The dried cigarette packet paper is firstly folded in the forward direction, then folded in the reverse direction, repeatedly folded in the reverse direction for 5 times, and then irradiated by lighting with a flashlight, and no obvious crack is observed at the crease. And (3) sticking the 3M adhesive tape on the surface of the adhesive film, pulling the 3M adhesive tape at a constant speed by using a pulling force of 10kg, and observing that no obvious stripping or inverted gloss sticking is generated at the stripping part. And (5) placing the film into an oven, and testing the film for 24 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃ to ensure that the surface of the film has no light loss and no flower surface.
In conclusion, the aqueous aldehyde-free adhesive prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high drying speed, no permeation to the surface of a base material and good compatibility with alcohol, and is beneficial to the packaging and production of cigarettes. The water-based formaldehyde-free adhesive has good adhesive force, the adhesive film has good flexibility, and the flatness and smoothness of cigarettes and cigarette holders can be improved.

6. The aqueous aldehyde-free adhesive for cigarette packaging according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic resin is one or more of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, a self-crosslinking acrylic resin, and a hydroxyl acrylic resin.
7. The aqueous aldehyde-free adhesive for cigarette packaging according to claim 1, wherein the isocyanate is one or more of hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, and dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate.
8. The aqueous aldehyde-free adhesive for cigarette packaging according to claim 1, wherein the defoamer is a silicone defoamer, the wetting agent is a nonionic surfactant, and the thickener is an associative polyurethane thickener.
9. The method for preparing the aqueous aldehyde-free adhesive for cigarette packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
adding the waterborne polyurethane resin into a stirring kettle, then adding the acrylic resin, then adding the sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the pH value to 8-9, stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding the defoaming agent, the wetting agent and the thickening agent, stirring uniformly, then adding the isocyanate and the diethanol amine, and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain the waterborne aldehyde-free adhesive.
