounting plate (104) is fixedly connected with the cover plate (101) through the rib plate (105), the cover plate (101) covers the purifying device in the purifying box body to form an accommodating space of the purifying box body, and the partition plate (103) separates the accommodating space to form a front area, a middle area and a rear area.

The diesel locomotive exhaust particulate matter purifying box body according to claim 1, characterized in that a metal filter element (2) is arranged in the middle area of the box body assembly welding (1), and the metal filter element (2) is horizontally placed and longitudinally inserted into the purifying box body; metal filter core (2) include sealing washer (201), ring flange (202) and metal filter screen (203), ring flange (202) set up in the tip of metal filter core (2), through ring flange (202), metal filter core (2) with cardboard (106) are connected.

The diesel locomotive exhaust particles purification box body according to claim 2, wherein the diesel locomotive exhaust particles enter the purification box body through an air inlet (9) of the purification box body, and the metal filter element (2) filters the exhaust particles and blocks the exhaust particles in the front area of the box body assembly welding (1); the tail gas particles generate purified gas through the metal filter element (2), and the purified gas is discharged through an exhaust port (10) of the purifying box body; the bottom of the purifying box body is provided with a dust exhaust port (11), and waste materials generated in the purifying box body are exhausted out of the purifying box body through the dust exhaust port (11).

The diesel locomotive exhaust particulate matter purification box body according to claim 3, characterized in that the middle region of the box body assembly welding (1) comprises a transition region, an air pipeline (5) is arranged in the transition region, and the metal filter element (2) is connected with the electromagnetic valve (3) and the air cylinder (4) in the box body assembly welding region through the air pipeline (5).

The diesel locomotive tail gas particulate matter purification box body according to claim 4, characterized in that the air cylinder (4) comprises a cylinder body (401), a mounting seat (402), an air cylinder air outlet and an air cylinder air inlet (403), the air cylinder air outlet comprises a first air cylinder air outlet (404) and a second air cylinder air outlet (405) which are arranged up and down, and the first air cylinder air outlet (404) and the second air cylinder air outlet (405) are opposite to the upper and lower air vent central areas of the end surface of the metal filter element (2) through an air pipeline (5).

The diesel locomotive exhaust particulate purification box body according to claim 5, wherein an exhaust port (10) of the purification box body is arranged at the upper part of the transition region, and a water outlet (12) of the purification box body is arranged at the lower part of the transition region.
