The invention is connected with the tractor through the coupling device, and the tractor is used for traction movement, so that the carriage of the chain coupler can move and circulate among different stations, thereby overcoming the defect of the traditional manual cart; and can realize the push-pull dual-purpose function according to the user demand.

Technical Field

Background
The tractor is a transport tool matched with various railway vehicles, and can timely and rapidly pull away unpowered or damaged vehicles on the railway by the traction of the tractor in an intermittent and periodic working mode, and the tractor can walk on the railway and the ground to realize the traction of different types of vehicles.
The car coupler patterns on the existing tractor are basically 15-number hooks, tight-locking hooks and the like, and can be directly linked with the existing majority of car couplers, but the car coupler has the defects that: the carriage of the chain coupler of the traction equipment cannot be connected, the chain coupler can only bear the tensile force, the chain coupler cannot be used when the trolley is pushed, if the carriage can only be pulled by the tractor, then when the carriage needs to run in the opposite direction, the carriage needs to be pushed to the other direction manually, for example, the tractor is in front of the carriage, the existing tractor can only pull the carriage to advance in the forward direction, but cannot realize the advance in the direction of the carriage, the tractor needs to be changed into one direction, time and labor are wasted, and if the tractor runs on a track, the position is difficult to be exchanged. Therefore, the present invention has a need to design a hitch for connecting a chain coupler car and a tractor, which can realize the functions of pushing and pulling according to the needs of users.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the coupling device for the rail transit vehicle, which is dual-purpose in push-pull, flexible in adjustment, time-saving, labor-saving and low in cost.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the coupling device for the rail transit vehicle comprises a coupling main body, wherein one end of the coupling main body is provided with a first connecting part connected with a towed body, and the other end of the coupling main body is provided with a second connecting part connected with the towed body; two sides of the first connecting part are provided with an epitaxial push rod, and the push rod is provided with a push plate for being abutted with a towed body; the linking main body is movably connected with the first connecting part.
Further, a universal mechanism and a length adjusting mechanism are arranged between the push rod and the push plate.
Further, a universal nut is welded on the back of the push plate, one end of the push rod is connected with a screw rod through threads, a universal joint is arranged on the screw rod, and the universal nut and the universal joint form the universal mechanism; the length adjusting mechanism is formed between the screw rod and the threads of the push rod.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3: the coupling device for the rail transit vehicle comprises a coupling main body, wherein one end of the coupling main body is provided with a first connecting part 3 connected with a towed body, and the other end of the coupling main body is provided with a second connecting part 2 connected with the towed body; two sides of the first connecting part 3 are provided with an epitaxial push rod 4, and the push rod 4 is provided with a push plate 5 for abutting against a towed body; the linking main body is movably connected with the first connecting part.
The scheme has the following advantages: (1) The traction body can push the towed body to move by arranging the push rod and the push plate, and the invention can be used for pushing the carriage to move and pulling the carriage to move according to the use requirement of a user. In this embodiment, two ends of the first connecting portion 3 respectively extend outwards to form fixing arms 7 arranged in mirror images, namely: the fixing arm 7 is screwed or welded to the side plate 31 of the first connection portion by the fixing plate 71. The fixed arm 71 is of a bending structure, one end of the push rod 4 passes through the fixed arm 71 and is fixedly connected with the fixed arm, and a universal mechanism and a length adjusting mechanism are arranged between the other end of the push rod 4 and the push plate. Example 2
