In the present specification, an information processing method is provided, and the present specification simultaneously relates to an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described in detail one by one in the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method provided according to an embodiment of the present specification, which is applied to a printing terminal and specifically includes the following steps:
step S102, scanning the to-be-corrected test paper in the paper bin through scanning equipment to obtain a test paper scanning file corresponding to the to-be-corrected test paper.
Specifically, the printing terminal is a printer with a networking function, and the server connected to the printer is a server capable of modifying the test paper, and the printer may be a stylus printer, an inkjet printer, a laser printer, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. Correspondingly, the scanning device is specifically a device which is configured by the printing terminal and can scan the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin, and is used for identifying the test paper information on the test paper to be corrected and generating a test paper scanning file corresponding to the test paper to be corrected through scanning. Correspondingly, the test paper to be corrected specifically refers to the test paper after the student answers by handwriting, the test paper comprises answers written by the student, and the test paper needs to be corrected at the current stage. It should be noted that, in different scenes, the test paper answered by the student may be in a format of a4/a5/B5/A3, and the generated test paper scan file is also in the same format as the test paper to be approved, so that the generated test paper scan file can be used for subsequently and accurately printing the test paper approval information on the test paper to be approved.
Further, in order to print the paper correction information on the to-be-corrected test paper through the printing terminal, after the student completes the answer of the test paper on the paper such as a4/a5/B5/A3, the to-be-corrected test paper which is completed in the answer needs to be put into a paper bin of the printing terminal, so that the printing terminal can conveniently perform the subsequent correction and printing after the test paper is scanned.
It should be noted that, because the printer usually takes paper from the first position in the paper bin to print when printing, when placing the test paper to be corrected into the paper bin, the test paper to be corrected also needs to be placed according to the printing specification of the printing terminal, so as to ensure that the test paper to be corrected can be scanned by the scanning device and can be printed by the printing device. So that the test paper batched and printed at the current moment can be guaranteed to be the test paper to be batched and corrected which needs to be processed.
Based on this, after the student finishes answering the test paper, the test paper to be corrected is obtained, and at the moment, in order to save the time of a teacher correcting the test paper, the test paper to be corrected can be directly put into a paper bin of a printing terminal with a correcting function. And then scanning the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin by scanning equipment configured by the printing terminal, obtaining a test paper scanning file corresponding to the test paper to be corrected, downloading test paper correction information by matching with a correction function of the service server, and printing the correction information on the test paper to be corrected to finish correction processing operation of one test paper.
Step S104, sending the test paper scanning file to a service server, and receiving test paper correction information returned by the service server aiming at the test paper scanning file.
Specifically, after the test paper scan file corresponding to the test paper to be corrected is obtained, in order to further improve the test paper correction efficiency and save the time for teachers to correct the test paper, the test paper scan file corresponding to the test paper to be corrected can be sent to the service end, the service end automatically corrects the test paper to be corrected based on the service function, the test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected is generated according to the correction processing result, and finally the test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected is fed back to the printing terminal for subsequent printing.
The business server is specifically a server providing a test paper correction function, is used for automatically correcting test questions contained in a to-be-corrected test paper, and is used for generating test paper correction information; correspondingly, the test paper correction information specifically refers to correction result information corresponding to the test questions in the test paper to be corrected, the test paper correction information is composed of correction information corresponding to a plurality of test questions, the correction information of each test question is used for representing whether the test questions in the test paper to be corrected are answered correctly, and the form of the correction information can be 'check mark' and 'x', and the like. In addition, in order to improve the learning ability of the corrected test paper for assisting the user, the answering analysis of wrong test questions can be carried in the test paper correction information, and the examination paper correction information is used for helping the student to correct the wrong questions and learn the wrong questions.
Furthermore, considering that a large number of test papers may be processed at the same time when the service end performs test paper correction, in order to ensure that the printing terminal can currently download test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be printed, a test paper identifier may be added to the test paper to be corrected, and the test paper correction information fed back by the service end for the test paper identifier may be received after the service end is uploaded, in this embodiment, the test paper scanning file includes the test paper identifier corresponding to the test paper to be corrected; correspondingly, the test paper scanning file carrying the test paper identification is sent to the service server; and receiving the examination paper correction information returned by the service server aiming at the examination paper scanning file, wherein the examination paper correction information is associated with the examination paper identification.
