The cover top surface 31 of the cover 3 is provided with a limit structure matched with the supporting table 221, specifically as follows: the cover plate top surface 31 is provided with a first limiting boss 311 and a second limiting boss 312 which are formed by protruding outwards, four groups of first limiting bosses 311 are arranged in the front-rear direction, and three limiting areas corresponding to the supporting table 221 are formed between the two groups of first limiting bosses 311 in the middle, between the first limiting boss 311 on the rear side and the rear side edge, and between the first limiting boss 311 on the front side and the front side edge. The second limiting boss 312 is formed in the limiting area and is matched with the fourth groove 221 b.
The top surface 31 of the cover plate can be used for carrying another logistics apparatus assembly, at this time, the tray 2 of the other logistics apparatus assembly is placed on the top surface 31 of the cover plate, and three sets of supporting tables 221 of the tray 2 are correspondingly embedded in three limiting areas of the top surface 31 of the cover plate, so as to play a role in limiting forwards and backwards. The second limiting boss 312 is embedded into the fourth groove 221b of the tray 2 to play a role of horizontal limiting, so that relative sliding between two adjacent logistics appliance components is avoided, and toppling over during stacking is avoided. The technical principle is fully understood with particular reference to the left side view of the logistics implement assembly of fig. 13 when it houses a refrigerator compressor.
The invention further provides a logistics appliance packaging method for the refrigerator compressors, the method is realized based on the logistics appliance assembly, and multiple groups of refrigerator compressors 4 can be accommodated in the logistics appliance assembly. And secondly, placing a second partition board on the refrigerator compressor 4, accommodating the top of the refrigerator compressor 4 in the accommodating cavity 121 of the second partition board, placing another group of refrigerator compressors 4 on the second partition board, and repeating the steps until the last group of refrigerator compressors 4 is placed on the uppermost partition board.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, a second packaging process diagram of the logistics apparatus assembly in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, where two partition boards 1 are a first partition board and a second partition board in sequence from bottom to top. For convenience of presentation, the second separator is considered as the uppermost separator.
And thirdly, placing the cover plate 3 on the last group of refrigerator compressors 4, wherein the top of the refrigerator compressors 4 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 121 of the cover plate 3, so as to form a logistics appliance assembly accommodating the refrigerator compressors 4. And in particular to fig. 18, a third packaging process diagram of a logistics apparatus assembly in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
And step four, placing another logistics appliance assembly containing the refrigerator compressor 4 on the cover plate 3. The other logistics appliance assembly containing the refrigerator compressor 4 comprises a second tray, and the placement method of the logistics appliance assembly comprises the following steps: the forklift arm extends to the tray bottom surface 22 between two adjacent supporting platforms 221 of the second tray, lifts the second tray to the cover plate top surface 31 of the cover plate 3, the supporting platforms 221 are embedded in a limiting area on the cover plate top surface 31, and a second limiting boss 312 of the cover plate top surface 31 is embedded in a fourth groove 221b on the bottom surface of the supporting platform 221.
And in particular to fig. 19, a fourth packaging process diagram of the logistics apparatus assembly in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the figure, two trays 2 are a first tray and a second tray in sequence from bottom to top. For ease of illustration, only the second tray is shown for another logistics receptacle assembly housing the refrigerator compressor 4.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that modifications and variations could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present invention, and such modifications and variations should also be regarded as being within the scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. a limiting unit which is matched with the bottom end of the compressor body (41) of the refrigerator compressor (4) or/and a clearance unit which corresponds to the bracket (42) of the refrigerator compressor (4) are arranged in the cavity (111);
The limiting unit comprises at least two trapezoid supporting tables (111 b) or/and arc supporting tables (111 c) formed by outwards protruding cavity surfaces (111 a) of the cavity (111), and the clearance unit comprises clearance grooves (111 d) formed by inwards recessing the cavity surfaces (111 a);
when the refrigerator compressor (4) is accommodated in the cavity (111), a gap exists between the bottom surface of the compressor body (41) of the refrigerator compressor (4) and the cavity surface (111 a).
2. The logistic appliance assembly for refrigerator compressor according to claim 1, wherein at least any one of the tray top surface (21), the tray bottom surface (22) and the bottom surface of the supporting table (221) is provided with a shock-absorbing boss (23) formed to protrude outward.
3. A logistic appliance assembly for a refrigerator compressor according to claim 1, wherein the top surface (11) of the partition plate is further provided with an inwardly concaved pointing groove (112), and the pointing groove (112) corresponds to the cavity (111).
4. The logistic appliance assembly for refrigerator compressor according to claim 1, wherein the supporting table (221) is provided with a third groove (221 a) formed to be recessed inward at a side thereof.

The logistic appliance assembly for refrigerator compressors according to any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a cover plate (3) arranged above the uppermost partition plate (1), wherein a cover plate bottom surface (32) of the cover plate (3) is concavely formed with a containing cavity (121) adapted to the top of the refrigerator compressor (4) and corresponding to the cavity (111), and a cover plate top surface (31) of the cover plate (3) is provided with a limiting structure adapted to the supporting table (221).
