Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to an aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided an inspection method for illegal power utilization, including:
step S100: acquiring total electricity consumption W1 of a target user in a first preset time period; the first preset time interval comprises t basic time intervals, and W1 is the sum of the electricity consumption of the t basic time intervals;
specifically, the total power consumption can be obtained through the power consumption data in the electric meter used by the target user. The basic time period in the present invention can be determined according to specific situations, specifically, one basic time period per minute or one basic time period per hour, and needs to be determined according to the length of the first preset time period. If the first predetermined period is 1 hour, then each minute may be a base period.
Step S200: acquiring a basic power consumption set A = { a1, a2, …, am, …, an } of a target user in a first preset time period, wherein am is power consumption corresponding to an mth first basic time period in the first preset time period; the first basic time interval is a basic time interval when the time interval temperature mean value is smaller than a first air temperature threshold value; m =1,2, …, n, n being the total number of first base periods in a;
specifically, in the actual using process, the time interval air temperature mean value corresponding to the base time interval is determined according to the real-time air temperature information of the region where the target user is located, and generally, the air temperatures corresponding to a plurality of moments are randomly obtained in each base time interval, and then the air temperature mean values at the moments are calculated and determined as the time interval air temperature mean value corresponding to the base time interval. If the basic time interval is one minute, the air temperature values corresponding to the 5 th, 10 th, 12 th, 32 th and 56 th seconds in the one minute can be selected, and then the average value of the 5 air temperature values is determined as the air temperature average value of the time interval corresponding to the basic time interval. The first air temperature threshold may be 27 ℃.
Step S300: acquiring a high-temperature set B = { B1, B2 … bc … bv } of a target user in a first preset time period, wherein bc is a temperature value corresponding to a c-th second basic time period in the first preset time period; the second basic time interval is a basic time interval when the time interval temperature mean value is larger than a second temperature threshold value; c =1,2, …, v, v being the total number of second base periods in B;
specifically, a plurality of time interval temperature mean values greater than the second temperature threshold value are selected from the time interval temperature mean values corresponding to all the basic time intervals, and then B is formed. The second air temperature threshold may be 30 ℃.
Step S400: according to W1, A and B, determining an inspection threshold K of the target user, wherein K meets the following conditions:
Figure 969662DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
step S500: and when K is greater than a first judgment threshold value, generating the inspection information.
The first judgment threshold value can be set according to the actual situation. And when the K is greater than the first judgment threshold, generating inspection information, and reminding corresponding inspectors to perform key inspection on the target users through the inspection information.
In the embodiment, the electricity consumption of the household of the conventional residential user in summer is mainly related to high-power electric appliances, in particular to refrigeration electric appliances such as a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a water heater and the like. In the invention, the value of K is determined according to the power consumption of the target user in the first preset time period and the high temperature condition of the air temperature in the first preset time period, and when the K deviates from the normal value too much, namely the K is greater than the first judgment threshold value, corresponding inspection information can be generated. Therefore, the corresponding inspectors can be reminded to perform key inspection on the target users through the inspection information. The invention can effectively monitor the illegal electricity utilization behavior of the user and can improve the efficiency and the accuracy of checking the illegal electricity utilization behavior.
As a possible embodiment of the present invention, after determining the auditing threshold K of the target user according to W1, a and B, the method further comprises:
step S510: respectively acquiring the total electricity consumption W12, W22, … and Ws2 of each comparison user in a first preset time period; wherein Ws2 is the total power consumption of the s-th comparison user in the first preset time period; s is the total number of comparison users;
specifically, the comparison user is a user which belongs to the same electricity user type as the target user and is in the same preset detection area; the electricity consumers are classified into residential electricity consumers and commercial electricity consumers, and the preset detection area may be an area determined by centering on the target user and having a radius of 3km, and may be a same cell. The comparison user and the target user can be both civil electricity users, and therefore the electricity utilization behaviors of the comparison user and the target user can be guaranteed to have higher consistency through the electricity utilization user types and the limitation of the preset detection area.
Step S520: respectively obtaining basic electricity consumption sets A1, A2, …, As and As = { As1, As2 … asp … asy } of each comparison user in a first preset time period, wherein As is the basic electricity consumption set of the s-th comparison user in the first preset time period; asp is the electricity consumption corresponding to the p-th first basic period in As; the first basic time interval is a basic time interval when the time interval temperature mean value is smaller than a first air temperature threshold value; p =1,2, …, y, y is the total number of first basal periods in As;
step S530: determining the auditing threshold values K1, K2, … and Ks of each comparison user in a first preset time period according to the total power consumption and the basic power consumption set of each comparison user in the first preset time period and B, wherein Ks is the auditing threshold value of the s-th comparison user in the first preset time period, and Ks meets the following conditions:
Figure 439826DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
step S540: according to K1, K2, … and Ks, determining to acquire the inspection threshold sets corresponding to the plurality of comparison users in the first preset time period.
Further, step S550: and determining the average value of K1, K2, … and Ks as a first judgment threshold value.
