技术领域
本发明属于用于洗衣的香料颗粒的领域。
背景技术
香味是洗衣过程的一个重要方面。消费者通常将香味与清洁度相关联或简单地喜欢该气味;因此,许多洗衣产品包含香料。然而,所需的香料量因消费者而异。因此,已经开发了香料颗粒以允许消费者基于他们的个人偏好来定制他们的芳香体验。
在香料颗粒领域中存在各种现有技术的公开,包括:
WO 2011/056938公开了一种组合物,其基本上由以下组成:(a)组合物的约80%至约91%重量的聚乙二醇,其中聚乙二醇具有约5,000至约11,000的分子量;(b)组合物的约2%至约12%重量的香料;和(c)组合物的约2%至约12%重量的易碎香料微胶囊,其中香料微胶囊包含包封的香料;其中将组合物成形为具有约0.95mg至约2g质量的锭剂。
WO 2016/099852公开了多个均匀结构化颗粒的组合物。该颗粒包含聚乙二醇、香料和淀粉颗粒,并且各自具有约0.95mg至约5克的质量。
然而,仍然需要改进这样的颗粒。特别地,需要具有改进的加工特性的颗粒,其产生消费者可接受的颗粒。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面是包含多个颗粒的组合物,其中所述颗粒包含:
a.30至95wt.%的聚乙二醇,其中聚乙二醇具有4000至12000的重均分子量;
b.至60wt.%的次要载体,其中次要载体以颗粒的形式提供,该颗粒具有35至75μm的体积平均粒径(volume average particle size);和
c.至30wt.%的香料材料。
本发明的第二个方面是一种形成颗粒的方法,其中将聚乙二醇熔融,并将具有35至75μm的体积平均粒径的颗粒形式的次要载体分散在其中,然后将熔融体成形为颗粒。
本发明的第三个方面是本文所述的组合物用于赋予洗涤的织物香味的用途。
已经令人惊奇地发现,使用具有特定粒径范围的次要载体颗粒提供了合适的加工粘度,具有足够的结构化以形成优质的颗粒形成。另外,如本文所述的特定粒径的次要载体不会在产品中沉淀。

聚乙二醇
本发明的颗粒包含聚乙二醇(PEG)。聚乙二醇以各种重均分子量存在。用于本发明目的的PEG的合适重均分子量包括4,000至12,000,优选5,000至11,000,更优选6,000至10,000,且最优选7,000至9,000。合适的PEG的非限制性实例是:来自Clariant的Polyglycol8000和来自BASF的Pluriol 8000。
本发明的颗粒包含大于30wt.%的PEG,优选大于40wt.%的PEG,更优选大于50wt.%的PEG,最优选大于60wt.%的PEG。本发明的颗粒包含小于95wt.%的PEG,优选小于85wt.%的PEG,更优选小于75wt.%的PEG,最优选小于70wt.%的PEG。合适地,颗粒包含30至95wt.%的PEG,优选40至85wt.%的PEG,更优选50至75wt.%的PEG。
聚乙二醇被认为是主要载体材料。
次要载体
本发明的洗衣颗粒包含次要载体材料。除了被认为是主要载体材料的聚乙二醇外,还存在次要载体材料。次要载体材料可以提供各种益处,如稳定性益处。次要载体材料以颗粒形式提供。颗粒具有35至75μm、优选40至70μm、40至60μm的粒径。粒径是按体积计的平均(模式)粒径。这可以在具有干粉分散能力的粒径分析仪装置中通过激光衍射来测量。例如,通过使用来自Sympatec的RODOS dry dispersion系统或来自Malvern的Mastersizer3000。可以通过合适的材料的干磨来实现适当的粒径。次要载体材料粒径是指加入制造过程中时的粒径。具有这个平均粒径的颗粒对于加工提供适当的粘度,同时不会太大以至于它们损害洗衣颗粒内的结构化或沉积。
本发明的洗衣颗粒包含大于0.1wt.%的次要载体,优选大于10wt.%的次要载体,最优选大于20wt.%的次要载体。本发明的洗衣颗粒包含小于60wt.%的次要载体,优选小于50wt.%的次要载体,最优选小于40wt.%的次要载体。合适地,本发明的洗衣颗粒包含0.1至60wt.%的次要载体,优选10至50wt.%的次要载体,最优选20至40wt.%的次要载体。
次要载体材料可选自:聚合物(例如,聚乙二醇、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯及其衍生物)、蛋白质(例如,明胶、白蛋白、酪蛋白)、糖(例如,右旋糖、果糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、异葡萄糖、蔗糖)、多糖(例如,淀粉、黄原胶、纤维素或其衍生物)、水溶性或水分散性填料(例如,氯化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠、沸石、二氧化硅、粘土),及其组合。
合适的次要载体材料的实例包括:水溶性有机碱金属盐、水溶性无机碱土金属盐、水溶性有机碱土金属盐、水溶性碳水化合物、水溶性硅酸盐、水溶性尿素、淀粉、黄原胶、右旋糖、粘土、水不溶性硅酸盐、柠檬酸羧甲基纤维素、脂肪酸、脂肪醇、氢化牛油脂的甘油二酯、甘油、聚乙烯醇及其组合。
优选的次要载体材料可选自多糖(例如,淀粉、黄原胶、纤维素或其衍生物)、糖(例如,右旋糖、果糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、异葡萄糖、蔗糖)和水溶性或水分散性填充剂(例如,氯化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠、沸石、二氧化硅、粘土),及其组合。
更优选地,次要载体选自糖和多糖,最优选地,次要载体选自糖。
合适的多糖可选自淀粉、糖原、葡萄糖、几丁质、阿拉伯树胶和黄原胶。

