Referring to fig. 3, one side of the impurity removing box 1 is provided with a visible window 17, a bottom pillar 25 is installed below the impurity removing box 1, the visible window 17 is convenient for observing the internal working condition of the impurity removing box 1, and the installed bottom pillar 25 improves the stability of the impurity removing box 1.
Referring to fig. 4, a guide groove 24 is formed on the side surface of the filter box 2, the protrusion 23 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 24, and the protrusion 23 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 24, which is beneficial to improving the mounting stability of the quartz sand filter layer 13, the activated carbon filter layer 14 and the non-woven fabric filter layer 15.
The treatment method of the reverse osmosis wastewater treatment device comprises the following steps:
firstly, conveying the wastewater to an impurity removal filter belt 4 in an impurity removal box 1, driving a rotating shaft 3 to rotate through a transmission mechanism 5, so that the impurity removal filter belt 4 runs, fishing out impurities with large volume in the wastewater, and placing the impurities into a sewage discharge tank 8;
secondly, the wastewater after impurity removal flows into the V-shaped bottom plate 6, the small-volume impurities are filtered again through the filter plate 7, the filtered wastewater flows into the bottom of the impurity removal box 1, and the wastewater is subjected to precipitation treatment through the medicament released by the precipitation medicament box 19;
and step three, layering the precipitated wastewater, pumping the upper layer wastewater into the filter tank 2 through the water delivery assembly 20, improving the water pressure inside the filter tank 2, removing impurities, peculiar smell and bacteria in the wastewater through the filter assembly 22 in the filter tank 2, finally filtering the wastewater through the reverse osmosis membrane core 9 arranged in the filter cartridge 21, removing dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms and organic matters in the wastewater, and directly discharging the wastewater.
The use principle and the advantages are as follows:
when the reverse osmosis wastewater treatment device is used, wastewater is conveyed to an impurity removal filter belt 4 in an impurity removal box 1, a transmission mechanism 5 drives a rotating shaft 3 to rotate, so that the impurity removal filter belt 4 operates to salvage large-volume impurities in the wastewater, the wastewater is placed in a sewage discharge tank 8, the wastewater after impurity removal flows into a V-shaped bottom plate 6 to filter small-volume impurities again through a filter plate 7, the filtered wastewater flows into the bottom of the impurity removal box 1, the wastewater is subjected to precipitation treatment through a medicament released by a precipitation medicament box 19, the precipitated wastewater is layered, the upper-layer wastewater is extracted into a filter box 2 through a water delivery assembly 20, the water pressure in the filter box 2 is improved, impurities, peculiar smell and bacteria in the wastewater are removed through a filter assembly 22 in the filter box 2, and finally the wastewater is filtered through a reverse osmosis membrane core 9 arranged in a filter cylinder 21, removing dissolved salts, colloid, microorganism and organic matters in the wastewater, and then directly discharging.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. Reverse osmosis effluent treatment plant, including edulcoration case (1) and rose box (2), its characterized in that: a plurality of rotating shafts (3) are rotatably mounted above the impurity removing box (1) through bearings, impurity removing filter belts (4) are sleeved on the rotating shafts (3), a sewage discharge groove (8) is formed in one end of each impurity removing filter belt (4), the sewage discharge groove (8) is mounted on the impurity removing box (1), a transmission mechanism (5) is connected to one rotating shaft (3), a V-shaped bottom plate (6) is arranged in the impurity removing box (1), a filter plate (7) is inserted into the V-shaped bottom plate (6), and a precipitation chemical box (19) is fixedly mounted on the impurity removing box (1);
install rose box (2) one side of edulcoration case (1), install water delivery subassembly (20) on rose box (2), the one end of water delivery subassembly (20) is located the bottom of edulcoration case (1), and the other end is connected in rose box (2), install filter assembly (22) in rose box (2), and install on the lower surface and strain a section of thick bamboo (21), strain and install reverse osmosis membrane core (9) in section of thick bamboo (21).

A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: drive mechanism (5) include servo motor (51) and belt (52), servo motor (51) fixed mounting be in on edulcoration case (1), install respectively at the both ends of belt (52) the output of servo motor (51) and one of them on the output of axis of rotation (3).

A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the water delivery assembly (20) comprises a water pump (201), a water suction pipe (202) and a filter head (203), the water pump (201) is installed on the filter box (2), a water outlet of the water pump is communicated with the impurity removing box (1), one end of the water suction pipe (202) is fixedly connected with the filter head (203), and the other end of the water suction pipe is installed on a water inlet of the water pump (201).

A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: one side of the sewage discharging groove (8) is provided with a baffle (10), one end of the baffle (10) is fixedly connected with the impurity removing box (1), and the sewage discharging groove (8) is provided with a circulating pipe (11).
5. A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of edulcoration case (1) is provided with precipitation tank (12), the bottom of precipitation tank (12) is provided with drain (18), drain (18) are installed on the lower surface of edulcoration case (1).

A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the filter component (22) comprises a quartz sand filter layer (13), an activated carbon filter layer (14) and a non-woven fabric filter layer (15), wherein the quartz sand filter layer (13), the activated carbon filter layer (14) and the non-woven fabric filter layer (15) are sequentially installed from top to bottom in the impurity removal box (1).

A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 6, wherein: quartz sand filter layer (13), active carbon filter layer (14) and equal fixed mounting has interval support column (16) on the lower surface of non-woven fabrics filter layer (15), and all is provided with lug (23) on the side surface.
8. A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: one side of edulcoration case (1) is provided with visual window (17), sill (25) are installed to the below of edulcoration case (1).
9. A reverse osmosis wastewater treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein: a guide groove (24) is formed in the side surface of the filter box (2), and the protruding block (23) is clamped and slidably mounted in the guide groove (24).
10. The treatment method of the reverse osmosis wastewater treatment device is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

and thirdly, layering the precipitated wastewater, pumping the upper wastewater into the filter box (2) through the water delivery assembly (20), improving the water pressure inside the filter box (2), removing impurities, peculiar smell and bacteria in the wastewater through the filter assembly (22) in the filter box (2), and finally filtering the wastewater through a reverse osmosis membrane core (9) arranged in the filter cartridge (21) to remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms and organic matters in the wastewater, and directly discharging the wastewater.
