In this embodiment, the weight of the entire elevator loading/unloading vehicle can be reduced as much as possible while stably supporting the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded by providing the two support cantilevers 110, thereby realizing light weight production. Simultaneously, the weight reduction of whole loading and unloading car for the elevator can also suitably alleviate the user and use the physical demands when the loading and unloading car for the elevator that this embodiment provided, and the practicality promotes by a wide margin.
In addition, in the embodiment, the lower end surfaces of the two supporting cantilevers 110 are disposed obliquely, and one end of the supporting cantilevers, which is far away from the docking plate 120, is higher than one end of the supporting cantilevers, which is fixed to the docking plate 120. In one aspect, the end of the two supporting cantilevers 110 fixed to the docking plate 120 is thicker than the end thereof far away from the docking plate 120, so that the overall strength is higher, the cantilevers are not easily deformed or damaged by force, and the service life and performance are improved. On the other hand, the ends of the two supporting cantilevers 110 far away from the butt plate 120 are higher than the ends of the two supporting cantilevers 110 fixed to the butt plate 120, so that the two supporting cantilevers 110 are less likely to touch the car 700 when descending under the action of the lifting device 600, thereby avoiding stress deformation of the sill and the car frame, and improving the service performance and service life of the elevator and the car 700 thereof.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, when a user uses the lift truck to transport the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded to the inside of the elevator car 700, the lift truck is pushed to the area where the object 400 is located, the pedal 632 is lifted by foot, the stage 100 is lowered to a proper position, and then the object 400 is placed on the stage 100. Then, the handle 226 is rotated to adjust the position of the counterweight 500, so that the lift truck is in a balanced state and does not tilt forward. Then, the step 632 is stepped on by the foot to lift the object stage 100, so as to prevent the object stage 100 from pressing the sill and the car frame when entering the car 700. Subsequently, the user grips the handle 300, pushes the lift truck to the car 700 floor door, opens the car 700 floor door, and continues to push the lift truck so that the object 400 to be loaded and unloaded is positioned in the region above the center position of the car 700. At this time, the universal wheels 211 are positioned outside the car 700 and do not press the sill and the car frame. Then, the object stage 100 is lowered to a proper position by lifting the pedal 632 with feet, and the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded is placed in the middle of the car 700, at this time, the whole car 700 is uniformly stressed, and the unbalance loading phenomenon cannot occur. After the object 400 to be loaded and unloaded is placed, the handle 226 is rotated to move the counterweight block 500 to the central area of the four universal wheels 211, so that the elevator loading and unloading truck is in a balanced state. Then, the pedal 632 is stepped by the foot to lift the object stage 100, so that the object stage 100 is prevented from pressing the sill and the car frame when leaving the car 700. Finally, the user grasps the handle 300, withdraws the lift truck from the car 700, closes the door of the car 700, and transports the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded to a designated floor.
In contrast, referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the user uses the lift truck to transport the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded from the interior of the elevator car 700, the user should first step on the pedal 632 with his foot to lift the object table 100, so as to prevent the object table 100 from pressing against the sill and the car frame when entering the car 700. Then, the user grips the handle 300, pushes the lift truck to the car 700 landing door, opens the car 700 landing door, and continues to push the lift truck so that the platform 100 is positioned in the region above the center position of the car 700. At this time, the universal wheels 211 are positioned outside the car 700 and do not press the sill and the car frame. Next, the pedal 632 is lifted by foot to lower the stage 100 to a proper position, and the object 400 to be loaded or unloaded is placed on the stage 100, so that the whole car 700 is uniformly stressed and no unbalance loading occurs. After the object 400 to be loaded and unloaded is placed, the user rotates the handle 226 to adjust the position of the counterweight block 500, so that the elevator truck is in a balanced state and cannot topple forward. Then, the pedal 632 is stepped by the foot to lift the object stage 100, so that the object stage 100 is prevented from pressing the sill and the car frame when leaving the car 700. Finally, the user grasps the handle 300, withdraws the elevator truck from the car 700, and conveys the object 400 to be loaded and unloaded to a predetermined position.
In practical production, the length of the two supporting cantilevers 110 and the distance between the two supporting cantilevers 110 can be flexibly set according to the size of the object 400 to be loaded and unloaded and the size of the car 700, and the invention is not limited thereto and falls within the protection scope of the invention.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have their respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or recited in detail in a certain embodiment.