本发明优选的单糖是己糖分子(n=6)。己糖分子全部具有相同的分子式,然而,具有不同的结构式,即,是结构异构体。优选己糖包含与5元环相对的6元环。葡萄糖和半乳糖具有6元环。在优选实施方案中,己糖单糖是葡萄糖。葡萄糖是手性分子,具有D和L立体异构体的混合物。特别优选地,本发明的葡萄糖是葡萄糖的D异构体,也称为右旋糖。
优选地,本发明中使用的糖材料是无水的,即不含任何水。例如,右旋糖一水合物含有一分子水,而无水右旋糖则不含。
适用于本发明的糖的非限制性实例是:来自Cargill的C*Dex,来自Cargill的Treha,来自FoodChem的无水右旋糖。
在本发明中使用糖时,由于糖的甜味,可以优选包括苦味材料,如来自JohnsonMatthey Fine Chemicals的Bitrex。
香料
本发明的颗粒包含0.1至30w.t.%的香料材料,即游离香料和/或香料微胶囊。如本领域已知的,游离香料和香料微胶囊在洗涤循环期间的不同点为消费者提供香料接触(hits)。特别优选的是,本发明的颗粒包含游离香料和香料微胶囊两者的组合。
优选地,本发明的颗粒包含0.5至20w.t.%的香料材料,更优选1至15w.t.%的香料材料,最优选2至10w.t.%的香料材料。

游离香料:

香料微胶囊:
本发明的颗粒优选包含0.1至15w.t.%的香料微胶囊,更优选0.5至8w.t.%的香料微胶囊。微胶囊的重量是原样供应的材料的重量。
香料组分被包封时,合适的包封材料可包括但不限于;氨基塑料、蛋白质、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚酰胺、聚烯烃、树胶、硅酮、脂质、改性纤维素、聚磷酸盐、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或其组合。特别优选的材料是氨基塑料微胶囊,如三聚氰胺甲醛或脲甲醛微胶囊。
本发明的香料微胶囊可为易碎微胶囊和/或水分活化的微胶囊。易碎是指施加力时香料微胶囊将破裂。水分活化是指香料在水的存在下释放。本发明的颗粒优选包含易碎微胶囊。可以另外存在水分活化的微胶囊。可为易碎的微胶囊的示例包括氨基塑料微胶囊。
包含在微胶囊中的香料组分可包含有气味的材料和/或香料前体(pro-fragrance)材料。
包含在微胶囊中的特别优选的香料组分是释香香料组分和直接香料组分。释香香料组分由低于250℃的沸点和大于2.5的LogP定义。直接香料组分由高于250℃的沸点和大于2.5的LogP定义。在标准压力(760mm Hg)下测量沸点。优选地,香料组合物将包含释香和直接香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其它香料组分。

优选地,本发明的颗粒包含0.001%至2wt.%,更优选0.005至1wt.%,最优选0.01至0.6wt.%。
其他有益剂
本发明的颗粒包含香料作为主要有益剂。然而,可能期望本发明的颗粒将多于一种有益剂递送至洗涤的织物。其他有益剂可以在载体材料(即PEG)中游离,或者它们可以被包封。合适的包封材料在上文关于香料已列出。

