本发明公开了一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,所述供电储能系统采用48V直流供电,包括:开关电源,所述开关电源通过5G网关通讯连接有能源管理模块,所述开关电源与工作模块电连接;供电模块,所述供电模块包括储能系统、光伏系统与风能系统,所述光伏系统与风能系统和开关电源电连接,所述储能系统与开关电源通讯连接;工作模块,所述工作模块包括空调照明单元和通信负载单元,所述通信负载单元还与储能系统电连接。本发明克服现有技术的偏远山区或海上等地区5G通信基站的供电不稳定的问题,保证了设备运行电能供应稳定,帮助用户更加快捷方便地对系统进行操作。

Description

一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统及其控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及多能源系统技术领域,尤其是指一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着5G时代的来临,人们对网络的需求大大增加,但5G基站自身传播距离较短,需要紧凑的分布且数量为4G基站的2~3倍,且5G基站用电功率将在传统基站用电负荷上呈指数性增加。那么随着5G基站的建设,对电网系统无疑是一个更大的冲击,需要承担更大用电负荷,建设更多的变电站。一个变电站的建设成本很高将近上亿。而且通信基站建设地方会处于偏远山区或者海上,这个导致在建设的时候供电很不方便且成本很高。
为了解决此现象,通信行业经常在这种类型的基站会布置风能或光伏或潮汐发电且配备铅酸电池,以此方式给通信基站供电。而此方式在偏远山区或海上等地区无法保证基站供电的稳定性,导致信号断断续续,信号传播不稳定。
参考中国专利公开号CN205544334U的一种通讯基站光伏并网系统,能通过光伏系统有效的延长基站的使用时间,但处于如偏远山区光照不足的情况下,该设备无法满足基站的供电需要。
因此,亟需设计一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统来根据建设地条件实现稳定的调配合理的能源供应。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的偏远山区或海上等地区5G通信基站的供电不稳定的问题,提供一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,其特征是,所述供电储能系统采用48V直流供电,包括:
开关电源,所述开关电源通过5G网关通讯连接有能源管理模块,所述开关电源与工作模块电连接;
供电模块,所述供电模块包括储能系统、光伏系统与风能系统,所述光伏系统与风能系统和开关电源电连接,所述储能系统与开关电源通讯连接;
工作模块,所述工作模块包括空调照明单元和通信负载单元,所述通信负载单元还与储能系统电连接;
本发明将开关电源、供电模块和工作模块相互连接,使整个系统更加集成化;采用风能和光伏两种系统,保证了能源的供给充足,使得系统不会出现电力不足而导致的供电不稳定的情况。采用5G网关连接控制核心部件,使得整个系统可以远程监控与操作,供操作人员人工调控模块及时解决系统故障。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述光伏系统包括若干个光伏板,所述光伏系统发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,所述光伏系统发电电压为48V,使得光伏系统运转时能满足工作模块的需求。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述风能系统包括若干风机,所述风能系统发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,所述风能系统发电为12~24V交流电,使得风能系统运转时能满足工作模块的需求。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述开关电源设有交直流电流转换模块用于将风能系统产生的交流电转为48V直流电,令风能系统产生的交流电转为直流电供工作模块使用。
一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统的控制方法,采用上述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,所述供电模块正常工作时包括以下步骤:
S1检测储能系统电量,当电量高于50%时跳转至S2,当电量低于50%时跳转至S3;
S2检测风能系统与光伏系统发电功率总和是否高于工作模块所需功率,若是跳转至S4,若否跳转至S5;
S3检测电量是否高于20%,若是则关闭工作模块中的空调照明单元,若否则系统进入低能维持状态;
S4检测储能系统电量,若电量为100%,则采用光伏系统与风能系统进行供电,此时储能系统不工作;若否,则光伏与风力发电多余能量将供给储能系统使其充电;
S5采用光伏系统、风能系统与储能系统一起供电,其中储能系统起功率补充作用;
本发明通过调控供电模块的不同单元的运行与否来减少能源损耗,且通过用储能系统的电力补充来保证系统的电力稳定。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述S3中的低能维持状态指关闭工作模块的空调照明单元与能源管理模块的5G网关网络传输,只打开工作模块的通信负载单元,以最大限度的降低工作所需功率。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述S4中有时间监测步骤,若时间为白天则光伏系统和风能系统都会打开,若时间为晚上则关闭光伏系统只打开风能系统,用于减少能源损耗。
因此,本发明具有以下有益效果:
采用了多种供能方式,保证设备运行电能供应稳定。
在外界条件变化时采用不同的供能方式,节省多余能源损耗。
使用5G网关通讯连接核心部件,可以远程监察与控制供电储能系统。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
请参阅图1,图中供能储能系统采用48V直流供电,包括开关电源,开关电源通过5G网关通讯连接有能源管理模块,开关电源与工作模块电连接;供电模块,供电模块包括储能系统、光伏系统与风能系统,光伏系统与风能系统和开关电源电连接,储能系统与开关电源通讯连接;工作模块,工作模块包括空调照明单元和通信负载单元,通信负载单元还与储能系统电连接。本发明将开关电源、供电模块和工作模块相互连接,使整个系统更加集成化;采用风能和光伏两种系统,保证了能源的供给充足采用5G网关连接控制核心部件,使得整个系统可以远程监控与操作。
储能系统由若干个51.2V的磷酸铁锂电池插箱组成。单个51.2V磷酸铁锂电池插箱由16N倍数的3.2V磷酸铁锂电池串并联组成,其具备≥10000万次的循环寿命,支持10年以上的使用寿命。储能系统的装机容量可以满足单个通信基站总负载功率12h以上的运行时间,以防止某日天气出现光照不足或风能不足的情况供电模块包括储能系统、光伏系统与风能系统,其中光伏系统与风能系统和开关电源电力导通,储能系统与开关电源网络连接。供电储能系统可远程监控与操作通过5G网关连接的能源管理模块,使得管理人员可以更加方便地监控控制供电储能系统。光伏系统包括若干个光伏板,其发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,光伏系统发电电压为48V,光照充足时可以满足基站的日常运行,使得光伏系统运转时能满足工作模块的需求。风能系统包括若干风机,其发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,风能系统发电为12~24V交流电,风能充足的情况下,使得风能系统运转时能满足工作模块的需求。开关电源设有交直流电流转换模块用于将风能系统产生的交流电转为48V直流电,令风能系统产生的交流电转为直流电供工作模块使用。5G通讯网关向上与能源管理调度平台进行通讯,接收能源管理调度平台的调度指令,又能上传储能系统监控、采集的数据信息。
请参阅图2,一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统的控制方法,采用上述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,供电模块正常工作时包括以下步骤:S1检测储能系统电量,当电量高于50%时跳转至S2,当电量低于50%时跳转至S3;
S2检测风能系统与光伏系统发电功率总和是否高于工作模块所需功率,若是跳转至S4,若否跳转至S5;
S3检测电量是否高于20%,若是则关闭工作模块中的空调照明单元,若否则系统进入低能维持状态;
S4检测储能系统电量,若电量为100%,则采用光伏系统与风能系统进行供电,此时储能系统不工作;若否,则光伏与风力发电多余能量将供给储能系统使其充电;
S5采用光伏系统、风能系统与储能系统一起供电,其中储能系统起功率补充作用;通过管理供电模块的不同单元来最大化的利用能源,且保证的电力稳定。
S3中的低能维持状态指关闭工作模块的空调照明单元与能源管理模块的5G网关网络传输,只打开工作模块的通信负载单元,以最大限度的降低工作所需功率。S4中有时间监测步骤,若时间为白天则光伏系统和风能系统都会打开,若时间为晚上则关闭光伏系统只打开风能系统,用于减少能源损耗。

