As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a bamboo indoor waste gas filtering purifier 100, which comprises a bamboo shell 10, wherein the shell 10 has a cavity 11 therein, one side surface of the shell 10 is provided with an opening communicated with the cavity 11, and an openable cover member 20 is arranged at the opening. The cavity 11 is provided with a plurality of filter element modules 30 arranged side by side, and two adjacent filter element modules 30 are communicated with each other. The cartridge module 30 is filled with an active material. An air inlet 12 is provided at one side of the outer surface of the housing 10, and an air outlet 13 is provided at the opposite side. Waste gas enters the purifier through the gas inlet 12, passes through the filter element module 30, and is discharged from the gas outlet 13. The filter element module 30 can adsorb oil-containing substances, small liquid drops and the like in the exhaust gas, and plays a role in filtering air. The cover member 20 is opened and the cartridge module 30 can be periodically replaced. Further, as shown in fig. 15, the bamboo housing 10 also has an exhaust gas filtering function because the material is bamboo.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, the housing 10 has a square shape and is formed by connecting a plurality of i-shaped engineered bamboo boards 15, one side of which is open. The cover member 20 is made of an engineered bamboo board 15, one side of which is pivotably connected to one edge of the opening and the opposite side of which is lockable to the housing 10 by a locking switch 14 provided on the housing 10. Preferably, the side of the cover member 20 is connected to the housing 10 by a hinge 21, and a sealing rubber ring is provided between the cover member 20 and the housing 10 for sealing.
The air inlet 12 and the air outlet 13 of the housing 10 are disposed on opposite sides. In some embodiments, the height of the gas inlet 12 is higher than that of the gas outlet 13, and when the gas enters the inside of the housing 10 through the gas inlet 12, the gas passes through the plurality of filter element modules 30 in sequence and is discharged from the gas outlet 13, so that oil-containing substances, small droplets and the like in the gas are sufficiently adsorbed by the filter element modules 30, and the purification effect is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 4 cartridge modules 30, a first cartridge module, a second cartridge module, a third cartridge module, and a fourth cartridge module, are disposed within housing 10. Referring to fig. 15, each cartridge module 30 is filled with active material 17. The first filter element module can be filled with 8-10mm coal-based activated carbon, the second filter element module 30 can be filled with 3-5mm coal-based activated carbon, the third filter element module 30 can be filled with 8-10mm shell activated carbon, and the fourth filter element module 30 can be filled with 4mm shell activated carbon balls. It should be understood that the number of the filter element modules 30 can be set according to actual requirements, and the active material 17 filled in the filter element modules 30 is not limited to activated carbon, but other materials capable of adsorbing impurities, such as activated alumina, a catalyst with catalytic oxidation effect, etc., can also be used.
Each cartridge module 30 may be of a square configuration having five stationary faces and one movable face that can be opened to fill the cartridge module 30 with active material 17. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the filter element modules 30 are made of medium density bamboo fiber boards 16, air vents communicating with the filter element modules 30 are disposed at the contact surfaces of two adjacent filter element modules 30, and the air vents can be sealed by filtering plates or filtering cotton 18, so that materials between different filter element modules 30 are not mixed and air ventilation is achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the first quick-connect plug 121 is installed at the air inlet 12, which can ensure air tightness, improve convenience of operation, and facilitate quick connection of the filter with an external air exhaust device. The first quick-connect coupling 121 comprises an aluminum honeycomb screen 40 and a coupling part 41 which are connected in sequence. The structure of the aluminum honeycomb filter 40 is shown in fig. 7 and 8, and includes two layers of filter screens disposed opposite to each other. The joint portion 41 is used for connecting with an air pipe, and a quick-insertion structure can be adopted.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, a second quick-connect connector 131 is mounted at the air outlet 13. The second quick-connect coupling 131 is similar in construction to the first quick-connect coupling 121. In addition, in order to ensure smooth air outlet, reduce exhaust noise and keep the room quiet, an aluminum honeycomb panel structure, such as an aluminum honeycomb filter 40, is attached to the inner wall of the air outlet 13 of the casing 10, and sound-absorbing cotton is filled in the middle.
The invention provides a bamboo indoor waste gas filtering purifier, which comprises the following manufacturing processes:
1. the housing 10 is made using an i-shaped engineered motherboard. For example, a 9mm lateral pressure i-shaped engineering main board is used to manufacture 6 side plates, 5 side plates are riveted to form a square shell 10 with an opening, and 1 side plate is hinged to the opening of the shell 10 to serve as a cover component 20; the housing 10 may be 218 × 118mm in size;
2. an air inlet 12 and an air outlet 13 are arranged on the shell 10, and quick connectors are arranged at the air inlet 12 and the air outlet 13;
3. attaching a leather aluminum honeycomb plate to the inner wall of the shell 10 near the air outlet 13, and filling sound-absorbing cotton in the middle;
4. manufacturing a filter element module 30, wherein the filter element module 30 is square and is provided with five fixing surfaces and a sliding surface, and active materials are filled in the filter element module 30;
5. the filter element modules 30 are arranged in the shell 10 side by side, wherein two adjacent filter element modules 30 are communicated with each other, and the middle-density bamboo fiber board is used as a filter plate to seal the through hole at the communication position, so that a sealing effect is achieved;
6. the lock switch 14 is mounted on the housing 10, and a sealing rubber ring is provided between the cover member 20 and the housing 10.

2. Bamboo indoor exhaust gas filtering purifier as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said bamboo outer shell and said cover member are made of engineered bamboo boards.
3. Bamboo indoor exhaust gas filtering purifier as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said bamboo shell is square, one of the sides is provided with said opening, and one side of said cover member is pivotally connected at the edge of said opening.