本发明的颗粒具有提供香味的目的,主要功能不是软化或清洁。本发明的颗粒优选基本上不含洗衣和软化活性物质。基本上不含是指颗粒组合物的0至3wt.%,优选0至2wt.%,更优选0至1wt.%的软化或清洁活性物质。软化剂和清洁剂是本领域熟知的,其实例包括:洗涤剂表面活性剂、洗涤剂助洗剂、漂白剂、酶和季铵化合物。低含量的非去污表面活性剂可存在于香料和/或有益剂组合物中,所述香料和/或有益剂组合物可存在于本发明的颗粒中。
颗粒的形式
本发明的颗粒可以是任何固体形式,例如:粉末、丸状、片剂、球粒、锭剂或挤出物。优选地,颗粒是锭剂的形式。锭剂可以,例如,使用来自Sandvick Materials的ROTOFORMER造粒系统来生产。
本发明的一个方面是一种形成颗粒的方法,其中将聚乙二醇熔融,并将体积平均粒径为35至75μm的颗粒形式的次要载体分散在其中,然后将熔融体成形为颗粒。
优选地,聚乙二醇为最终组合物的30至95wt.%,并且优选地,聚乙二醇具有4000至12000的重均分子量。
优选地,次要载体为最终组合物的0.1至60wt.%。
优选在次要载体颗粒之前或之后将香料加入到熔融的聚乙二醇中。优选在次要载体颗粒之后。优选为最终组合物的0.1至30wt.%。
聚乙二醇合适地在高于聚乙二醇的熔点的温度下熔融,优选地高于聚乙二醇的熔点至少2℃,更优选地高于聚乙二醇的熔点至少5℃。熔点是特定组合物中使用的聚乙二醇的平均熔点。
本发明的颗粒由熔融体形成。颗粒可以例如通过以下方式形成颗粒:制锭(pastillation)(例如使用来自Sandvick Materials的ROTOFORMER)、挤出、造粒、通过使用模具、浇铸熔融体和切割成一定尺寸或喷射熔融体。
如本文所述的具有35至75μm的平均粒径的次要载体颗粒有助于洗衣颗粒的加工和形成。它们在40至70℃的加工温度下提供最佳粘度,并赋予洗衣颗粒结构。35至75μm的颗粒也足够小以致不会沉积在最终产品洗衣颗粒中。
本发明的颗粒优选是均匀结构化的。均匀是指在整个颗粒中存在连续相。不存在核和壳型结构。次要载体颗粒和其它材料(如香料微胶囊)将分布在连续相内。连续相主要由聚乙二醇提供。
颗粒可以是适于在洗衣过程中溶解的任何形状或尺寸。优选地,每个单个颗粒的质量为0.95mg至5克,更优选0.01至1克,且最优选0.02至0.5克。优选地,每个单个颗粒在任何方向上的最大线性尺寸为10mm,更优选为1-8mm,且最优选最大线性尺寸为4-6mm。颗粒的形状可以选自例如球形、半球形、压缩半球形、扁豆形、椭圆形或平面形状如花瓣形状。颗粒的优选形状是半球形,即圆顶形,其中圆顶的高度小于基部的半径。当颗粒被压制成半球形时,优选基本上平坦的基部的直径提供最大线性尺寸,并且颗粒的高度为1-5mm,更优选2-3mm。本发明的颗粒的尺寸可以使用卡尺测量。
使用方法
本发明的颗粒用于洗衣过程。它们可以在使用洗衣机的洗涤循环的洗涤阶段、第二阶段或漂洗阶段中加入。或者,颗粒可用于织物的手洗。颗粒可以在其他洗衣产品之外使用,或可以作为独立产品使用。
本发明的颗粒优选以1g至50g,更优选10g至45g,最优选15g至40g的量进料。
颗粒的用途
本发明颗粒的主要用途是赋予洗涤的织物香味。香味在洗衣过程中赋予。颗粒还可用于在洗衣过程中向织物递送附加的有益剂。

实验:
如下制备实施例和比较制剂:
将右旋糖颗粒干磨至80、40和17μm的平均粒径。将聚乙二醇加热至60-80℃,并将研磨的右旋糖分散在其中。在添加香料之前评估加工粘度。
总之,当次要载体粒径在35μm至75μm的范围内时,产生了对于加工适当的粘度的浆料,并获得了改善的香料颗粒。
Claims (15)
1.一种包含多个颗粒的组合物,其中所述颗粒包含:
a.30至95wt.%的聚乙二醇,其中所述聚乙二醇具有4000至12000的重均分子量;
b.0.1至60wt.%的次要载体,其中所述次要载体以颗粒的形式提供,所述颗粒具有35至75μm的体积平均粒径;和
c.0.1至30wt.%的香料材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述次要载体选自:聚合物、蛋白质、糖、多糖、水溶性或水分散性填料,及其组合。
3.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述次要载体选自糖和多糖。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.1至15wt.%的游离香料。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.1至15w.%的颗粒香料微胶囊。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述香料材料包含游离香料和香料微胶囊两者。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述香料微胶囊包含易碎的香料微胶囊。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述颗粒是锭剂。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述颗粒具有小于10mm的最大尺寸。
10.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述颗粒还包含0.001至2wt.%的着色剂。
11.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述颗粒是均匀结构化的,其中连续相包含所述聚乙二醇。
12.一种形成颗粒的方法,其中将聚乙二醇熔融,并将具有35μm至75μm的体积平均粒径的颗粒形式的次要载体分散在其中,然后将熔融体形成颗粒。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述熔融体通过制锭、挤出、造粒、通过使用模具、浇铸所述熔融体和切割成一定尺寸或通过喷射所述熔融体而形成颗粒。
14.根据权利要求12所述的形成颗粒的方法,其中所形成的所述颗粒是根据权利要求1至11任一项的组合物。
15.根据权利要求1-11所述的组合物用于赋予洗涤的织物香味的用途。
