the mobile screen assembly (3) comprises a screen structure (31), a mobile plate (32) and an electric telescopic rod (33); the screen structure (31) is arranged in a track groove (34) formed in the side wall of the processing box (1), the screen structure (31) can move to the outer side of the processing box (1) along the track groove from a first discharge hole (35) formed in the side wall of the processing box (1), a moving plate (32) is arranged at the edge end of the screen structure (31) positioned at the outer side of the processing box (1), electric telescopic rods (33) are arranged at four corners between the moving plate (32) and the processing box (1), and impurities on the screen structure (31) are moved out of the processing box (1) under the driving of the electric telescopic rods (33) so as to be collected;
the device also comprises a pressing component (4) for separating fine impurities in the sewage; the material pressing assembly (4) comprises two rolling rollers (41), a rotating shaft (42), a motor (43) and a scraping knife (44); the two grinding rollers (41) are respectively arranged inside the treatment box (1) oppositely through rotating shafts, one end of each rotating shaft (42) is respectively connected with a motor (43), the motors (43) are arranged on the outer sides of the treatment box (1), and scraping cutters (44) are respectively arranged in the running directions of the two grinding rollers (41) to scrape impurities adhered on the grinding rollers (41);
the material pressing assembly (4) further comprises a roller (45) and a conveyor belt (46), the roller (45) is in transmission connection with one of the rolling rollers (41) through the conveyor belt (46), and the roller (45) is arranged above the two rolling rollers (41) and below the opening and closing position of the sedimentation tank (21);
the discharging assembly (5) is arranged below the tail end outlet of the pressing assembly and is used for clearing the separated impurities out of the treatment box for subsequent treatment; the discharging assembly (5) comprises a receiving hopper (51), a conveying auger (52), a discharging motor (53) and an impurity collecting box (54), wherein the receiving hopper (51) is arranged below the pressing part of the pressing assembly (4), the conveying auger (52) is transversely arranged at the lower inner side of the treatment box (1), one end of the conveying auger penetrates through the treatment box (1) and extends to the outside of the treatment box (1), the conveying auger is connected with the discharging motor (53), a second discharging hole (55) is formed in the bottom of the treatment box (1), the impurity collecting box (54) is arranged below the second discharging hole (55), the conveying auger (52) rotates to discharge pressed impurities from the second discharging hole (55) and fall into the impurity collecting box (54).
