The primary sealing assemblies 5 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner middle part of the valve body pipeline 1;
one-level seal assembly 5 includes arc blend stop 51, flexible end 53, arc seal strip 54 and arc seal groove 55, the position that 1 inner wall of valve body pipeline is located flashboard 31 left end front side and right-hand member rear side is fixed with arc blend stop 51 respectively, arc blend stop 51 is provided with arc seal strip 54 near one side arc wall of flashboard 31, arc seal groove 55 has been seted up respectively to the left end front side and the right-hand member rear side of flashboard 31, the upper and lower both ends of arc blend stop 51 are provided with flexible end 53 respectively.
An arc fillet 52 is arranged at the connecting edge of one side of the arc barrier strip 51, which is far away from the flashboard 31, and the inner wall of the valve body pipeline 1, the arc fillet 52 can enhance the connecting strength of the arc barrier strip 51 and the valve body pipeline 1, and meanwhile, the connecting part of one side of the arc barrier strip 51, which is far away from the flashboard 31, and the valve body pipeline 1 is smoother, so that the stable flow of water is facilitated;

The arc-shaped sealing strip 54 is made of rubber.
The secondary sealing executing assembly 7 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the flashboard 31;
the secondary sealing control components 6 are arranged inside the left side and the right side of the flashboard 31, and the secondary sealing execution components 7 are connected with the secondary sealing control components 6;
the second-stage sealing executing assembly 7 comprises a fan-shaped groove 71, an arc-shaped sealing rod 72, an arc-shaped sealing gasket 73, a connecting column 74 and a mounting block 75, the fan-shaped groove 71 is formed in each of two sides of the gate plate 31, the arc-shaped sealing rod 72 is connected in the fan-shaped groove 71 in a transverse sliding mode, the outer side of the arc-shaped sealing rod 72 is connected with the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 through the connecting column 74, the mounting block 75 is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the arc-shaped sealing rod 72, and the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 is made of rubber pads.
The second-stage sealing control assembly 6 can push the two mounting blocks 75 away from the center of the gate plate 31, so that the two arc-shaped sealing rods 72 move in the direction away from the center of the gate plate 31, the connecting column 74 is used for fixing the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 on the outer arc surface of the arc-shaped sealing rod 72, the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 extends out of the fan-shaped groove 71, the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 supports against the inner wall of the valve body pipeline 1, a gap between the outer arc surface of the gate plate 31 and the inner wall of the valve body pipeline 1 is blocked, and the sealing degree of the gate plate 31 after closing is kept.
The secondary sealing control component 6 comprises an arc-shaped block 61, sliding grooves 62, sliding blocks 63, limiting rings 64, inclined planes 65, a control block 66, wedge-shaped grooves 67, an expansion link 68 and an extension spring 69, wherein the side surfaces of the two mounting blocks 75 are respectively connected with the control block 66, the side surface of the control block 66 is connected with the middle part of the inner side of the fan-shaped groove 71 through the transverse expansion link 68, the extension spring 69 is sleeved on the expansion link 68, one end of the extension spring 69 is connected with the control block 66, the other end of the extension spring is connected with the middle part of the inner side of the fan-shaped groove 71, the side surface of the control block 66 is provided with the wedge-shaped groove 67, the sliding grooves 62 are respectively arranged on the front side of the left end and the rear side of the right end of the flashboard 31, the sliding blocks 63 are connected in the sliding grooves 62 in a sliding manner, the side surface of one end of the sliding block 63, which is positioned in the fan-shaped groove 71, is fixedly sleeved with the limiting rings 64, the inclined planes 65 are arranged on the end part of the sliding blocks 63, and are in friction contact with the wedge-shaped surfaces of the wedge-shaped grooves 67, the middle part of the inner side of the arc-shaped barrier strip 51 is fixed with an arc-shaped block 61 corresponding to the sliding block 63.