开关电源,所述开关电源通过5G网关通讯连接有能源管理模块,所述开关电源与工作模块电连接;
供电模块,所述供电模块包括储能系统、光伏系统与风能系统,所述光伏系统与风能系统和开关电源电连接,所述储能系统与开关电源通讯连接;
工作模块,所述工作模块包括空调照明单元和通信负载单元,所述通信负载单元还与储能系统电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,其特征是,所述光伏系统包括若干个光伏板,所述光伏系统发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,所述光伏系统发电电压为48V。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,其特征是,所述风能系统包括若干风机,所述风能系统发电功率总量为基站总负载功率的1.2~1.4倍,所述风能系统发电为12~24V交流电。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,其特征是,所述开关电源设有交直流电流转换模块用于将风能系统产生的交流电转为48V直流电。
5.一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统的控制方法,采用权利要求1所述的一种孤岛型5G基站的供电储能系统,其特征是,所述供电模块正常工作时包括以下步骤:
S1检测储能系统电量,当电量高于50%时跳转至S2,当电量低于50%时跳转至S3;
S2检测风能系统与光伏系统发电功率总和是否高于工作模块所需功率,若是跳转至S4,若否跳转至S5;
S3检测电量是否高于20%,若是则关闭工作模块中的空调照明单元,若否则系统进入低能维持状态;
S4检测储能系统电量,若电量为100%,则采用光伏系统与风能系统进行供电,此时储能系统不工作;若否,则光伏与风力发电多余能量将供给储能系统使其充电;
