Abstract
The invention discloses a citizen comprehensive service system which consists of a basic layer, a data layer, a supporting layer, an application layer and a portal layer; the foundation layer realizes the infrastructure resource support of basic equipment, system software, a safety management system and a standardized system by depending on a service cloud platform and electronic government network resources; the security management system provides uniform information security service for a base layer, a data layer, a supporting layer, an application layer and a portal layer; the standardization system provides a relevant standard system for the base layer, the support layer, the application layer and the portal layer; the data layer is constructed on the basic layer and provides various information resources and data services for the upper layer; the supporting layer realizes the intercommunication between the basic layer and the application layer by utilizing various universal platforms; the application layer can realize the butt joint with each service system; the portal layer is a unified entry of each service system of the application layer facing various users. The invention can realize multiple purposes by constructing a one-window type comprehensive service platform, thereby effectively improving the work efficiency of the government.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of citizen service platforms, in particular to a citizen comprehensive service system.
Background
With the rapid development of information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and the like, a new generation of information technology is changing the life style and working style of people, city management and city service are more scientific and intelligent, and the new technology also improves city image and people happiness index.
In China, government departments in various regions put forward a series of Internet plus government public service platforms which integrate telephone, website, WeChat, mobile phone APP and other modes for citizens, the service platforms not only provide channels for the citizens to acquire government policies and handling instructions in various aspects, but also provide digital support for the governments to grasp citizens' requirements in time and adjust and give preference to government service policies, systems and forms. However, the problems of repeated government information investment, serious fragmentation of internet service, information island, poor experience of citizens, lack of unified operation and popularization and the like are brought.
Therefore, a citizen comprehensive service system is built, service resources in all aspects of the society are integrated, an online and offline multi-channel integrated citizen service system is built, personalized, convenient, comprehensive and integrated services are provided for citizens, and the system is a key task for building a novel smart city and key evaluation content of evaluation indexes of the novel smart city.

the application layer can realize the butt joint with each service system;
the portal layer is a unified entrance of each service system of the application layer facing to various users.
The basic device bears the physical environment of the whole citizen integrated service system and comprises network equipment, a host server and storage equipment, and the system software comprises an operating system and a database management system.
The security management system comprises a security management system, a network security system, a system security system, an application security system, a data security system and an identity authentication system.
The standard system comprises a standard specification system and a management system, and specifically relates to a service standard, a data standard, a technical standard and an interface standard.
Wherein the data layer connects to an external database.
The data layer is divided into a production area, an analysis area and a sharing area, and has the functions of data service, data cleaning and data collection.
The universal platform comprises full-text retrieval, two-dimension codes, message middleware, a workflow, new media and mobile application.

The foundation layer realizes foundation equipment, system software, a safety management system and infrastructure resource support of a standardized system by depending on a service cloud platform and electronic government network resources.
The data layer is constructed on the base layer and provides various information resources and data services for the upper layer. The data layer is connected with an external database, is divided into a production area, an analysis area and a sharing area, and has the functions of data service, data cleaning, data collection and the like. The data layer realizes the construction of 24-hour service handling based on the service system related information resource sharing exchange and data interface technical system.
The support layer is an open infrastructure that is network independent, database independent, and application independent. The supporting layer can realize the intercommunication between the basic layer and the application layer by utilizing various universal platforms, and the universal platforms comprise informationized basic services such as full-text retrieval, two-dimension codes, message middleware, workflow, new media, mobile application and the like.
The application layer can realize 24-hour docking with each service system. The business system comprises a Guangdong card business system, a real estate business system, an industrial and commercial business system and the like, and comprehensive integration, network application and intercommunication interaction are realized.
The portal layer is a unified entry of each business system of the application layer facing various users, is a main entry and an interactive interface for obtaining required services by various users, and realizes the functions of single sign-on of user access, integrated access of various business applications, personalized presentation, user and safety management and the like through portal layer system software. The users include staff users and general users. The portal layer provides all-round service for 24-hour business handling by relying on a government affair service entity hall, windows of hardware citizens, an online platform and the like.
The security management system provides uniform information security services for a base layer, a data layer, a supporting layer, an application layer and a portal layer, and comprises a security management system, a network security system, a system security system, an application security system, a data security system and an identity authentication system.
The standardization system provides relevant standard systems for a base layer, a support layer, an application layer and a portal layer, and comprises a standard specification system and a management system. The standard system is a related technical standard of engineering design, construction and operation, the management system is a construction and normal operation guarantee system of engineering, and standard and normative theoretical and practical guidance is provided for construction of an engineering platform and construction of an application system. The standardization system relates specifically to a service standard, a data standard, a technical standard, an interface standard.

the portal layer is a unified entrance of each service system of the application layer facing to various users.
