Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a metal window washing system with a nozzle, which includes a plurality of metal windows, a water supply pipe system and a miscellaneous air pipe system, wherein a window frame of the metal window is provided with a plurality of nozzle bases for installing the nozzle; the water supply pipe system comprises a water supply pipe communicated with the spray head base and is used for guiding water to the spray head to complete the flushing action; the miscellaneous air pipe system comprises an miscellaneous air pipe communicated with the water supply pipe and used for leading air to the water supply pipe to complete the drying action.
Referring to fig. 2, the water supply pipes include a cold water supply pipe, a hot water supply pipe, a flushing pipe and a residual water discharge pipe, the cold water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe are communicated with the flushing pipe through a water mixing valve, a pressure sensor is arranged in the flushing pipe, and the end of the flushing pipe is connected with a spray head; the miscellaneous air pipe is connected to the flushing pipe, and the residual water discharge pipe is communicated with the flushing pipe. The electromagnetic valve 1, the electromagnetic valve 2, the electromagnetic valve 3 and the electromagnetic valve 4 are respectively arranged in the cold water supply pipe, the hot water supply pipe, the miscellaneous air pipeline and the residual water drainage pipe.
Referring to fig. 3, the method for flushing a metal window flushing system with a spray head provided by the present application specifically includes the following steps:
starting to punch a window;
the electromagnetic valve 1 and the electromagnetic valve 2 are started simultaneously, and cold water and hot water are mixed in the flushing pipe;
judging the pressure of mixed water in the flushing pipe by using a pressure sensor in the flushing pipe;
if the pressure of the mixed water in the flushing pipe meets the requirement of window flushing, directly flushing the window; after the window flushing is finished, the electromagnetic valve 1 and the electromagnetic valve 2 are closed, the electromagnetic valve 4 is started, and residual moisture in the flushing pipe is released; then closing the electromagnetic valve 4, starting the electromagnetic valve 3, drying the flushing pipe, the spray head and the window by using high-pressure gas, and finally closing the electromagnetic valve 3;
if the pressure of the mixed water in the flushing pipe does not meet the window flushing requirement, starting the electromagnetic valve 3 until the pressure in the flushing pipe meets the requirement, and then flushing the window; after the window flushing is finished, the electromagnetic valve 1 and the electromagnetic valve 2 are closed, the electromagnetic valve 4 is started, and residual moisture in the flushing pipe is released; then the solenoid valve 4 is closed, the flushing pipe, the spray head and the window are dried, and finally the solenoid valve 3 is closed.
The pipe is connected with the window frame through the spray head base, a ship body does not need to be led out to be connected with the windscreen wiper, namely, the pipe exposed outside the ship body does not exist, and the condition that no residual water or residual water in the pipeline is frozen to block the pipeline is ensured; meanwhile, the window without exposed pipelines has good aesthetic property and is fresh and clean. And this application has hot water and washes the window function, can wash electroless heating glass's window cold freezing weather, because this application has the step of weathering in addition, can prevent effectively that remaining water in the pipeline from freezing when the polar region operation from freezing, guarantees the stability of whole rinse-system long-time work under the polar region condition.
The metal window is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, and can be manufactured in shipyards or manufacturers; the installation is convenient, only the metal window manufacturer is required to complete the installation of the spray head base at the metal window approval stage, the spray head is directly welded with the ship body pipe and screwed down after the spray head returns to the factory, fire does not need to be fired on the ship body, and the risk of interference with other external equipment such as lamps is avoided. In addition, the universal windscreen wiper is good in universality, is suitable for most of the existing ships and marine products, and is not limited by the existence of the windscreen wiper; the maintainability is good, and the shower nozzle can overhaul at any time and change, need not enter the product and report the repair flow.
Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments and examples, but rather, all equivalent variations and modifications are within the scope of the invention as defined in the claims and the specification.
