Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
A conventional transmission valve control device communication system is shown in fig. 1, wherein a converter valve monitoring device 101 and a valve tower monitoring device 102 are both hung on a field communication bus 103, and the field communication bus 103 is connected with a pole control background 106 through a protocol conversion device 104 and a switch 105, so that the networking mode is complex, the device cost is high, the debugging workload is large, and errors are prone to occur.
The transmission valve control equipment communication method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a transmission valve control equipment communication system shown in fig. 2. Transmission valve accuse equipment communication system includes valve accuse equipment 202, switch 204 and utmost point accuse backstage 206.
Among them, the valve control apparatus 202 includes a converter valve monitoring apparatus 2021 and a valve tower monitoring apparatus 2022. One end of the valve tower monitoring equipment 2022 is in communication connection with the converter valve monitoring equipment 2021, and is used for receiving first operation data of the converter valve, which is acquired by the converter valve monitoring equipment 2022; acquiring second operation data of the valve tower in real time; processing and summarizing the first operating data and the second operating data to obtain operating information of the valve control equipment; and uploading the running information of the valve control equipment to a pole control background 206 through the switch 204.
The converter valve monitoring device 2021 is a device for controlling and monitoring an operation state of a converter valve, and specifically, the converter valve monitoring device 202 controls the conduction of a thyristor according to an operation mode of the converter valve, and monitors the operation state of the thyristor, such as loss of return or protective triggering. If the converter valve monitoring device 2021 fails to properly control the thyristors or the number of thyristor operating faults exceeds a limit value, it may cause the converter valves to operate abnormally resulting in direct latch-up. It is understood that the number of the converter valve monitoring devices 2021 in the valve control device 202 may be set according to actual conditions.
The valve tower monitoring device 2022 is a device for monitoring the operation state of the valve tower, and processing, aggregating and transmitting the valve tower operation data and the converter valve operation data, and specifically, the valve tower monitoring device 2022 is originally used for monitoring relevant operation signals of the valve tower, such as water leakage and lightning arrester action signals. Because the signals monitored by the valve tower monitoring equipment 2022 generally do not affect the normal operation of the converter valve, and even if the signals are abnormal, the signals only represent that the converter valve has slight faults, the processing and transmission functions of the operation data are integrated on the valve tower monitoring equipment 2022, so that even if the communication function is damaged, the normal operation and important information acquisition of the converter valve equipment are not affected, and the reliability of the operation of the power system is effectively ensured.
The switch 204 is configured to establish an independent electrical signal channel for the valve control device 202 and the pole control background 206, and transmit operation information of the valve control device.
In particular, switch 204 is a network device for forwarding electrical signals that may provide an exclusive electrical signal path for any two network nodes accessing the switch. The switch 204 is in communication connection with the valve control device 202 and the polar control background 206, respectively, to establish an exclusive electric signal channel between the valve control device 202 and the polar control background 206.
And the polar control background 206 is used for receiving the operation information of the valve control equipment and determining the operation state of the converter valve according to the operation information of the valve control equipment.
The pole control background 206 is configured to receive the operation information of the valve control device, determine an operation state of the converter valve according to the operation information of the valve control device, and transmit the operation state of the converter valve to a management end, for example, the management end may be an operator station and an engineer station, and the transmission of the operation state of the converter valve to the management end may facilitate an operator and an engineer to know an operation state of the converter valve in time. It is to be understood that the data storage system may store data that the polarization backend 206 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the polar control back-end 206, or may be placed on the cloud or other network server. The control background 206 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, the valve tower monitoring device and the polar control background are pre-configured with a communication model file for generating and verifying the operation information of the valve control device.
Specifically, the communication model file is a file created according to all communication data that needs to be transmitted between the valve control device and the polar control background, and the communication model file specifies the types of data transmitted between the valve control device and the polar control background.
