The moving direction of a piston rod 4 of the air cylinder 2 is parallel to the working surface, the piston rod 4 is connected with a clamping piece 10 through a lever assembly, the clamping piece 10 is located on the working surface, and the piston rod 4 drives the clamping piece 10 to horizontally move along the working surface through the lever assembly. The lever assembly comprises a support 7 and a pressing plate 6, the support 7 is fixedly arranged on one side, adjacent to the working face, of the fixture body 1, and the pressing plate 6 is sequentially connected with a piston rod 4, the support 7 and a clamping piece 10. The distance between the support 7 and the piston rod 4 is larger than the distance between the support 7 and the clamping piece 10, so that the thrust of the air cylinder 2 required by the movement of the clamping piece 10 is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. The piston rod 4 applies acting force to the clamping piece 10 through the pressing plate 6 by adopting a lever principle, so that the acting force to the clamping piece 10 can be effectively increased. The pressing plate 6 is rotatably connected with the piston rod 4 through the connecting rod 5, and two ends of the connecting rod 5 are rotatably connected with the pressing plate 6 and the piston rod 4 respectively, so that the piston rod 4 can stretch out and draw back to apply acting force to the pressing plate 6. The pressure plate 6 is rotatably connected with the support 7, and the support 7 is used as a fulcrum of the lever assembly to play a supporting role. The pressing plate 6 is connected with the clamping piece 10 through a mandril 9, the pressing plate 6 is rotatably connected with one end of the mandril 9, and the other end of the mandril 9 is rotatably connected with the clamping piece 10. The connecting mode increases the flexibility of the lever assembly, and can better drive the clamping piece 10 to move.
In order to ensure that the clamping piece 10 moves in the horizontal direction, the upper side and the lower side of the clamping piece 10 are provided with a stop 11 for guiding the movement of the clamping piece 10, and the stop 11 is fixedly connected with the working surface. The clamping piece 10 moves along the gap between the two stops 11, avoiding the clamping piece 10 deviating from the movement trajectory. In another embodiment, a sliding rail may be provided on the working surface in the horizontal direction, along which the clamping member 10 moves, and the sliding rail is used to define the moving track of the clamping member 10.
The side opposite to the clamping piece 10 on the working surface is provided with a positioning block 3, the clamping piece 10 and the positioning block 3 are arranged oppositely, the clamping piece 10 and the positioning block 3 are both used for fixing a big head base end 16 of the connecting rod body 14, and the clamping piece 10 and the positioning block 3 are both provided with positioning surfaces matched with the two sides of the big head base end 16. The large head base end 16 is attached conveniently and better, and the stability and the reliability of clamping are improved. The lower part of the working face is provided with a positioning column 12 for fixing a small connecting rod head 15 of a connecting rod body 14, the diameter of the positioning column 12 is smaller than the aperture of the small connecting rod head 15, the positioning column 12 can be inserted into a round hole of the small connecting rod head 15 to fix the small connecting rod head 15, and the diameter of the positioning column 12 is close to the aperture of the small connecting rod head 15. Auxiliary supporting columns 13 are arranged on two sides of the positioning column 12, and the auxiliary supporting columns 13 are used for supporting shoulders on two sides of the connecting rod body 14.
The working process is as follows:
when the connecting rod body 14 needs to be fixed, the positioning column 12 is inserted into a circular hole of the small end 15 of the connecting rod, shoulders on two sides of the connecting rod body 14 lean against the auxiliary supporting column 13, and the connecting rod body 14 is preliminarily fixed; at the moment, one side of the big-head base end 16 is close to the positioning block 3, the cylinder 2 is opened, the piston 19 expands to drive the piston rod 4 to move outwards the cylinder body 17, and further the pressing plate 6 is driven to enable the clamping piece 10 to horizontally displace towards the direction close to the big-head base end 16, the stop blocks 11 arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the clamping piece 10 ensure the movement track of the clamping piece 10, the clamping piece 10 is close to the big-head base end 16 and is matched with the positioning block 3, and the big-head base end 16 is fixed between the clamping piece 10 and the positioning block 3. Meanwhile, the clamping piece 10 and the positioning surface on the positioning block 3 are tightly attached to the side surface of the base end 16 of the big end, so that the fixing stability is improved.
After the joint surface of the connecting rod body 14 is processed, the cylinder 2 is started again, the piston 19 contracts to further drive the piston rod 4 to contract towards the inside of the cylinder body 17, the clamping piece 10 is driven by the pressing plate 6 to horizontally displace towards the direction far away from the connecting rod body 14, the connecting rod body 14 is loosened, the processed connecting rod body 14 is taken down, and a work flow is completed.
