Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to examples and drawings. Like parts in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not restrictive, and that this invention is not limited to the details given herein.
In the present embodiment, a teacher evaluation application program, which may be installed in an operating system in a computing device 1 as shown in fig. 1, is provided, and the teacher evaluation method according to one embodiment of the present invention is implemented when the application program is executed.
Computing device 1 may be a server with input-output devices, such as a stand-alone physical server, a cluster of physical servers, or a virtual server. The operating system may be windows operating system from Microsoft corporation, mac operating system from apple corporation, or the like. Input devices such as a keyboard and mouse facilitate user (e.g., school administrator of the application) input of settings, etc., and output devices such as a display facilitate display of the application interface to the user.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a teacher evaluation method, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s10, receiving selection of a user on a benchmark test and a comparison test.
In one specific example, on the main interface of the teacher evaluation application, as shown in fig. 3, the user clicks on the score increment evaluation menu (left), and the teacher evaluation item once created before is presented on the score increment evaluation display interface (right). The user can perform viewing and deleting operations on the created teacher evaluation items.
In addition, the user can click on the new achievement increment evaluation button to create a new evaluation item. After the user clicks the "new score increment evaluation" button, as shown in fig. 4, an increment evaluation setting interface is presented on the score increment evaluation display interface.
The user can select the basic test and the contrast test by clicking the keys of selecting the basic test session and selecting the contrast test session. The user may choose from completed past exams. For example, the user selects a reference test that is a higher first-entrance test and a comparison test that is a higher first-end test.
Unlike the conventional manner, in evaluating teachers, the inventor notices that not only is the comparison between teachers an evaluation dimension, but also the teaching situation of the teaching teacher can be reflected by comparing the incremental changes of the examination results of two times before and after.
For example, the teaching situation of a teacher who takes a physical lesson in a school year can be reflected by comparing the physical achievements of the students in the first school year with the physical achievements of the students in the last period.
Preferably, for both the benchmark test and the contrast test, multiple tests may be selected and the weights of the corresponding session set. For example, a high first-entrance examination, a certain month examination and an in-period examination are selected for the reference examination, wherein the high first-entrance examination weight is set to 30%, the month examination weight is set to 20%, and the in-period examination weight is set to 50%. This can be freely set according to the importance of the user evaluation test. By selecting the test, and particularly setting the test weights, it is beneficial to more objectively evaluate the student's performance rather than being affected by a single test.
And S11, comparing the student ranks of the standard test and the comparison test to obtain the student rank increment of the comparison test compared with the standard test.
Still taking the previous physical discipline as an example, actual problems such as different difficulty and different scores of two exams may exist in comparison of the increment of the score of the two exams, and therefore, the invention adopts the change condition of ranking of the same student calculated on the physical discipline.
For example, student Zhang three physically ranks 129 in the top-first entrance exam and 100 in the top-first end exam, then its student rank increment is 29. While Zhao Si physically ranks 50 in the top-first-entrance exam and 70 in the top-first-period end exam, then its student rank increment is-20.
In the example above where multiple exams are selected and weights are set, the steps include:
obtaining the ranking of the standard exams of the students according to the standard exam weighted score of each student;
obtaining the student comparison examination ranking according to the comparison examination weighted score of each student;
and comparing the benchmark test rank and the comparison test rank of each student to obtain the student rank increment.
In another embodiment, the incremental calculation is calculated incrementally at a ranking increase. The ranking speed increase is the percentage of student ranking increase of the comparison test and the benchmark test.
And S12, calculating the corresponding score increment of the teaching teacher based on the student ranking increment.
Still following the above example, for a physical teaching teacher, the sum or average of the rank increments of all students whose teaching was performed is calculated. If the result is positive, it means that the physical teacher's teaching effect is positive in this school year, otherwise it is negative.
In addition, the school side needs to carry out transverse comparison on all disciplines of teachers, and the problem that direct comparison is difficult exists among different disciplines is solved, so that for the result (addition or average value) of the student ranking increment, the invention can also calculate the teacher achievement increment in two ways.
The user can select a standardized scoring mode or an arithmetic sequence scoring mode to score the teaching teacher.
The standard score assignment is obtained by calculating the score increment by using standard deviation according to average score (for example, 80) and highest score (for example, 100) set by a school, and the algorithm result has comparability of the score among teachers and is more scientific in calculation mode.
The grade sequence score is that the incremental situation of the teacher score is ordered by a uniform scoring mode in the interval according to the highest score (for example 100) and the lowest score (for example 60) set by the school.
Through the above setting, the evaluation item creation is completed.
The user can click a 'view' button in fig. 3 to view the score evaluation result, so that the teacher evaluation result under the score increment evaluation scheme is supported to be viewed, the average increment score of the teacher can be viewed, and the ranking condition of the increment score of the teacher under a certain subject can be viewed as required.