Generally, since there may be a difference in air temperature in different areas and the habits of electricity consumption of users using domestic electricity and commercial electricity are different, when the average value of K1, K2, … and Ks is determined as the first determination threshold, the corresponding variable needs to be controlled, so that the finally obtained first determination threshold is closer to the K value of the target user during normal electricity consumption, and the first determination threshold is more specific and referential. In the implementation, the users which belong to the same power utilization user type and are in the same preset detection area with the target user are used as comparison users, so that the fact that the determined first judgment threshold value is closer to the real normal value of the target user can be guaranteed, and judgment precision can be improved.
As a possible embodiment of the present invention, after determining the auditing threshold K of the target user according to W1, a and B, the method further comprises:
step S600: acquiring an inspection threshold set C = { C1, C2 … cf … cj } corresponding to a plurality of comparison users in a first preset time period, wherein cf is an inspection threshold of an f-th comparison user in the first preset time period; f =1,2, …, j, j is the total number of audit thresholds in C; comparing the users which belong to the same electricity user type with the target user and are in the same preset detection area;
specifically, the electricity consumers are classified into residential electricity consumers and commercial electricity consumers, and the preset detection area may be an area determined by centering on the target user and having a radius of 3km, and may be a same cell. The comparison user and the target user can be both civil electricity users, and therefore the electricity utilization behaviors of the comparison user and the target user can be guaranteed to have higher consistency through the electricity utilization user types and the limitation of the preset detection area.
Step S700: acquiring a maximum inspection threshold value cmax in the C;
step S800: and determining a first expansion judgment threshold value Dmax according to the C and the cmax, wherein the Dmax meets the following conditions:
Dmax=cmax+Avg(C)×[2Avg(C)-cmax]/cmax;
wherein, the Avg () is a preset mean processing function; preferably, avg (c) satisfies the following condition:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE005AA
step S900: when K is larger than Dmax, audit information is generated.
And, in step S600: after the inspection threshold sets corresponding to a plurality of comparison users in a first preset time period are obtained, the method further comprises the following steps:
step S601: acquiring a minimum inspection threshold cmin in C;
step S602: and determining a second expansion judgment threshold Dmin according to C and cmin, wherein Dmin meets the following conditions:
Dmin=cmin-Avg(C)×[2cmin-Avg(C)]/cmin;
wherein, the Avg () is a preset mean processing function;
step S603: when K is less than Dmin, audit information is generated.
Specifically, since the acquired data in C is generally stable and normal, and C is determined by a small number of comparison users within a first preset time period, the data amount in C is small, so that C cannot completely coincide with the real data, and the range defined by cmax and cmin determined by C is generally smaller than the range defined by the maximum value and the minimum value of the real data. Therefore, if the abnormality determination is performed directly within the range defined by cmax and cmin, a large amount of normal data is erroneously determined as abnormal data. This results in a decrease in the precision of the inspection judgment, and in the present embodiment, the range of the judgment needs to be adjusted through the steps S602 and S800, so as to improve the precision of the abnormality detection.
As one possible embodiment of the present invention, in step S100: before obtaining the total power consumption of the target user in the first preset time period, the method further comprises the following steps:
step S110: acquiring a plurality of history periods; a plurality of history base periods included in each history cycle; the history cycle is earlier in time than a first preset time period;
step S120: acquiring power utilization information corresponding to each historical period; the electricity utilization information is electricity consumption corresponding to a plurality of basic time intervals included in each historical period;
step S130: acquiring a target time interval corresponding to each history cycle, wherein the target time interval is a union set of a plurality of basic time intervals in each history cycle, and the power consumption corresponding to each basic time interval is greater than a first power utilization threshold;
when the base period is 1 hour, the first electrical threshold may be 3 watts.
Step S140: and determining a first preset time period according to all the target time periods, wherein the first preset time period is a union set of all the target time periods.
Usually, when the peak of the electricity consumption is that is, the user needs to use electricity in a large scale, that is, when the high-power refrigeration electric appliance works in high frequency. The K value difference between the user who uses illegal electricity and the user who uses legal electricity at this time is large. In this embodiment, the union of the high periods of the power consumption in the history cycle is determined as the first preset period, and the union of the periods corresponding to the peak of the power consumption can be used as the first preset period, so that it can be ensured that the user who uses electricity illegally in the first preset period defined in this embodiment is detected more easily.
As a possible embodiment of the present invention, when the target user is a consumer of domestic electricity;
step S100: the step of obtaining the total power consumption of the target user in the first preset time period comprises the following steps:
step S101: determining 20: 00 to 04:00 is a first preset time period;
step S102: and acquiring the total power consumption of the target user in the first preset time period.
In this embodiment, 20: 00 to 04:00 is a first preset time period, and since the selected time period is a time period during which the user normally has a rest, and the user has a high requirement on the ambient temperature for sleeping in the time period, when the external ambient temperature is high, the high-power refrigeration equipment needs to be started for refrigeration, so that the difference between the K value of the user who illegally uses electricity and the K value of the user who legally uses electricity in the first preset time period in the embodiment is large, and further, the user who illegally uses electricity in the first preset time period defined in the embodiment can be ensured to be more easily detected.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set or an instruction set is stored in the storage medium, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set or the instruction set is loaded and executed by a processor to realize the checking method for illegal power utilization.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or an instruction set, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the above checking method for illegal power utilization.
The method for checking the illegal power utilization in the electronic device and the storage medium can be understood by referring to the above embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of illustration, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above illustration is only for the purpose of illustration and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
