A device for preventing oil paint collision damage of a top side decorative plate of an overhead battery passenger car is temporarily installed between the top side decorative plate (4) and a top side skin (5), one end of the device for preventing oil paint collision damage is connected with a fixed support assembly (1), the other end of the device is connected with the top side decorative plate (4), the fixed support assembly (1) comprises a bottom plate (1.1) fixedly connected with the top side skin (5), a first vertical plate (1.2) which is in angle joint with the bottom plate (1.1) and is positioned in the vertical direction and a second vertical plate (1.3) which is in angle joint with the first vertical plate (1.2) and is abutted against the top side decorative plate (4), and a rotating mechanism capable of enabling the top side decorative plate (4) to be far away from the top side skin (5) is further arranged on the upper portion of the second vertical plate (1.3); the method is characterized in that:
the oil paint collision prevention device comprises a coupling part, a connecting mechanism assembly (2) and a limiting bracket assembly (3);
the coupling portion is arranged below the first vertical plate (1.2), the connecting mechanism assembly (2) is detachably connected with the coupling portion, the other end of the connecting mechanism assembly (2) is detachably connected with one end of the limiting support assembly (3), and the other end of the limiting support assembly (3) is abutted to or separated from the top side decorative plate (4).

The device of claim 1, wherein the top side decorative plate of the overhead battery passenger car is provided with a paint bump prevention device, and the device is characterized in that: the coupling part comprises an n-shaped connecting hole (1.8) penetrating through the first vertical plate (1.2), the connecting hole (1.8) comprises a long-strip-shaped transverse hole and two long-strip-shaped vertical holes which are perpendicular to the transverse hole and are symmetrically arranged, and a raised upright post (1.7) is formed between the two vertical holes.
