The working principle is as follows: when a data acquisition device based on an industrial internet operating system is used for accommodating a sensor, firstly, a bidirectional screw 513 is rotated clockwise, so that a thread section of the bidirectional screw 513 and a push plate 512 move relatively, the push plate 512 slides on a slide bar 511, and two groups of push plates 512 move relatively on the slide bar 511, meanwhile, the push plate 512 drives the bottom ends of two groups of accommodating frames 52 to move towards a limiting seat 51, so that the accommodating frames 52 are gradually inclined and unfolded, a connecting rod 523 of the accommodating frame 52 rotates on a protective cover 53 and pushes the protective cover 53 to move upwards, when the push plate 512 is in contact with the limiting seat 51, the sensor can be accommodated through an accommodating box 521, and the limiting rope 522 is used for limiting and fixing the sensor;
then, anticlockwise rotation two-way screw 513 makes push pedal 512 keep away from spacing seat 51 gradually to drive storage rack 52 and remove, make storage rack 52 remove to the horizontality gradually, simultaneously, storage rack 52 drives protective cover 53 through connecting rod 523 and moves down, makes protective cover 53's inner wall and alignment jig 5's top joint cooperation, thereby makes protective cover 53 protect the sensor of storage rack 52 inside.

the acquisition assembly is arranged inside the cabinet body 1 and comprises a wire connector 4, an acquisition module 41, a serial port converter 42, a controller 43 and an intelligent gateway 44, the operation data of the industrial equipment can be acquired through the acquisition assembly and can be transmitted to the terminal equipment through the intelligent gateway 44, so that the work of equipment state monitoring, alarm pushing, remote debugging, data reporting and the like can be conveniently carried out, and the data acquisition and management requirements required by the production and management of the industrial equipment are met;
the storage assembly is arranged above the cabinet body 1 and comprises an adjusting frame 5, a storage frame 52 and a protective cover 53, and when the storage assembly is not used, sensors such as temperature, water level, wind speed, pressure and voltage can be stored through the storage assembly, so that data can be acquired by using different sensors for different industrial equipment, and the data acquisition efficiency is improved.
The wire connector 4 is arranged on the inner side of the wiring window 12, the specific model of the wire connector 4 is MI-2104, the wire connector 4 is provided with connectors of various models such as M5, M8, M12 and M23, the wire connector can be used for connecting and fixing various sensors, the acquisition module 41 is arranged on the inner wall of the cabinet body 1 through a support 111, the acquisition module 41 can refer to various models such as C-7017, C-7018 and C-7050D, various data such as temperature, water level, wind speed, pressure and voltage and current can be acquired through the sensors, the serial port converter 42 is arranged above the movable plate 23, the serial port converter 42 is specifically Mport3216-I, serial port service protocol conversion can be carried out between the acquisition module 41 and the controller 43, equipment networking is facilitated, the controller 43 and the intelligent gateway 44 are arranged above the mounting plate 22, the specific model of the controller 43 can refer to Schmidium Momentum series PLC, the specific model of the intelligent gateway 44 is HINET-M111T, and a field network or a wireless network can be adopted for networking production equipment, so that the acquisition device is connected with terminal equipment through a network, thereby facilitating the work of equipment state monitoring, alarm pushing, remote debugging, data reporting and the like, and meeting the data acquisition and management requirements required by production and management of industrial equipment.
The working principle is as follows: when the data acquisition device based on the industrial internet operating system is used, firstly, a plurality of groups of sensors such as a sensor a, a sensor b, a sensor c and the like are respectively connected with the wire connector 4, so that the sensors check the data such as temperature, water level, wind speed, pressure, voltage and the like when the industrial equipment runs, then, the acquisition module 41 acquires data at a certain interval, then the acquisition module 41 performs data conversion through the serial port converter 42, and then transmits the data to the controller 43 for processing control, and then the controller 43 performs network connection with the terminal device through the intelligent gateway 44 and transmits the acquired data to the terminal device, the terminal equipment is convenient to carry out the work of state monitoring, alarm pushing, remote debugging, data reporting and the like on the industrial equipment, so that the data acquisition and management requirements required by the production and management of the industrial equipment are met.