When the gate 31 is closed, the gate 31 is close to the arc-shaped block 61, the arc-shaped block 61 presses the sliding block 63 into the sliding groove 62, the inclined surface 65 of the sliding block 63 slides through friction with the wedge-shaped groove 67, the control block 66 is extruded to move in a direction away from the center of the gate 31, the telescopic rod 68 extends at the moment, the stretching spring 69 is stretched, when the gate 31 is opened, the gate 31 is away from the arc-shaped block 61, the stretching spring 69 rebounds and shortens, the telescopic rod 68 is pulled to shorten, the control block 66 moves in a direction towards the center of the gate 31, the sliding block 63 extends out of the sliding groove 62 again until the limiting ring 64 limits to stop the sliding block 63, at the moment, the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 retracts into the fan-shaped groove 71 again, the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 does not rub with the valve body pipeline 1, and the continuous opening of the gate 31 is not interfered.
And a butterfly valve stability control unit 8 installed inside the protection installation component 4, wherein the butterfly valve stability control unit 8 is connected with the top end of the switch shaft 33.
The butterfly valve stability control unit 8 comprises a rotating shaft 81, a key block 82, a rotating disc 83, a first movable shaft 84, a movable rod 85, a second movable shaft 86, a movable block 87, a threaded rod 88, a middle shaft 89 and a rotating component, wherein the top of the switch shaft 33 is connected with the rotating shaft 81, the rotating shaft 81 is connected with the rotating disc 83 through the key block 82, two ends of the middle shaft 89 are respectively connected with one end of the threaded rod 88, the thread directions of the two threaded rods 88 are opposite, the other ends of the two threaded rods 88 are respectively connected with the middle parts of the corresponding side bearings 45, the two threaded rods 88 are respectively in threaded connection with movable blocks 87, two movable shafts 84 which are symmetrical about the center of the rotating disc 83 are arranged on the upper side of the rotating disc 83, the two movable shafts 84 are movably connected with one ends of the two movable rods 85, the other ends of the two movable rods 85 are movably connected with the bottoms of the two movable blocks 87 through the two movable shafts 86, and the end part of one of the threaded rods 88 is connected with a rotating assembly.
The middle shaft 89 and the threaded rod 88 are rotated by the rotating assembly, because the thread directions of the two threaded rods 88 are opposite, and the movable block 87 is limited by the movable rod 85 and the movable shaft II 86 and can not rotate relative to the threaded rod 88, the two movable blocks 87 move towards or away from each other, when the movable blocks 87 approach each other, the two movable rods 85 push the rotating disc 83 to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating shaft 81, the key block 82 and the switch shaft 33 rotate anticlockwise, the gate plate 31 is closed until the front side of the left end of the gate plate 31 approaches the arc-shaped barrier strip 51 on the left side, the rear side of the right end of the gate plate 31 approaches the arc-shaped barrier strip 51 on the right side, the movable block 87 is positioned at one end of the threaded rod 88 close to the middle shaft 89, when the gate plate 31 is opened, the movable block 87 is positioned at one end of the threaded rod 88 away from the middle shaft 89, the movable range of the gate plate 31 is ninety degrees, and because of the self-locking capacity of the threaded connection of the threaded rod 88 and the movable blocks 87, when the gate 31 rotates to any angle, the rotating component is not controlled any more, the gate 31 can be in a stable state, the rotation caused by the impact of the medium can not be caused, and a special mechanism is not needed for limiting the rotation of the rotating component.