Specifically, the test paper identifier specifically refers to a unique identifier of the test paper to be modified, and is used to ensure that there is no duplication of the test paper to be modified, which is processed by the service server. Correspondingly, the test paper identification can be a two-dimensional code, a school number and the like, and is used for representing that the test paper to be corrected has uniqueness.
Based on this, after the scanning device scans the to-be-corrected test paper, the test paper scanning file carrying the test paper identification is obtained, at this time, the test paper scanning file carrying the test paper identification can be sent to the service server to be corrected, after the service server is corrected, the test paper correction information can be fed back to the printing terminal according to the test paper identification, so that the test paper correction information fed back to the printing terminal is information associated with the to-be-corrected test paper, and the corresponding test paper correction information can be retained on the to-be-corrected test paper subsequently.
For example, referring to the schematic diagram shown in fig. 2, 30 students in a certain class take a mathematical examination, and after the examination is completed, 30 pieces of test paper are collected, and in order to improve the correction efficiency, 30 pieces of test paper may be put into a printer with a correction function. At this moment, 30 mathematical test papers are put into a paper bin of the printer, a first mathematical test paper is scanned through a scanning device to obtain a test paper scanning file carrying a test paper identification ID _ S1 and sent to a business server end for automatically correcting the test paper, after correction is completed, the business server end sends test paper correction information of the first mathematical test paper to a local printer according to the test paper identification ID _ S1, and the test paper correction information comprises right and wrong information of each mathematical test question on the mathematical test paper, so that the mathematical test paper with the test paper identification ID _ S1 can be printed later.
In summary, through uploading the test paper scanning file based on the test paper identification and receiving the test paper correction information, the test paper correction information downloaded by the printing terminal and the test paper to be corrected are associated, so that the problem that the test paper correction information and the test paper to be corrected are not matched can be avoided, and the test paper correction printing precision is further improved.
In addition, because there are many types of examination papers to be corrected, such as mathematical examination paper, chinese examination paper, english examination paper, etc., if all have the same service end to correct, there may be a problem that the accuracy of correction is lower, so in order to improve the accuracy of correction, different service ends can be set for different examination paper types, and the examination paper of the same type is corrected by a single service end, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the type of the test paper corresponding to the test paper to be corrected according to the test paper scanning file; and determining the service server according to the type of the test paper, and sending the test paper scanning file to the service server.
Specifically, the test paper type specifically refers to a subject type to which the test paper to be corrected belongs, and includes, but is not limited to, a math test paper type, a Chinese test paper type, an english test paper type, and the like. Further, the determination of the type of the test paper may be determined by a test paper scanning file, and since the test paper scanning file contains all information of the test paper to be approved, the type of the test paper may be determined by identifying a test paper identifier in the test paper scanning file, or identifying characters in the test paper scanning file to determine the type of the test paper, or identifying a test paper header (description information of the uppermost end of a first page of the test paper) in the test paper scanning file to determine the type of the test paper.
Therefore, after the test paper scanning file is obtained, in order to improve the accuracy of test paper correction, different service terminals can be selected according to the types of the test paper to complete the test paper correction, that is, different service terminals can correct different types of test paper, so that after the type of the test paper corresponding to the test paper to be corrected is determined through the test paper scanning questionnaire, the service terminal can be selected according to the type of the test paper, and then the test paper scanning file is sent to the selected service terminal.
Along with the above example, after the test paper scan file corresponding to the mathematical test paper with the test paper identifier ID _ S1 is obtained by scanning, it may be determined that the test paper to be printed at present is the mathematical test paper according to the test paper scan file, so that the server with the math correcting test questions may be selected to perform the test paper correcting operation, that is, the math server is selected to send the test paper scan file corresponding to the mathematical test paper with the test paper identifier ID _ S1.
