Abstract
The invention provides a bar table, which comprises a box body and a table top arranged above the box body, wherein a combustion piece is arranged in the box body, the combustion piece comprises a furnace end and an air pipe connected with the furnace end, a radiation pipe is covered above the furnace end, a protective net is arranged on the side surface of the box body, so that the radiation pipe is heated through the furnace end, and heat is radiated out of the protective net through the radiation pipe; the fire pan is arranged on the table top, a through hole for the radiation tube to pass through is formed in the fire pan, and a heat transfer medium layer is arranged on the fire pan. The bar table adopts one furnace end to realize heating above the table top and below the table top simultaneously, and has the advantages of simple production process and maintenance and low manufacturing cost. The bar table simultaneously realizes the effects of heating and stove, and fills the market blank.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bar tables, in particular to a bar table.
Background
The bar table in the existing market has the function of independently taking a gas stove and also has the function of independently taking gas for heating. There are also products with heating and stove functions, and these products are actually realized by mounting two sets of burners (i.e. two sets of combustion systems) of gas heater and gas stove on the same product. The gas circuits of the products are complex, the production process and the maintenance are complicated, and the cost is high, so the popularization of the products in the market is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a bar table and aims to solve the technical problem that the bar table in the prior art is high in production cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a bar table, which comprises a box body and a table top arranged above the box body, wherein a combustion piece is arranged in the box body, the combustion piece comprises a furnace end and an air pipe connected with the furnace end, a radiation pipe is covered above the furnace end, a protective net is arranged on the side surface of the box body, so that the radiation pipe is heated through the furnace end, and heat is radiated out of the protective net through the radiation pipe; the table board is provided with a brazier, the brazier is provided with a through hole for the radiation tube to pass through, and the brazier is provided with a heat transfer medium layer.
In one embodiment, the radiant tube is a glass tube or an enamel tube.
In one embodiment, the radiant tube is a stainless steel tube, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the periphery of the stainless steel tube.
In one embodiment, a medium tray is covered at the opening at the top of the radiant tube, and the medium tray is provided with a fire hole for an open fire to pass through.

In the above embodiment, the air pipe 4 is connected with an air source for supplying air to the burner 3, on one hand, the burner 3 ignites the gas in the radiant tube 5 to burn and heat the radiant tube 5, and the radiant tube 5 radiates heat outwards after being heated for heating. The protective net 6 is arranged at the position of the side surface of the box body 2 facing the radiation pipe 5, and heat can be emitted from meshes of the protective net 6, so that heating below the table top 1 is realized. On the other hand, the fire pan 7 is installed on the table top 1, one end of the radiation tube 5 penetrates through the through hole 71 of the fire pan 7, flame combusted in the radiation tube 5 can heat the heat transfer medium layer 8 on the fire pan 7 to transfer heat, meanwhile, the flame can penetrate through the gap of the heat transfer medium layer 8 to form a stove soft fire which is mainly viewed, and heating and flame effects above the table top 1 are achieved. The embodiment adopts one furnace end 3 to realize the heating above the table board 1 and below the table board 1 at the same time, and has the advantages of simple production process and maintenance and low manufacturing cost. This single furnace end 3's bar table has realized heating and stove effect simultaneously, has filled the market blank. Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the radiant tube 5 is a stainless steel tube having a plurality of air holes 51 formed in an outer circumference thereof. Certainly, the radiant tube 5 can also be a metal tube, so that the radiation effect is better, the stainless steel is adopted to manufacture the metal tube, the cost is lower, and the air holes 51 are arranged outside the stainless steel tube, so that the heat conduction path can be increased.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a medium tray 9 is covered at the opening of the top of the radiant tube 5, and the medium tray 9 is formed with fire holes through which open fire passes. The opening at the top of the radiant tube 5 uses a medium tray 9 with fire holes, and open fire passes through the medium tray 9 to form soft fire of the stove which is mainly viewed. The heat transfer medium layers 8 may be made of glass or vesuvianite.
In one embodiment, the protection net 6 is a metal diagonal net. The base plate 10 and the mounting ring 11 can be connected by a threaded fastener, for example, a connecting piece with a first threaded hole can be arranged on the periphery of the through hole, a second threaded hole is arranged on the periphery of the mounting ring 11, and the mounting ring 11 and the base plate 10 are connected together by the threaded fastener after being mounted on the base plate. Support tabs may also be provided on the mounting ring 11 to support the radiant tube 5.

Specifically, the gas source may be a gas cylinder, the gas pipe 4 may be a gas pipe, and the gas enters the electromagnetic valve 13 through the gas pipe. When the knob on the electromagnetic valve 13 is rotated, the gas flows to the pilot fire 14 and the burner 3 through the valve body of the electromagnetic valve 13, and the pilot fire 14 and the gas are ignited by the discharge of the pulse igniter 16 and the electrode rod 15. The bar table according to any of the claims 1-6, characterized in that a mounting assembly is arranged in the box, the mounting assembly comprises a bottom plate and a mounting ring which are detachably connected, the bottom plate is provided with a through hole for the mounting ring to pass through, and the radiant tube is mounted on the mounting ring.