The rotating component comprises an extension shaft 810, a hand wheel 811 and arc-shaped bulges 812, wherein the end part of one threaded rod 88 extends to the outer side of the protective mounting box 41 and is connected with one end of the extension shaft 810, the other end of the extension shaft 810 is connected with the middle part of the hand wheel 811, the arc-shaped bulges 812 are arranged in an annular array on the outer peripheral side of the hand wheel 811, the friction force is increased through the arc-shaped bulges 812, the hand wheel 811 is convenient to rotate, the threaded rod 88 can be driven to rotate through the transmission of the extension shaft 810, and the manual control of the industrial butterfly valve is realized;
the protection installation component 4 is used for installing a protection butterfly valve stable control unit 8, the butterfly valve stable control unit 8 can stably drive the switch shaft 33 to rotate, the switch shaft 33 can realize self-locking through the butterfly valve stable control unit 8 when rotating to any angle, a special limiting mechanism is not needed to limit the rotation of the switch shaft 33, the condition that the flashboard 31 is suddenly opened due to the impact of pressure media is avoided, the flow of the media in the valve body pipeline 1 can be stably controlled, the sealing ring III 34 can avoid the media from seeping out from a gap between the switch shaft 33 and a middle vertical installation hole of the installation seat 35, when the switch shaft 33 drives the flashboard 31 to rotate to a state parallel to the cross section of the valve body pipeline 1, the butterfly valve is closed, the contact area between the upper end and the lower end in the valve body pipeline 1 and the contact area between the upper end and the lower end of the flashboard 31 can be increased by the matching of the frustum bulge 32 and the frustum-shaped groove, and the sealing effect at the position is improved, the first-stage sealing assembly 5 can seal the gaps between the left side edge and the right side edge of the gate plate 31 and the valve body pipeline 1, the second-stage sealing control assembly 6 can drive the second-stage sealing execution assembly 7 to seal the gap between the outer arc surface of the gate plate 31 and the inner wall of the valve body pipeline 1 when the gate plate 31 is closed, the industrial butterfly valve can be tightly closed, and high-pressure medium leakage is avoided.
In a second embodiment, referring to fig. 4, an industrial butterfly valve is substantially the same as the first embodiment in structure, except that:
the automatic stop valve further comprises a valve control safety unit 9, the valve control safety unit 9 is arranged on the upper side of the rotating disc 83, although the valve plate 31 can be controlled by the butterfly valve stability control unit 8 to stop at any angle, the valve control safety unit 9 can be adopted to improve the safety of the valve, and misoperation of the rotating assembly is avoided.
The valve control safety unit 9 comprises a first end face gear ring 91, a second end face gear ring 92, a notch 93, a prism 94 and a lifting control assembly, the first end face gear ring 91 is fixed on the upper side of the rotating disc 83, the middle part of the box cover 44 is connected with the prism 94 through the lifting control assembly, the bottom end of the prism 94 is connected with a connecting disc 96, the bottom of the connecting disc 96 is provided with the second end face gear ring 92 corresponding to the first end face gear ring 91, and the bottom of the second end face gear ring 92 is provided with the notch 93 corresponding to the middle shaft 89. The lifting control assembly controls the prism 94 to slide downwards, so that the end face gear ring II 92 at the bottom of the connecting disc 96 is clamped with the end face gear ring I91 to limit the rotation of the rotating disc 83, the rotating disc 83 cannot be twisted when the rotating assembly is rotated by mistake, a safety effect can be achieved, and the notch 93 prevents the end face gear ring II 92 from interfering with the middle shaft 89 when moving downwards.