In conclusion, by selecting the service server based on the type of the test paper, the test paper to be corrected can be processed in a targeted manner, so that the accuracy of correcting the test paper is effectively improved.
Further, after sending the test paper scanning file to the service end, the service end can perform correction processing on the to-be-corrected test paper according to a correction strategy to obtain test paper correction information corresponding to the to-be-corrected test paper; since the service server has high concurrency capability, many test papers may be corrected at the same time, and in order to ensure that the printing terminal can receive correction test paper information of the test paper to be corrected currently in the paper bin, the service server can store the test paper correction information to a set address, and the printer actively downloads the test paper correction information of the test paper to be corrected, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
scanning the test paper to be corrected through the scanning equipment, and determining a resource information address corresponding to the test paper to be corrected according to a scanning result; and downloading the examination paper correction information according to the resource information address, wherein the examination paper correction information is stored to the resource information address by the service server.
Specifically, the resource information address is an address for storing the examination paper correction information, and the printing terminal can obtain the examination paper correction information uploaded by the service server by accessing the resource information address, so that the subsequent printing processing operation can be completed by downloading.
Based on this, after the test paper scanning file is sent to the service server through the printing terminal, the to-be-corrected test paper can be scanned through the scanning device, so that the resource information address corresponding to the to-be-corrected test paper, namely the address for temporarily storing the test paper correction information, is determined, and then if the resource information address is traversed, the resource information address can be actively requested after the test paper correction information associated with the to-be-corrected test paper exists, so as to download the test paper correction information corresponding to the to-be-corrected test paper, and use the test paper correction information for subsequent printing processing.
In practical application, because the service server has a high speed for correcting the test paper to be corrected, in order to quickly complete the correction processing and printing of the test paper, the scanning device (intelligent scanner) built in the printing terminal is in a scanning detection state for a long time, that is, the scanning device (intelligent scanner) scans the test paper to be corrected, identifies the resource information address corresponding to the test paper according to the scanning result, and then downloads the test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected to the printing terminal in a state that the printing terminal is networked, so as to print the content contained in the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected.
It should be noted that, because the scanning device is in the scanning detection state for a long time, the scanning device can scan the information on the test paper to be corrected in real time, and can also detect whether the test paper correction information exists in the resource information address at the same time, if the test paper correction information does not exist, the paper feeding printing is not performed until the test paper correction information is detected, and the subsequent printing processing is performed.
In conclusion, the cost of maintaining the examination paper correction information by the service terminal can be effectively reduced by downloading the examination paper correction information based on the resource information address, and meanwhile, the printing terminal can also directly access the resource information address to download the examination paper correction information, so that the correction efficiency is further improved, and the examination paper correction period is effectively shortened.
And step S106, moving the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin to a printing position, and printing the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected through printing equipment.
Specifically, after the test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected is obtained, it is further considered that the printing terminal moves the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin to the printing position when performing printing processing, that is, the printing device can perform a position for leaving a trace on the test paper to be corrected, and then perform printing processing operation. Therefore, before printing, the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin can be moved to the printing position, then the printing equipment is controlled to print the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected, so that the correction information is recorded on the test paper to be corrected, the correction processing operation on the test paper to be corrected is completed, and after printing is completed, the test paper can be issued to students for continuous interpretation of the test paper and the like.
Further, considering that a paper bin may contain a plurality of test papers to be modified, and answer information contained in each test paper to be modified may be different, in order to print the test paper modification information having an association relationship on the corresponding test paper to be modified accurately, detection may be performed before printing, in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is as follows:
judging whether the paper to be moved in the paper bin is the test paper to be corrected or not; if yes, the step of moving the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin to a printing position is executed; if not, selecting the test paper correction information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected in the paper bin, and then executing the step S106.
