Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber production, in particular to a plant latex-protecting composition for natural rubber latex and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The early preservation of the fresh latex before flowing out of the rubber tree to the factory is an important technical link of rubber tapping production, the natural rubber latex is a natural high molecular compound taking cis-1, 4-polyisoprene as a main component, 91-94% of the natural rubber latex is rubber hydrocarbon, and the rest is nutrient substances such as protein, fatty acid, ash, carbohydrate, lipid and the like and non-rubber substances. The field latex breaks within hours after tapping due to the action of the activity of bacteria and enzymes. If milk preservation and anticoagulation are not carried out in time, the rubber milk can quickly go bad, become rotten and go bad, separate water and rubber, naturally solidify and the like, and finally the rubber milk goes bad and loses the mechanical and physical properties of rubber.
In the prior art, a common measure for preventing the natural rubber latex from putrefaction, deterioration and demulsification is to add ammonia into the rubber latex, and the adding amount of the ammonia is determined according to the time for which the latex needs to be kept in a liquid state. However, the use of ammonia as an additive has many problems, such as: the ammonia water is toxic and harmful, pollutes the environment, has volatility, irritation and corrosiveness, is inconvenient to transport, increases the production cost, can influence the demulsification of latex and the drying of rubber, and reduces the quality of final products.
In addition, formic acid is generally used for demulsification after ammonia addition, and the demulsification with formic acid is easy to cause rubber oxidation for a long time and also damage the rubber quality.
Meanwhile, in the production process of the rubber, wastewater containing ammonia and formic acid is discharged, and the sewage treatment pressure is increased. Therefore, in the existing rubber production process, an environment-friendly rubber latex emulsion is urgently needed.
