Abstract
The invention relates to an asphalt cooling forming device, which comprises a cylinder, an asphalt former, a water spraying device and a gas bubbling device, wherein the cylinder is provided with a cavity; the asphalt former and the water spraying device are arranged in the cylinder body, the top of the cylinder body is of a closed structure and is provided with a flue gas outlet, and the bottom of the cylinder body extends to a position below the liquid level of the asphalt pool and is of an open structure; the asphalt former is arranged in the middle of the cylinder body, the water spraying device is arranged above the asphalt former, and the gas bubbling device is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder body, namely below the liquid level of the asphalt pool. The invention adopts the cylinder body with a closed structure to seal the channel between the asphalt former and the asphalt pool, so that the cooling and shaping processes of the liquid asphalt are completely carried out in an oxygen-free closed environment, thereby meeting the requirement of environmental protection; the asphalt particles extruded by the asphalt former are preliminarily cooled and formed in the falling process through water spraying, and then gas is generated through bubbling to be stirred to prevent the adhesion of the asphalt particles, so that the particles of the solid asphalt product are fine and uniform.

The gas bubbling device is a gas distributor, and the gas distributor consists of a gas distribution pipe and a plurality of gas nozzles; the cylinder body periphery is located to the gas distribution pipe, evenly sets up a plurality of gas nozzle along circumference on the gas distribution pipe, and inside the gas nozzle extended to the cylinder body to the upper side in the injection direction orientation.

2) the asphalt particles extruded by the asphalt former are preliminarily cooled and formed in the falling process through water spraying, and gas generated by the water spraying and bubbling can prevent the asphalt particles from being adhered, so that the particles of the solid asphalt product are finer and more uniform;
3) the granular asphalt extruded by the asphalt former is sprayed by water before falling into the asphalt pool, so that the cooling forming effect is better.

The gas bubbling device 4 is a gas distributor which consists of a gas distribution pipe and a plurality of gas nozzles; the gas distribution pipe is arranged on the periphery of the cylinder body 1, a plurality of gas nozzles are uniformly arranged on the gas distribution pipe along the circumferential direction, the gas nozzles extend to the interior of the cylinder body 1, and the spraying direction faces the interior upper side.
The gas distribution pipe is coaxial with the cylinder body 1, and the inner diameter of the gas distribution pipe is larger than or equal to that of the cylinder body 1; the gas nozzles are arranged along the radial direction of the gas distribution pipe, and the spraying direction faces to the upper inner part.
The gas distribution pipe is connected with a flue gas outlet 5 at the top of the cylinder body 1 through a flue gas pipeline, and a flue gas fan 6 is arranged on the flue gas pipeline.
The asphalt former 2 is a granulator.

the liquid asphalt is pressed and extruded into granules by an asphalt former 2, and falls to an asphalt pool 7 below under the action of gravity; water is sprayed downwards through the water spraying device 3, water drops are fully contacted with the asphalt particles and the asphalt smoke, the outer surfaces of the asphalt particles are cooled and shaped, and the asphalt particles fall into the asphalt pool 7 to be finally cooled; taking out the cooled asphalt particles from the water by an asphalt strip machine 8 to drain water, and obtaining a solid asphalt product; the asphalt flue gas after water spraying is pumped out from a flue gas outlet 5 at the top of the cylinder 1 by a flue gas fan 6, enters a gas bubbling device 4 positioned under water at the bottom of the cylinder 1, is uniformly bubbled in the coverage range of the cylinder 1, absorbs impurities in the asphalt flue gas by water and cools the flue gas, and simultaneously plays a role in stirring asphalt particles falling into the water so as to refine the asphalt particles and prevent the asphalt particles from being adhered; after the asphalt smoke floats out of the water surface, the asphalt smoke has a sweeping effect on descending asphalt particles, can refine the asphalt particles and prevent the adhesion of the asphalt particles.
The asphalt flue gas is pumped out from a flue gas outlet 5 at the top of the cylinder body 1 by a flue gas fan 6 and enters a gas bubbling device 4 at the bottom of the cylinder body 1 and under the water of an asphalt pool 7, so that the asphalt flue gas is recycled; the asphalt smoke is uniformly bubbled below the liquid level in the cross section range of the whole cylinder body 1, so that impurities in the asphalt smoke can be absorbed by water, the asphalt smoke is cooled, asphalt particles falling into the water can be stirred, the asphalt particles are further refined, and the adhesion among the asphalt particles is prevented; after the asphalt smoke after bubbling emerges from the water surface, asphalt particles in the falling process can be swept, and the effects of refining the asphalt particles and preventing the adhesion of the asphalt particles can be achieved.
Through pitch cooling forming device, the airtight circulation of anaerobic of pitch flue gas realization is used, avoids high temperature pitch oxidation simultaneously to improve operational environment, satisfy the environmental protection requirement.