The school can switch and view between the graphical display mode and the list display mode according to the personalized requirements, supports the downloading of the whole teacher ranking or teaching evaluation teacher ranking results under a certain department, and facilitates the evaluation work of the teacher.
In an alternative embodiment, the user may also select whether the executive is engaged in the assessment on the setup interface shown in fig. 4.
The executive is, for example, a language teacher, and the teaching evaluation of the language list department can be performed by the method. In addition, the executive officer is actually responsible for the teaching situation of the whole class, and the application program of the invention is provided with a function for evaluating the teaching situation of the executive officer by evaluating the learning performance of the whole class (such as administrative class).
In one specific example, the student total score rank of all subjects of the executive of the class of the subject in the benchmark test is compared to the student total score rank of all subjects of the class of the subject in the benchmark test, resulting in an increment of the student ranking of the comparative test compared to all subjects in the benchmark test. On the basis, the achievement increment of the executive owner is obtained by referring to the method.
Under the form of a new college entrance examination, some examination in province or direct administration market is the condition of necessary examination and examination selection, for example, beijing is the language of digital English necessary examination and examination selection, in this case, schools often practice a shift system for examination selection, for this purpose, administrative shifts (corresponding to necessary examination) and teaching shifts (examination selection) are divided, the administrative shifts are provided with shifts, and students in the administrative shifts can select different examination selection subjects.
In this case, it is not preferable to use all subjects as the evaluation of the executive main task. To this end, in another specific example, the overall student score ranking of the must-be-considered candidate subject in the benchmark test and the comparison test is compared to obtain an incremental student ranking of the comparison test over the must-be-considered candidate subject in the benchmark test.
On the basis, the achievement increment of the executive owner is obtained by referring to the method.
The above gives a scheme for evaluating the teacher from the incremental performance in the time axis dimension.
In practice, students often have a re-shift situation throughout the school phase. For example, in Beijing area, there is often one shift in one grade higher entrance. When the student is waiting for the second highest, the student needs to select the department, and then the situation of re-dividing administrative class and teaching class exists. In this case, the students and the class where they are located, and the teacher and the class where they are taught, all have a corresponding change in relation to the higher one-year class.
In this case, the evaluation of the teacher by the school needs to take such a change into consideration, especially, a case where a separate candidate is passed at a point in time when the school intends to pay a prize to the teacher. While still evaluating in the time axis dimension, in the conventional manner, the correspondence between the teacher and the class before the last class test is not recorded, which causes difficulty in evaluation.
To this end, the present invention proposes the concept of "class structure", i.e. there is one class structure corresponding to each class division, e.g. a class of 10 classes is divided into higher class entries, a class structure of higher class is generated, which class structure comprises the number of classes and the records of the students contained by each class, and correspondingly there is also a record of the teaching teacher per subject per class.
Similarly, the senior level performs the division of administrative and teaching classes, and a senior level class structure and records of the teaching teacher of each subject of each class under the class structure are generated.
The invention stores the class structure formed in the past class division and the corresponding relation of the teaching teacher, thereby facilitating the subsequent call. For example, these data are stored in a database.
In the interface shown in fig. 4, for example, the user intends to evaluate the teaching situation of a teacher who has been high in the past immediately, and it is assumed that, although the class division of the high-grade class has been performed again at the present time, the school administrator can select the high-grade class structure in the "select class structure" drop-down menu due to the above-described class structure record. Thereafter, as described in the previous examples, the reference test and the comparison test are selected, and may be selected from, for example, a higher first-entrance test, a higher first-month test, a higher first-period middle test, and a higher first-period end test, respectively.
In this case, step S12 further includes:
according to the corresponding relation, inquiring the student ranking increment of all students which are taught by the teacher under the selected class structure;
and calculating the score increment of the teaching teacher based on the student ranking increment of all students.
In a specific example, the student ranking increment calculated in step S11 by the student of the teaching teacher is queried according to the correspondence between the higher-level class structure and the teaching teacher. For example, physical teacher a teaches students one 3 and 4 shifts higher for a senior stage execution, and queries the rank increment of all students 3 and 4 shifts. Other subjects are similar.
In another specific example, if the class structure selected by the user is a high-second class structure and the contrast test selects a high-second end test and the benchmark test selects a high-first end test, then the selection of the test involves a situation where there is a change before and after the class structure.
Taking physical teacher A as an example, the method queries the student ranking increment of all students under teaching according to the corresponding relation of the physical teacher A in the high-second grade class structure.
For example, a physical teacher a teaches teaching for class 1 and class 2 at school year, and the method of the invention queries for rank increment of physical exam in high second-end exam and high first-end exam for all students in class 1 and class 2.
