5. The intelligent sterilization system for food patting machines of claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet sterilization system employs a low ozone ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
6. The intelligent disinfection system for a food flatbread machine of claim 1, wherein the temperature and humidity collector employs an analog temperature and humidity sensor.
7. The intelligent sterilization system for food cookie press according to claim 2, wherein said start-stop sensor is a magnetostrictive displacement sensor.