In a third embodiment, please refer to fig. 2-4, an industrial butterfly valve is further described in the second embodiment;
the lifting control component comprises a compression spring 95, a limit sleeve 97, a safety control sleeve 98, an arc-shaped groove 99, a rotating column 910, a rotating sleeve 911, a curved rod 912 and a limit block 913, the limit sleeve 97 is embedded in the middle of the box cover 44, the limit sleeve 97 is vertically connected with the prism 94 in a sliding manner to promote the prism 94 to slide up and down stably, the column section of the prism 94 between the connecting disc 96 and the box cover 44 is sleeved with the compression spring 95, the box cover is used for enabling the prism 94 to move downwards in a natural state, enabling the end face toothed ring II 92 to be clamped with the end face toothed ring I91, fixedly connecting a safety control sleeve 98 to the top of the box cover 44, which is positioned around the prism 94, an arc-shaped groove 99 is formed in the upper side of the safety control sleeve 98, enabling the top of the prism 94 to be rotatably connected with a rotating sleeve 911 through a rotating column 910, enabling one side of the rotating sleeve 911 to be connected with a limiting block 913 through a bent rod 912, and enabling the position, close to the end part of the arc-shaped groove 99, of the upper side of the safety control sleeve 98 to be provided with a limiting groove;
when the insurance is needed to be acted, the bent rod 912 is rotated to enable the limiting block 913 to be in contact with the inner side face of the bottom of the arc-shaped groove 99, the compression spring 95 rebounds and extends to push the end face toothed ring II 92 to be clamped with the end face toothed ring I91, the flashboard cannot move any more to play the insurance role, when the insurance needs to be relieved, the bent rod 912 is rotated to enable the limiting block 913 to slide along the arc-shaped groove 99 until the limiting block 913 is clamped into the limiting groove in the insurance control sleeve 98, the prism 94 moves upwards at the moment, the compression spring 95 is compressed, the end face toothed ring II 92 is separated from the clamping state with the end face toothed ring I91, and the insurance is relieved.
In a fourth embodiment, referring to fig. 1, an industrial butterfly valve is substantially the same as the third embodiment, except that:
still include external subassembly 2, the both ends of valve body pipeline 1 are provided with external subassembly 2 respectively, and external subassembly 2 is used for connecting the medium pipeline of treating control. The valve body pipeline 1 of the industrial butterfly valve is well installed.
External subassembly 2 includes adapter sleeve 21, sealing ring 22, flange 23, sealing ring two 24, valve body pipeline 1's both ends integrated into one piece respectively are connected with adapter sleeve 21, the sealing ring 22 of rubber material has been cup jointed in two annular grooves of adapter sleeve 21's periphery side respectively, can accept through adapter sleeve 21 when being connected with outside pipeline, accept the department through sealing ring 22 is sealed, valve body pipeline 1's both ends periphery side integrated into one piece respectively is provided with flange 23, one side that valve body pipeline 1 was kept away from to flange 23 is provided with sealing ring two 24, flange 23 and outside flange junction can be sealed with flange two 24, can improve the leakproofness with outside pipeline junction.
Referring to fig. 1-9, a method for using an industrial butterfly valve includes the following steps:
step one, two ends of a valve body pipeline 1 are connected to an external pipeline through an external component 2, a rotating component is twisted along a pointer until two movable rods 85 are parallel to a middle shaft 89, at the moment, a flashboard 31 is vertical to the cross section of the valve body pipeline 1, and the valve body pipeline 1 is conducted;
step two, when the industrial butterfly valve needs to be closed, the rotating component is twisted anticlockwise to drive the two middle shafts 89 and the threaded rod 88 to rotate, due to the action of the threads and the action of limiting the movable block 87 to rotate by the movable rod 85, the movable block 87 moves close to the middle shafts 89 along the threaded rod 88, and the flashboard 31 slowly and stably rotates anticlockwise until the middle part of the inner side of the valve body pipeline 1 is completely blocked;
step three, when the industrial butterfly valve is closed, the arc-shaped sealing groove 55 on the flashboard 31 and the arc-shaped sealing strip 54 on the arc-shaped barrier strip 51 are matched to block the gap between the two sides of the flashboard 31 and the valve body pipeline 1;
step four, the outer end of the sliding block 63 is pressed into the sliding groove 62 by the arc-shaped block 61, and the arc-shaped sealing gasket 73 on the outer side of the arc-shaped sealing rod 72 is pushed to extend out of the fan-shaped groove 71 by overcoming the pulling force of the extension spring 69 through the friction sliding of the wedge-shaped surface of the inclined surface 65 and the wedge-shaped groove 67, so that gaps between two sides of the periphery of the flashboard 31 and the valve body pipeline 1 are blocked;
and step five, controlling the prism 94 to move downwards by using the lifting control assembly, so that the teeth on the lower side of the end face gear ring II 92 are clamped with the teeth on the upper side of the end face gear ring I91, limiting the rotation of the rotating disc 83, and finishing the safety operation after the industrial butterfly valve is closed.