In this case, it is possible that students in the first two, 1 and 2 classes are not physically taught by teacher a at the first time (that is, not students in the first 3 and 4 classes or not exactly), and the above method of the present invention is also significant, which can reflect whether the students are integrally advanced under the teaching of teacher a at the present time, thereby reflecting the teaching situation of teacher a.
Further, due to the existence of class structure records, the corresponding relation of the students on the teaching teachers corresponding to the class structure of the higher grade can be inquired, and a comparison can be given for teaching levels of different teachers before and after.
For example, the physics of the second- highest class 1 and 2 is currently taught by teacher a, and at the first-highest level by teachers B and C (there are, of course, cases where some students are taught by teacher a in theory), it can be said that teacher a is more excellent among these teachers if the calculated performance increment corresponding to all students of the first- highest class 1 and 2 taught by teacher a is positive.
In addition to incremental evaluation of teachers in the time axis dimension, the invention also provides a method for evaluating teachers by student questionnaires, and for this purpose, as shown in fig. 5, the method of the invention further comprises:
s20, creating a student questionnaire.
In one specific example, on the main interface of the teacher evaluation application, as shown in fig. 3, the user clicks on the student questionnaire evaluation menu (left side), and the previously created questionnaire evaluation items are presented on the student questionnaire evaluation display interface (right side), as shown in fig. 6. The user can view, postpone and delete the created questionnaire evaluation items. Wherein, as will be described later, the questionnaire evaluation items may be set with a validity period, and the user may delay the validity period of the questionnaire according to the feedback of the students.
In addition, the user can click on the 'new student questionnaire' button to create a new questionnaire evaluation item. When the user clicks the "new student questionnaire" button, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a questionnaire evaluation setting interface is presented on the questionnaire evaluation display interface (right side).
The user can set a questionnaire evaluation name, a start-stop time, whether a executive owner participates in evaluation, objective evaluation indexes and scores, subjective evaluation, school statement and the like.
Wherein, for objective evaluation index and score setting: the method of the invention supports the evaluation setting of the second-level evaluation index item in the student questionnaire process, and supports the setting of the evaluation index name, index introduction, option scores and the like.
For subjective evaluation: the method of the invention supports students to subjectively evaluate teaching advantages and teaching inadequacies of teachers.
In addition, as shown in the figure, the method also supports a questionnaire creation mode which is modified on the basis of the history questionnaire after being called.
In a preferred embodiment, the user may select a class structure, and in response to the user's selection of the class structure, the method of the present invention is capable of creating a student questionnaire corresponding to the teacher's instruction to execute the selected class structure.
S21, pushing the student questionnaire to the corresponding students.
Preferably, the student questionnaire is pushed to students corresponding to the selected class structure.
By selecting the class structure, it can be targeted to the corresponding student. For example, a senior class structure is selected, and for the questionnaire of the physical teacher a, the questionnaire is pushed to students in the senior teaching class 1 and class 2, for example, to a user terminal (an application program student terminal is installed) 3 through a network 2 as shown in fig. 1, for evaluation by the students. This makes the method of the invention more flexible and more personalized.
The user terminal 3 may be, for example, a desktop device or a mobile terminal such as a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, etc. Correspondingly, the student end application program can be a PC version, a mobile phone version or a webpage version, and the invention is not limited to the PC version, the mobile phone version or the webpage version.
S22, calculating the student evaluation score of the teaching teacher according to the questionnaire feedback from the students.
In one example, the method supports the sorting of all subject teachers or evaluation results of a subject teacher, the evaluation score results of students in a class, the evaluation index equalization chart of each subject, and the subjective evaluation results of students in each subject to the teacher.
The administrator can check the completion degree of the whole student questionnaire and the completion degree of each teacher questionnaire evaluation.
By the student questionnaire, especially by selecting the class structure, the questionnaire can be conducted in a targeted manner, so that the evaluation of teachers from the questionnaire is more efficient and targeted.
The school manager only needs to set an evaluation scheme, and the student end automatically evaluates subject of the affiliated teacher when evaluating the teacher, so that the student end does not need to carry out complex selection of grades, subjects, teachers and the like, and only needs to complete subjective and objective evaluation contents, thereby being more humanized.
The invention also provides a method for evaluating teachers through the performance conditions, and for this purpose, as shown in fig. 9, the method of the invention further comprises:
s30, setting the track and job basic score and the personalized track and job item for different teachers in response to the teacher track and job evaluation setting operation of the user.
In a specific example, on the main interface of the teacher evaluation application program, as shown in fig. 3, the user clicks on the teacher evaluation menu, and after the menu is expanded, continues to click on the teacher evaluation management submenu (left side), and the previously created evaluation items of the role are presented on the evaluation display interface, as shown in fig. 10. The administrator can perform operations such as checking the created evaluation items of the track job. The method can establish schemes with different evaluation indexes for different teachers, support the batch maintenance of the evaluation schemes of a certain teacher group, and can also carry out personalized design for the evaluation scheme of a certain teacher.