Because the communication function with the pole control background is integrated on the valve tower monitoring equipment, communication model files are pre-configured on the valve tower monitoring equipment and the pole control background. The valve tower monitoring equipment determines data to be communicated, which need transmission communication actually, from a plurality of operation data according to the communication model file, collects all screened data to be communicated to generate operation information of the valve control equipment, and transmits the operation information of the valve control equipment to the pole control background. The pole control background verifies the received operation information of the valve control equipment according to the communication model file configured by the pole control background, analyzes the operation information after the verification is successful, determines the operation state of the converter valve, effectively avoids the situation that the operation speed of the system is reduced due to excessive data received by the pole control background, and improves the response speed of the communication system.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the valve tower monitoring device includes a first main control board 301, a first light emitting board 302 and a first light receiving board 303, and a first communication bus interface 304, a communication network port 305 and a first main control chip (the first main control chip is disposed in the first main control board, and thus not shown in the figure) are disposed on the first main control board 301.
In this embodiment, the existing valve tower monitoring device 2022 is designed, and the communication port 305 is added to the first main control board 301 originally including only the communication interface. The communication port 305 is a network interface for establishing a network connection between the valve tower monitoring device 2022 and an external device or system.
Specifically, the communication network port 305 on the first main control board 301 is configured to connect with a switch (not shown in the figure), and transmit the operation information of the valve control device to the pole control background (not shown in the figure) based on a preset communication protocol through the switch.
The communication bus is a public communication trunk line used for transmitting information among various functional components in the valve control device, specifically a transmission line bundle composed of wires, and the first communication bus interface 304 is an interface between a first main control chip in the first main control board and main control chips of other devices.
Specifically, the first communication bus interface 304 on the first main control board 301 of the valve tower monitoring device 2022 is configured to connect with the converter valve monitoring device 2021, and receive the operation data of the converter valve collected by the converter valve monitoring device 2021 through the communication bus. It can be understood that the first communication bus interface 304 on the first main control board 301 may be a serial interface or a parallel interface, and other interfaces, such as a mosbus communication interface, may also be extended according to actual needs.
The first light emitting board 302 and the first light receiving board 303 are board type names, and are used for controlling triggering of the converter valve and receiving operation state data of the converter valve. It is to be understood that the specific number of the first light emitting boards 302 and the first light receiving boards 303 on the first main control board 301 of the valve tower monitoring device 2022 is not limited in this application.
Specifically, because the data monitored by the valve tower monitoring device 2022 is relatively simple, the first main control board 301 of the valve tower monitoring device 2022 is improved in design, and a communication network port 305 is added to the first main control board 301 of the valve tower monitoring device 2022 for connecting with a switch and transmitting the data collected and received by the valve tower monitoring device 2022 to the pole control background. The first communication bus interface 304 on the first main control board 301 is responsible for establishing a communication connection with the converter valve monitoring device to receive the first operation data of the converter valve, which is collected and sent by the converter valve monitoring device. By adding a communication hardware interface support on the first main control board 301 of the valve tower monitoring device 2022 and integrating the functions of information acquisition and information transmission on the valve tower monitoring device 2022, the networking mode of the valve control communication device system is effectively simplified, and the device cost is reduced.
Further, in order to better integrate a communication function on the valve tower monitoring device, in one embodiment, a communication bus communication function and a protocol stack communication task are arranged in a first main control chip of the valve tower monitoring device, and are used for acquiring second operation data of the valve tower, and acquiring first operation data through a first communication bus interface based on the communication bus communication function; processing and summarizing the first operating data and the second operating data to obtain operating information of the valve control equipment; and based on the protocol stack communication task, the running information of the valve control equipment is sent to the polar control background through the switch connected with the communication network port.
The communication bus communication function is a communication function corresponding to a first communication bus interface on the first main control board, and the communication bus function corresponding to the first communication bus interface is added on the first main control chip, so that the first main control chip can be connected with the communication bus by using the first communication bus interface, and the data transmission work is completed. It can be understood that the communication bus communication functions correspond to the first communication bus interfaces one to one.
In one embodiment, the first communication bus interface is a CAN interface, the communication bus function arranged on the first main control chip is a CAN communication function, and the valve tower monitoring device and the converter valve monitoring device are in communication connection by adopting a CAN bus.
The protocol stack communication task corresponding to the preset communication protocol is added in the first main control chip after the first main control chip and the polar control background negotiate in advance to determine the communication protocol, so that the first main control chip can be in communication connection with the polar control background through the switch based on the preset communication protocol, and the collected and received running information of the valve control equipment is sent to the polar control background.
In one embodiment, the preset communication protocol is an IEC61850 communication protocol, and the protocol stack communication task is an IEC61850 protocol stack communication task.
