Abstract
The invention discloses a digital RMB double-off-line receiving and paying system and a digital RMB double-off-line receiving and paying method. The invention solves the payment problem of both paying parties in an off-line state by arranging the key analysis module, the data processing module and the encryption processing module, analyzing and processing balance information of the upper computer by reading and analyzing the key, and simultaneously sending the encryption information to the upper computer, and the payment party terminal takes the biological identification information of the paying party as a part of transaction data, thereby avoiding the problem that both receiving and paying parties can not realize safe off-line payment to the terminal under the condition of poor network condition or no network environment.

In the existing digital RMB acceptance system, the online acceptance of a soft wallet is taken as a main part, and the double offline can be realized when both the receiving and paying parties have digital RMB hard wallets. At present, the acceptance equipment does not have a digital RMB hard wallet, and the digital RMB double-off-line collection and payment can be completed by means of external apparatuses such as a mobile phone SIM card, a hard wallet loaded with digital RMB on an SAM card and the like. Therefore, we improve this and propose a digital renminbi double off-line receiving and paying system and method.

The safety chip can control the connected peripheral equipment through the interface, receive information sent by the upper computer and return a processing result to the upper computer.