The administrator may click the "set" button to set the track base score and the personalized track item for different teachers, as shown in fig. 11, for example, the base score is set to 60 points, the track item may set the attendance pass rate, for example, and so on. In one example, up to 10 track items are supported for additional management maintenance.
An administrator can maintain the creation time, the addition and subtraction regulation, the starting and ending time, the effective state and the remark information of any track project, and helps a school to formulate individualized teacher track evaluation schemes for different teachers.
S31, calculating the score of the track of the teacher aiming at the personalized track.
And S32, summing the score of the track item and the basic score of the track item to obtain a total score of the track item.
The administrator clicks the teacher evaluation submenu, selects a corresponding teacher evaluation mode (standardized score or arithmetic sequence score) according to the effective time of the selected teacher, and outputs the teacher evaluation score.
The invention also provides a method for evaluating teachers through the time-of-day condition, and for this purpose, as shown in fig. 12, the method of the invention further comprises:
s40, acquiring the lesson time of the teacher.
In one specific example, on the main interface of the teacher evaluation application, as shown in fig. 3, the user clicks on the teacher's time-of-lesson evaluation menu, and the time-of-lesson evaluation items once created before are presented on the time-of-lesson evaluation display interface, as shown in fig. 13. The administrator can check, delete and the like the created lesson assessment items.
The administrator can click on the "new lesson assessment" button to set the use section of the lesson list, select the lesson acquisition mode and the teacher lesson assessment score calculation mode, as shown in fig. 14.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring a time table, wherein the time table acquisition mode supports two modes, and one mode is to calculate the class hour number of a teacher in a time interval according to an issued effective class table. The other is based on the fact that the school users manually upload the lessons to the actual lessons of the teacher.
The calculation mode of the teacher class time evaluation score comprises standard score assignment and arithmetic sequence assignment.
The standard score assignment is that the class time number of the teacher is calculated by using standard deviation according to the average score and the highest score set by the school, and the algorithm result has the comparability of class time data among the teachers and is more scientific in calculation mode. The class time number of the teacher is ordered in a uniform scoring mode in the interval according to the highest score and the lowest score set by the school.
And the user clicks the creation key to finish the setting.
S41, calculating a teacher time evaluation score based on the teacher time.
According to the method, the teacher class time evaluation scores are counted and ordered according to the class time acquisition mode, class list use interval, parameter evaluation subjects and other conditions, the statistical result diagram and the list are displayed, the EXCEL teacher class time list is exported, meanwhile, the actual class time number of any teacher is adjusted temporarily according to actual conditions, and the ordering is calculated again.
On the basis of the method, the comprehensive evaluation score of the teacher can be calculated by weighting the score increment, the student evaluation score, the total score of the track and the class time evaluation score of the teacher.
In a specific example, on the main interface of the teacher evaluation application program, as shown in fig. 3, the user clicks the comprehensive summary evaluation menu, and sets the name of the current comprehensive summary evaluation, selects a class structure, designs each dimension index of the comprehensive evaluation, and performs processing without consulting the teacher on the comprehensive summary evaluation display interface, as shown in fig. 15.
Wherein, summarizing and evaluating each level of degree index design: according to setting each dimension, setting the weight of the dimension accounting for the whole evaluation scheme (the weight value of each dimension is added to be 100%), and selecting the evaluation result of each dimension as an index item, for example: score increment, student evaluation score, score of the total score of the track, and teacher class time evaluation score.
The un-rated teacher processing mode supports two kinds of processing modes: the evaluation is carried out according to the residual weight proportion, and the other non-evaluation teacher does not participate in the evaluation.
The method of the invention supports outputting the comprehensive evaluation result of the teacher according to the comprehensive summary evaluation, supports checking the evaluation result under a certain dimension under the summary evaluation scheme singly, and can check the comprehensive summary evaluation result of the teacher.
The teacher gathers the evaluation results, supports two presentation modes of a graph and a table, supports the export of EXCEL, and the EXCEL results comprise comprehensive summarization reports, unpeeled teacher lists, score increment evaluation reports, teacher staff evaluation reports and teacher lesson evaluation reports.
The teacher evaluation method provided by the invention can be used for realizing independent or batch teacher and resource evaluation process management of teachers in different school stages of each grade, and can be used for realizing evaluation schemes or comprehensive evaluation schemes of different dimensions such as teacher score increment, student questionnaires, track staff and the like in a new mode of shift teaching. Not only is the method suitable for teacher evaluation in the shift teaching mode, but also a scientific and fair teacher evaluation mechanism is developed according to the personalized evaluation requirement of schools, and a personalized and humanized evaluation solution is provided by using a PC+mobile phone multi-terminal application mode.