the secondary sealing control assemblies (6) are arranged inside the left side and the right side of the flashboard (31), and the secondary sealing execution assembly (7) is connected with the secondary sealing control assemblies (6);
the butterfly valve stable control unit (8) is installed inside the protection installation component (4), and the butterfly valve stable control unit (8) is connected with the top end of the switch shaft (33).

The industrial butterfly valve according to claim 1, wherein the protection mounting assembly (4) comprises a protection mounting box (41), the top of the mounting seat (35) is fixed with a transverse protection mounting box (41), four corners of an opening at the top side of the protection mounting box (41) are fixedly connected with a box cover (44) through bolts (43), the switch shaft (33) is rotatably connected with the center of the bottom of the protection mounting box (41) through a sealing bearing (42), and side bearings (45) are respectively embedded at the left side and the right side in the protection mounting box (41).

7. An industrial butterfly valve according to claim 6, characterised in that it further comprises a valve control safety unit (9), the valve control safety unit (9) being mounted on the upper side of said rotary disk (83).

The industrial butterfly valve according to claim 7, wherein the valve control safety unit (9) comprises a prism (94) and a lifting control assembly, a first end face gear ring (91) is fixed on the upper side of the rotating disc (83), the prism (94) is connected to the middle part of the box cover (44) through the lifting control assembly, a connecting disc (96) is connected to the bottom end of the prism (94), a second end face gear ring (92) corresponding to the first end face gear ring (91) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting disc (96), and a notch (93) corresponding to the middle shaft (89) is arranged at the bottom of the second end face gear ring (92).
9. An industrial butterfly valve according to claim 1, further comprising an external component (2), wherein the external components (2) are respectively arranged at two ends of the valve body pipeline (1).
10. The method of using an industrial butterfly valve according to claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step one, connecting two ends of a valve body pipeline (1) with an external pipeline through an external component (2), twisting a rotating component along a pointer until two movable rods (85) are parallel to a middle shaft (89), and at the moment, enabling a flashboard (31) to be vertical to the cross section of the valve body pipeline (1) and enabling the valve body pipeline (1) to be conducted;
step two, when the industrial butterfly valve needs to be closed, the rotating component is twisted anticlockwise to drive the two middle shafts (89) and the threaded rod (88) to rotate, due to the action of the threads and the action of limiting the movable block (87) to rotate by the movable rod (85), the movable block (87) moves along the threaded rod (88) to be close to the middle shafts (89), and the flashboard (31) slowly and stably rotates until the middle part of the inner side of the valve body pipeline (1) is completely blocked;
step three, when the industrial butterfly valve is closed, an arc-shaped sealing groove (55) on the gate plate (31) and an arc-shaped sealing strip (54) on the arc-shaped barrier strip (51) are matched to block a gap between two sides of the gate plate (31) and the valve body pipeline (1);
step four, the outer end of the sliding block (63) is pressed into the sliding groove (62) by the arc-shaped block (61), and the arc-shaped sealing gasket (73) on the outer side of the arc-shaped sealing rod (72) is pushed to overcome the pulling force of the extension spring (69) to extend out of the fan-shaped groove (71) through the friction sliding of the inclined surface (65) and the wedge-shaped surface of the wedge-shaped groove (67), so that the gaps between the two sides of the periphery of the flashboard (31) and the valve body pipeline (1) are blocked;
and step five, controlling the prism (94) to move downwards by using the lifting control assembly, clamping the teeth on the lower side of the end face toothed ring II (92) with the teeth on the upper side of the end face toothed ring I (91), limiting the rotation of the rotating disc (83), and finishing the safety operation after the industrial butterfly valve is closed.
