The cloud collects the difference between the cell voltage in the complete charging data and the cell voltage at the beginning of charging, the highest temperature value of the battery, the current variation curve of the battery, the voltage variation curve of the battery, the actual charging capacity value in the charging period, the theoretical charging capacity value in the charging period and the health degree of the battery, generates a document-form battery check report, sends the battery check report to a battery detection server, generates a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) link, and sends the URL link to a terminal of a user or sends the URL link to an account of the user through the APP.
The user can download or look up the battery physical examination report on line through a URL link or APP in the short message according to the requirement.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can select the battery check-up mode or the common charging mode as required, the data transmission speed is increased in the battery check-up mode, the real-time communication between the direct current charging pile and the cloud terminal in the battery check-up mode can be realized, and the cloud terminal realizes the check-up for a single battery pack by transmitting and processing the data of the single battery pack and the corresponding direct current charging pile.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for acquiring a battery pack examination report of an automobile, which is applied to a terminal, and the method includes:
step 31, sending a physical examination request of the user to a cloud;
step 32, downloading a battery check report from a cloud, wherein the battery check report is charging check data which is sent by the cloud in real time in a battery check mode within a charging period after receiving a user check request sent by a terminal, and analyzing the charging check data to obtain complete charging data; calculating the health index of the battery pack according to the complete charging data to obtain a calculation result corresponding to the health index; and generating according to the calculation result corresponding to the health index.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus 40 for generating a battery pack inspection report of an automobile, which is applied to a cloud, where the apparatus 40 includes:
the receiving and sending module 41 is configured to receive a user physical examination request sent by a terminal, where the user physical examination request carries vehicle information and direct-current charging pile information; receiving charging physical examination data which are sent by the direct current charging pile in real time in a battery physical examination mode in a charging period after the terminal sends the user physical examination request;
the processing module 42 is configured to analyze the charging health examination data according to the user health examination request to obtain complete charging data;
calculating the health index of the battery pack according to the complete charging data to obtain a calculation result corresponding to the health index;
and generating a battery examination report according to the calculation result corresponding to the health index.
Optionally, the receiving the user physical examination request sent by the terminal includes:
and receiving a user physical examination request sent by the terminal through a short message or a target application program.
Optionally, the receiving of the charging physical examination data sent by the dc charging pile in real time in the battery physical examination mode in the charging period after the terminal sends the user physical examination request includes:
receiving offline charging physical examination data sent by the direct current charging pile;
the offline charging physical examination data are automatically sent after the direct current charging pile is stored to the network communication signal through the local data storage function to restore the connection when the communication network signal is disconnected in the transmission process of the charging physical examination data.
Optionally, the analyzing the physical examination data of the electric charge to obtain complete electric charge data includes:
and sequencing the charging physical examination data and the offline charging physical examination data sent by the direct current charging pile according to the time sequence, and then analyzing to obtain complete charging data.

obtaining the capacity value of the battery which should be theoretically charged in the charging period by multiplying the nominal capacity value of the battery by the difference value of the percentage of the residual capacity of the battery at the end of charging and subtracting the percentage of the residual capacity of the battery at the beginning of charging; and
the battery health degree is obtained by dividing the actual charged battery capacity value by the theoretically charged battery capacity value multiplied by one hundred percent in the charging period.
Optionally, generating a battery health check report according to the calculation result corresponding to the health indicator includes:
and summarizing the difference value between the voltage of the battery monomer in the complete charging data and the voltage of the battery monomer at the beginning of charging, the highest temperature value of the battery, the current change curve of the battery, the voltage change curve of the battery, the actual capacity value of the battery charged in the charging period, the capacity value of the battery theoretically charged in the charging period and the health degree of the battery when the charging period is finished, and generating a battery physical examination report in a document form.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a battery pack examination report of an automobile is applied to a cloud, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a user physical examination request sent by a terminal, wherein the user physical examination request carries vehicle information and direct current charging pile information;
receiving charging physical examination data which are sent by the direct current charging pile in real time in a battery physical examination mode in a charging period after the terminal sends the user physical examination request;
analyzing the charging physical examination data according to the user physical examination request to obtain complete charging data;
calculating the health index of the battery pack according to the complete charging data to obtain a calculation result corresponding to the health index;
and generating a battery examination report according to the calculation result corresponding to the health index.
2. The method for generating a battery pack health check report of an automobile as set forth in claim 1, wherein the receiving of the user health check request transmitted from the terminal includes:
and receiving a user physical examination request sent by the terminal through a short message or a target application program.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the physical examination data of the dc charging post transmitted in real time in the battery physical examination mode in the charging period after the terminal transmits the user physical examination request comprises:
receiving offline charging physical examination data sent by the direct current charging pile;
the offline charging physical examination data are automatically sent after the direct current charging pile is stored to the network communication signal through the local data storage function to restore the connection when the communication network signal is disconnected in the transmission process of the charging physical examination data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein analyzing the charge check data to obtain complete charge data includes:
and sequencing the charging physical examination data and the offline charging physical examination data sent by the direct current charging pile according to the time sequence, and then analyzing to obtain complete charging data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein calculating a health indicator of a battery pack according to the complete charging data to obtain a calculation result corresponding to the health indicator comprises:
calculating the difference value between the voltage of the battery monomer in the complete charging data when the charging is finished and the voltage of the battery monomer when the charging is started;
counting all battery temperature values in the complete charging data in a charging time period, and taking the highest value of all the battery temperature values as the highest battery temperature value;
counting the current value of the battery in the charging period, and generating a battery current change curve corresponding to the current value;
counting the voltage value of the battery in the charging period, and generating a battery voltage change curve corresponding to the voltage value;
integrating the current value in the charging period to obtain the capacity value of the battery actually charged in the charging period;
obtaining the capacity value of the battery which should be theoretically charged in the charging period by multiplying the nominal capacity value of the battery by the difference value of the percentage of the residual capacity of the battery at the end of charging and subtracting the percentage of the residual capacity of the battery at the beginning of charging; and
the battery health degree is obtained by dividing the actual charged battery capacity value in the charging period by the theoretically charged battery capacity value multiplied by one hundred percent.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating the battery health report according to the calculation result corresponding to the health indicator comprises:
and summarizing the difference value between the voltage of the battery monomer in the complete charging data and the voltage of the battery monomer at the beginning of charging, the highest temperature value of the battery, the current change curve of the battery, the voltage change curve of the battery, the actual capacity value of the battery charged in the charging period, the capacity value of the battery theoretically charged in the charging period and the health degree of the battery when the charging period is finished, and generating a battery physical examination report in a document form.
7. A method for acquiring a battery pack examination report of an automobile is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
sending a user physical examination request to a cloud;
downloading a battery check report from a cloud terminal, wherein the battery check report is charging check data which is sent by the cloud terminal in real time in a battery check mode within a charging period after receiving a user check request sent by a terminal, and the charging check data is analyzed to obtain complete charging data; calculating the health index of the battery pack according to the complete charging data to obtain a calculation result corresponding to the health index; and generating according to the calculation result corresponding to the health index.