Along with the above example, after obtaining the paper correction information corresponding to the mathematical paper with the paper identification ID _ S1, the scanning device of the printer may detect whether the mathematical paper at the current paper output position is the mathematical paper with the paper identification ID _ S1, if so, the paper picker moves the paper to the printing position, and then the paper correction information corresponding to the paper is printed on the mathematical paper with the paper identification ID _ S1. If not, determining that the test paper identifier of the mathematical test paper at the current paper discharging position is ID _ S2, then selecting the test paper modification information with the test paper identifier of ID _ S2, and then printing the test paper modification information on the mathematical test paper with the test paper identifier of ID _ S2.
In conclusion, by detecting the test paper before printing, the information printed on the test paper to be corrected can be ensured to be the corresponding test paper correction information, so that the printing precision is effectively ensured.
Furthermore, in order to accurately print the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected, that is, the correction information of each question may be printed near the corresponding test question, and during printing, the test paper correction information may be printed according to the test question position, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining correction information corresponding to the test questions in the test paper to be corrected according to the test paper correction information; determining test question positions corresponding to the test questions in the test paper to be corrected according to the test paper scanning file; creating a printing position corresponding to the batch correction information according to the test question position; and controlling the printing equipment based on the printing position, and printing the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected.
Specifically, the correction information specifically refers to correction information corresponding to each test question on the test paper to be corrected; correspondingly, the test question position specifically refers to the position of each question on the test paper to be corrected, the position is determined by establishing a coordinate system based on the test paper to be corrected, then selecting the test questions through a rectangular frame, and selecting the coordinates of the test question position at the intersection points of the connecting lines of the four vertexes of the rectangular frame as the test question positions corresponding to the test questions; correspondingly, the printing position specifically refers to a position where the correction information corresponding to each test question is printed on the test paper to be corrected, the position may be a test question position or another position having a certain offset with the test question position, the offset needs to be set so that after the correction information is printed on the test paper, the test question corresponding to the correction information does not exceed a set distance, and the correction information can be shown to the user as the indication of correction processing for the corresponding test question.
Based on this, after the examination paper correction information is obtained, in order to ensure that the examination paper correction information is printed on the examination paper to be corrected, the corresponding relationship between the examination questions and the correction information can be ensured, the correction information corresponding to the examination questions on the examination paper to be corrected can be determined according to the examination paper correction information, meanwhile, the examination question positions of the examination questions on the examination paper to be corrected are determined according to the examination paper scanning file, then, the printing positions of the correction information corresponding to the examination questions are created according to the examination question positions, and finally, the printing equipment is controlled to print the examination paper correction information on the examination paper to be corrected based on the printing positions. So as to ensure that the mark position of the test paper correction information can correspond to the position of the test question in the test paper.
In the above example, after obtaining the paper correction information corresponding to the mathematical test paper identified as ID _ S1, in order to ensure the accurate position of the paper correction information, the correction information 1 corresponding to the test question 1 and the correction information n corresponding to the correction information 2 … test question n corresponding to the test question 2 may be determined according to the paper correction information, then the position (x1, y1) of the test question 1 in the mathematical test paper, the position (x2, y2) … of the test question n in the mathematical test paper (xn, yn) of the test question 2 in the mathematical test paper may be determined according to the paper scan file, and then the printing position (x1+ d, y1+ f) of the correction information 1 in the mathematical test paper may be created according to the position (x1, y1) (where d represents the offset on the abscissa, f represents the offset on the ordinate, and d and f may be the same or different); creation of the printing position (x2+ d, y2+ f) … of the correction information 2 in the mathematical paper from the position (x2, y2) creates the printing position (xn + d, yn + f) of the correction information n in the mathematical paper from the position (xn, yn). Finally, after the mathematical test paper with the test paper identification ID _ S1 is moved to the printing position by the paper taking device, the correction information 1 and the correction information 2 … correction information n can be printed on the mathematical test paper in sequence according to the printing positions (x1+ d, y1+ f), (x2+ d, y2+ f) … (xn + d, yn + f) by the printing equipment, and the printer is output, so that the correction and the trace-keeping of the mathematical test paper with the test paper identification ID _ S1 are completed, and so on, and the teacher can perform subsequent explanation until 30 pieces of mathematical test paper are completed.
