Abstract

In the invention, the positioning rod 18 is arranged on the lower surface of the cleaning disc 3, the positioning groove 5 is formed in the upper surface of the support platform 2, the positioning rod 18 is inserted into the positioning groove 5, and the positioning rod 18 and the positioning groove 5 can be used for facilitating the positioning and installation of the cleaning disc 3, so that the rotor storage groove 19 of the cleaning disc 3 is opposite to the first through hole 11 of the air blowing cleaning plate 10, and the alignment and air blowing of the rotor are ensured.

According to the invention, the air blowing structure 7 comprises the air pump 8 arranged on the lower surface of the mounting plate 12, the air outlet end of the air pump 8 is communicated with the air blowing cleaning plate 10 through the plurality of air distributing pipes 9, the first through holes 11 are formed in the air blowing cleaning plate 10, and air can be well distributed to the air blowing cleaning plate 10 through the air distributing pipes 9, so that the uniform effect of air blowing cleaning is improved.
In the invention, a dust collecting cavity 22 is arranged in the dust collecting seat 1, a sealing cover 21 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the support platform 2, a third through hole 23 is arranged in the support platform 2, and a fourth through hole 25 is arranged on the inner surface of the sealing cover 21.
In the present invention, the sealing cover 21 is provided with exhaust ports 26 at both sides thereof.
In the present invention, the installation cover 27 is fixedly installed inside the exhaust port 26, the dustproof filter 24 is fixedly installed on the inner surface of the installation cover 27, and the installation cover 27 can be used to facilitate the replacement of the dustproof filter 24.
It should be pointed out that, when the invention is used, the rotor to be cleaned is placed in the rotor storage groove 19 of the cleaning disc 3, then the cleaning disc 3 is placed on the supporting platform 2, the piston rod of the electric cylinder 13 can be moved downwards by opening the electric cylinder 13 of the lifting mechanism 6 to drive the mounting plate 12 and the air blowing structure 7 including the air pump 8 to move downwards synchronously, when the air blowing cleaning plate 10 moves downwards and is pressed with the cleaning disc 3, the air pump 8 which is opened can make air blow the rotor in the rotor storage groove 19 well through the air distributing pipe 9 and the first through hole 11, thereby realizing automatic air blowing cleaning of the rotor, and the number of the rotors can be processed by a single air blowing operation, the working efficiency is high, time and speed are saved, the requirement of high-efficiency rotor cleaning by people can be met, then the dust blown by air blowing can enter the dust collecting cavity 22 through the second through hole 20, the third through hole 23 and the fourth through hole 25, the dust generated during cleaning is well collected into the inner dust collection cavity 22, so that subsequent centralized treatment is facilitated, the dust can be prevented from being directly discharged to cause pollution to the working environment, the dust is intercepted in the dust collection cavity 22 under the action of the dustproof filter sheet 24, and when the dust needs to be cleaned, the dust in the dust collection cavity can be cleaned conveniently only by opening the sealing cover 21.
It is worth noting that: the whole device realizes control over the device through the master control button, and the device matched with the control button is common equipment, belongs to the existing mature technology, and is not repeated for the electrical connection relation and the specific circuit structure.