In the above embodiment, by designing and modifying the communication program of the first main control chip, the functions of information acquisition and information transmission are integrated on the first main control chip of the valve tower monitoring device at the software level, so that the valve tower monitoring device has the functions of receiving the converter valve operating data transmitted by the converter valve monitoring device and transmitting, summarizing and processing the obtained valve control device operating data, the networking mode of the valve control communication device system is effectively simplified, and the device cost is reduced.
The converter valve monitoring device 2021 is a device for monitoring an operation transition state of the converter valve, and in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the converter valve monitoring device 2021 includes a second main control board 401, a second light emitting board 402, and a second light receiving board 403; the second main control board 401 is provided with a second communication bus interface 404 and a second main control chip (not shown in the figure).
Specifically, the second communication bus interface 404 disposed on the second main control board 401 of the converter valve monitoring device 2021 is a hardware interface for performing communication connection between the second main control chip in the second main control board 401 and other devices, such as a valve tower monitoring device. The converter valve monitoring device 2021 sends the converter valve operation data to the communication bus through the second communication bus interface 404, and transmits the converter valve operation data to the valve tower monitoring device based on the communication bus.
The roles of the second light emitting panel 402 and the second light receiving panel 403 in the converter valve monitoring apparatus 2021 are the same as the roles of the first light emitting panel and the first light receiving panel in the valve tower monitoring apparatus described above, and likewise, the specific number of the second light emitting panel 402 and the second light receiving panel 403 in the converter valve monitoring apparatus 2021 is not limited in this application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a transmission valve control equipment communication method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example for the valve tower monitoring equipment in fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
step 502, first operation data of the converter valve collected by the converter valve monitoring device is received.
The first operation data is data acquired by monitoring the operation state of the converter valve by the converter valve monitoring equipment, and as can be understood, the first operation data includes, but is not limited to, data such as the operation state of the thyristor, the number of operation faults of the thyristor, and the like.
Specifically, the converter valve monitoring equipment controls and monitors the converter valve in real time, controls the conduction of the thyristor according to the running mode, monitors the running state of the thyristor, collects running signals of the converter valve to obtain first running data of the converter valve, and transmits the first running data to the valve tower monitoring equipment through a communication bus between the converter valve monitoring equipment and the valve tower monitoring equipment. The valve tower monitoring device receives first operating data of the converter valves collected by the converter valve monitoring device.
And step 504, collecting second operation data of the valve tower.
The second operation data is data acquired by monitoring the operation state of the valve tower by the valve tower monitoring equipment, and the second operation data includes, but is not limited to, data such as water leakage and lightning arrester action signals.
Specifically, the valve tower monitoring equipment monitors the valve tower running state of the high-voltage direct-current transmission valve in real time, collects the running signals of the valve tower and obtains second running data.
And step 506, processing and summarizing the first operating data and the second operating data to obtain the operating information of the valve control equipment.
Specifically, after obtaining the first operating data and the second operating data, the valve tower monitoring device processes the first operating data and the second operating data to obtain operating data, which needs to be communicated, of the valve control device and the polar control background, and summarizes the operating data, which needs to be communicated, to obtain operating information of the valve control device. It will be understood that the valve control apparatus operational information includes operational information of the converter valve as well as operational information of the valve control apparatus itself.
And step 508, based on a preset communication protocol, sending the operation information of the valve control equipment to a pole control background through a switch, wherein the operation information of the valve control equipment is used for reflecting the operation state of the converter valve.
Specifically, the valve tower monitoring device transmits the operation information of the valve control device to the pole control background through the switch based on a communication protocol which is preset with the pole control background. And after the pole control background receives the operation information of the valve control equipment, determining the operation state of the converter valve according to the operation information of the valve control equipment, and feeding back the operation state to the management end.
According to the communication method of the power transmission valve control equipment, the valve tower monitoring equipment in the valve control equipment processes and summarizes the first operating data of the converter valve collected by the converter valve monitoring equipment and the second operating data collected by the converter valve monitoring equipment to obtain the operating information of the valve control equipment, so that the operating information of the valve control equipment can reflect the operating state of the converter valve. And the valve tower monitoring equipment transmits the operation information of the valve control equipment to the polar control background through the switch based on a communication protocol preset with the polar control background.