To sum up, through establishing the printing position that the information of correcting is corresponding with the examination question position as the basis, the information of correcting that can guarantee every topic can be accurate the printing in the position that the examination paper corresponds to the position precision of the information of correcting is guaranteed to print the examination paper, and convenience of customers looks up.
In addition, considering that the printing terminal performs printing based on a file when printing content, in order to improve printing efficiency, a test paper correction file having a size corresponding relationship with a test paper to be corrected may be created according to the test paper correction information, and the position relationship between the correction information and the test questions may be aligned by printing the test paper correction file on the test paper to be corrected, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
generating a test paper correction file according to the test paper correction information, wherein the test paper correction file comprises test question correction information which is typeset according to the test question position in the test paper to be corrected; and printing the test paper correction file on the test paper to be corrected through the printing equipment, and adding the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected.
Specifically, the test paper correction file is a file to be printed, which is generated according to the test paper correction information, the test paper correction file includes test question correction information corresponding to each test question, and the test question correction information is typeset according to the test question positions in the test paper to be corrected, that is, the positions of the test question correction information in the test paper correction file are the positions of the corresponding test questions in the test paper to be corrected, so that the positions of the test question correction information and the test paper to be corrected are ensured to be aligned.
Based on the above, in order to ensure that the test paper correction information is printed on the test paper to be corrected, the test questions can correspond to the test paper correction information, a test paper correction file can be generated according to the test paper correction information, the test paper correction file is associated with the size of the test paper scanning file, the test paper correction file contains the test question correction information, and the test question correction information is typeset according to the positions of the test questions in the test paper to be corrected; therefore, in the printing stage, the test paper correction file can be printed on the test paper to be corrected through the printing device, so as to add the test paper correction information on the test paper to be corrected.
In summary, the examination paper correction information is arranged and typeset in a mode of creating an examination paper correction file, so that the examination paper correction information can have a position corresponding relation with the examination paper, and then the examination paper correction information can be added to the examination paper to be corrected in a mode of printing the examination paper correction file, so that correction marks can be reserved on the examination paper.
In addition, considering that there may be two test questions in the test paper to be corrected, in the printing stage, the test paper correction information needs to be printed to the page corresponding to the test paper according to the side, and in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining page information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected, and selecting first sub-test paper correcting information from the test paper correcting information according to the page information; printing the first sub-paper correcting information on a first page corresponding to the page information in the test paper to be corrected through the printing equipment; and selecting second sub-test paper correction information from the test paper correction information, and printing the second sub-test paper correction information on a second page in the test paper to be corrected through the printing equipment.
Specifically, the page information specifically refers to information corresponding to two sides of the test paper to be corrected, and is used for dividing the test paper correction information and determining the correction information of the sub-test paper corresponding to each side; correspondingly, the first sub-test paper correction information specifically refers to test paper correction information corresponding to a first page of the test paper to be corrected; correspondingly, the second sub-test paper correction information specifically refers to test paper correction information corresponding to a second page in the test paper to be corrected.
Based on the above, considering that the test paper to be corrected may have two sides, the page information corresponding to the test paper to be corrected can be determined first, and then the first sub-test paper correction information is selected from the test paper correction information according to the page information; printing the first sub-paper correction information on a first page corresponding to page information in the test paper to be corrected through printing equipment; and selecting second sub-paper correction information from the paper correction information again, and printing the second sub-paper correction information on a second page of the test paper to be corrected through the printing equipment.
For example, the mathematical test paper has an a side and a B side, after the paper correction information of the mathematical test paper is obtained, a first sub correction information corresponding to the a side and a second sub correction information corresponding to the B side can be selected from the paper correction information, then the first sub correction information is printed on the a side of the mathematical test paper by the printing device, and after the printing is completed, the second sub correction information is printed on the B side of the mathematical test paper, so as to complete the mark correction record on the mathematical test paper.
In conclusion, the printing surface of the test paper to be corrected is distinguished, so that the test paper correcting information can be accurately printed on the test paper, the correcting accuracy can be guaranteed, and a user can conveniently look up the test paper.
