Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method for improving the reliability of terminal service when an NR system cell is closed in an energy-saving way and an NR system.
Background
In 3GPP wireless system, there is a related characteristic of cell closing energy saving, the effective scene of the characteristic is generally a main cell and a backup cell, when the main cell is closed, the UE originally connected to the main cell is absorbed by the backup cell (as shown in figure 1), in order to ensure the continuity of terminal service, the UE is generally transferred from the main cell to the backup cell by adopting a switching mode, and after all the UE is transferred, the main cell is closed to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
In the process of moving the UE from the main cell to the backup cell overload, the main cell does not acquire the service state and the user bearing capacity of the backup cell in advance (the main cell and the backup cell are on different gNodeB), if the state of the backup cell is unavailable or the overload scene is already in the overload state, the UE of the main cell fails to move, and the UE service is interrupted, thereby affecting the reliability of the NR system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for improving the service reliability of a terminal when an NR system cell is closed in an energy-saving way and an NR system, so as to prevent UE of a main cell from migrating to an unavailable or overloaded neighbor cell.
The invention provides a method for improving the reliability of terminal service when an NR system cell is closed in energy saving, which comprises the following steps:
Adding Cell Backup Capability cells in NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling; the Cell Backup Capability cells are used to indicate whether the neighbor cell can act as a backup cell for the primary cell.
Further, the method for adding Cell Backup Capability cells in the NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling comprises the following steps:
Cell Backup Capability cells are added to SERVED NR CELLS cells in NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling.
Further, the set Cell Backup Capability cell values are as follows:
Cell Backup Capability the cell value is Available, which indicates that the neighbor cell can be used as a backup cell;
cell Backup Capability cell value Unavailable indicates that the neighbor cell cannot be used as a backup cell.
Further, the method for improving the service reliability of the terminal when the energy conservation of the NR system cell is closed comprises the following steps:
S1, before closing, a main cell sends NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE signaling to all adjacent cells on an opposite terminal gNodeB, and Deactivation Indication cells in the NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE signaling are set to deactivated and Neighbour Information NR cells are carried; the Neighbour Information NR cell is used to indicate the neighbor cell of the primary cell on the peer gNodeB;
S2, after receiving the NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE signaling, the opposite terminal gNodeB checks the neighbor cell of the main cell indicated by the Neighbour Information NR cell on the opposite terminal gNodeB if the Deactivation Indication cell is deactivated, and checks whether the corresponding neighbor cell service state is available and whether the service is overloaded, if the neighbor cell service state is available and the service is not overloaded, the neighbor cell is considered to be a backup cell;
S3, the opposite terminal gNodeB sends NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling to the main cell, carries SERVED NR CELLS cells in the NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling, and adds Cell Backup Capability cells in SERVED NR CELLS cells to indicate whether the adjacent cell can be used as a backup cell of the main cell;
And S4, after receiving the NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE ACKNOWLEDGE signaling, the main cell selects a neighbor cell with the Cell Backup Capability cell value of Available in SERVED NR CELLS cells as a backup cell.
Further, in step S1, before the primary cell is turned off, NG-RAN NODE CONFIGURATION UPDATE signaling is sent to all neighboring cells on the opposite terminal gNodeB through an Xn interface.
Further, whether the traffic of the neighboring cell is overloaded in step S3 means that: whether the number of users in the neighbor cell reaches a set threshold.
The invention also provides an NR system which is used for executing the method for improving the reliability of the terminal service when the energy-saving of the NR system cell is closed.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
The invention can enable the main cell to select the proper backup cell through the adjacent cell capability so as to improve the success rate of UE migration, thereby improving the reliability of the NR system in an energy-saving scene.
