Claims (10)

1. A dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of a lamp bead and a fan comprises a shell (1), wherein a first accommodating groove (11) is formed in the shell (1), and the dustproof linear light source is characterized by further comprising an LED circuit board (2) arranged in the first accommodating groove (11), a cooling fan (3), a monitoring function control circuit board (4) which is arranged on the outer wall of the shell (1) and is connected with the LED circuit board (2) and the cooling fan (3), and an optical diaphragm (5) which is arranged at an opening of the first accommodating groove (11) and is positioned in the light-emitting direction of the LED circuit board (2);
be provided with second holding tank (12) on shell (1), the opening orientation of first holding tank (11) and second holding tank (12) is opposite to form "H" type, radiator fan (3) are installed in second holding tank (12), monitor function control circuit board (4) include with LED circuit board (2) signal connection's time module detect the module to and with radiator fan (3) signal connection's level signal detection module.
2. The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the monitoring function control circuit board (4) further comprises a temperature detection module electrically connected with the LED circuit board (2).

The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp beads and the fan according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the number of the monitoring function control circuit boards (4) is adapted to the number of the heat dissipation fans (3) and the number of the LED circuit boards (2), and each heat dissipation fan (3)/each LED circuit board (2) is matched with one monitoring function control circuit board (4).
4. The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of protrusions (121) for heat dissipation are arranged in the second accommodating groove (12).

The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein a third accommodating groove (13) is arranged on the outer wall of the housing (1), and the monitoring function control circuit board (4) is arranged in the third accommodating groove (13).

The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a side plate (14) installed on the outer wall of the housing (1) and used for sealing the third accommodating groove (13), and a silica gel strip (9) installed between the housing (1) and the side plate (14).
7. The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a light-gathering rod (6) installed in the first accommodating groove (11) and located in the light-emitting direction of the LED circuit board (2).

The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp bead and the fan according to claim 1, further comprising a transparent plate (8) and a cover plate (16) provided with a light outlet, wherein a bearing part (111) is arranged on the inner wall of the opening of the first accommodating groove (11), the optical diaphragm (5) is arranged on the bearing part (111), the transparent plate (8) is arranged at the top of the optical diaphragm (5), and the cover plate (16) is arranged at the opening of the first accommodating groove (11) and fixes the transparent plate (8) and the optical diaphragm (5) on the bearing part (111).

The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of a lamp bead and a fan according to claim 1, further comprising end plates (15) arranged at two ends of the shell (1), wherein a high temperature resistant silica gel pad (7) is arranged between the shell (1) and the end plates (15).
10. The dustproof linear light source capable of monitoring the service life of the lamp beads and the fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation fan (3) is a waterproof fan of IP44 grade.
