Abstract

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bidets, in particular to a split assembly type bidet.

Background

The prior body cleaner can be divided into two types according to different assembly modes of a lower shell and a valve shell seat, wherein the first type is that a lower shell containing a water outlet pipeline and the valve shell seat containing a water valve are integrally formed as a first main body, an upper shell is used as an independent second main body, but because the arrangement of the water outlet pipeline in the prior lower shell is single, the whole structure of the lower shell is greatly the same as and different from each other, and the valve shell seat has a plurality of different structure types, the arrangement ensures that the lower shell of a single structure type can not be matched with the valve shell seats of the plurality of different structure types, the applicability is lower, and because the upper shell and the lower shell are basically in a flat plate shape and the valve shell seat is basically in a block shape, the shape of the first main body is irregular, a correspondingly designed groove profiling is complicated, when the upper shell or the water valve is installed, the upper shell or the water valve can not be directly installed on a plane, or is inconvenient to be directly installed by hands, the installation process is complicated, and the corresponding processing die is also complicated, so that the processing is not easy to carry out, and the production cost is high; the other is that the lower shell is used as a separate first main body, the valve shell seat containing the water valve is used as a second main body, in order to ensure that the first main body and the second main body can be stably assembled, the water outlet end of a water valve in a valve shell seat is transversely extended and connected to be directly in sealing butt joint with the water inlet end of a pipeline of a transverse water outlet pipeline, a longer water passage is led out from the water outlet end of the water valve to be in sealing butt joint with the water outlet pipeline of the lower shell, in addition, in order to conveniently adjust and regulate the water valve, a knob is longitudinally arranged at the upper end of the valve shell seat, this makes the structure of the valve housing seat too complicated and bulky and is limited by the above-mentioned installation direction restriction and the shape cannot be changed at will, therefore, the structure of the lower shell and the structure of the valve shell seat can only be designed in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the lower shell cannot be adapted to the valve shell seats of various different structural types, and therefore the replacement requirements of users on the valve shell seats with different appearances cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a separate assembly type bidet to solve at least one of the above problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a split assembly type bidet includes a first body and a second body assembled and fixed to each other;

a first body comprising: the water outlet pipeline comprises a first shell, at least one water outlet pipeline and at least one nozzle, wherein the water outlet pipeline is arranged in the first shell, the first shell is also provided with a mounting seat, the water outlet end of the pipeline of the water outlet pipeline is communicated with the nozzle, and the water inlet end of the pipeline of the water outlet pipeline is arranged at a position exposed in the mounting seat;

a second body comprising: the water valve comprises a first shell, a second shell, at least one water valve, at least one water inlet end, at least one water outlet end and a water outlet end, wherein the first shell can be matched with the mounting base for mounting;

the water outlet end of the water valve is in sealed butt joint with the water inlet end of the pipeline in the mounting seat, and the first main body and the second main body are installed in a matched mode through the second shell and the mounting seat of the first main body to form a whole body cleaning device.

In one embodiment, the first housing is substantially flat plate-shaped, and the mounting seat provided on the first housing is positioned below a top plane of the flat plate-shaped structure of the first housing.

In one embodiment, one side of the second housing, which faces the mounting seat of the first body, is a lower end, the opposite side is an upper end, the mounting seat faces the upper end and is an open receiving structure, the water inlet end of the pipeline in the mounting seat faces the upper end and forms a bevel with the water outlet pipeline in the first housing, and the second body is received by the receiving structure of the mounting seat in a top-down manner and is installed in a matching manner.

In one embodiment, the second housing further comprises a housing seat, the water valve is disposed in the housing seat, the housing seat protrudes toward the lower end to form a first sealing interface as a water outlet end of the water valve, the mounting seat protrudes toward the upper end to form a second sealing interface as a water inlet end of the pipeline in the open receiving structure, and the first sealing interface is disposed in the housing seat at a position satisfying that the second sealing interface is disposed in the open receiving structure: the second shell and the mounting seat of the first main body are matched and mounted in a top-down mode, and the first sealing butt joint port and the second sealing butt joint port synchronously complete sealing butt joint.

In one embodiment, the mounting seat is provided with a contraposition part at one end, an abutting part is arranged at the other end, and the water inlet end of the water outlet pipeline is arranged at the middle position in the mounting seat; the two sides of the second shell are respectively provided with a water inlet area and an assembly area, the water inlet end of the water valve is arranged on the water inlet area, the water outlet end of the water valve is arranged on the assembly area, and the tail end of the second shell in the assembly area is provided with a contraposition matching part; the second shell is matched with the mounting seat of the first main body and is mounted through the mutual matching limit of the alignment part at one end of the mounting seat and the alignment matching part at the tail end of the mounting area of the second shell, and the abutting part at the other end of the mounting seat is abutted against and limited with the periphery of the water inlet end of the water valve close to the second shell, so that the water inlet area on one side of the second shell is exposed out of the mounting seat.

The invention mainly has at least one of the following beneficial effects:

(1) the invention enables the first main body with the water outlet pipeline to be matched with a plurality of second main bodies containing valve shell seats with different structures, has higher applicability and easier assembly, has simpler corresponding processing mould and more convenient processing process, reduces the production cost, further meets the replacement requirements of users on the valve shell seats with different appearances, can be replaced and selected by the users according to own preferences, greatly reduces the maintenance cost, and does not need to replace and maintain the whole body cleaner.
