Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted accessories, in particular to a vehicle-mounted windscreen wiper with an internal carbon fiber electric heating device.
Background
In order to improve the driving safety of the automobile in rainy and snowy weather, the current automobile adopts a measure of installing a windscreen wiper in front of a windshield so as to ensure a good view of a driver. However, the existing windscreen wiper installed on an automobile has a single function, and the rubber blade of the windscreen wiper is elastically reduced under a cold condition, so that the adhesion between the rubber blade and the windscreen is reduced, and the windscreen wiper cannot be quickly cleaned under the condition of a cold temperature. On the other hand, in cold weather, a frost layer can be condensed on the windshield glass when the automobile is not started for a long time, the frost layer cannot be effectively cleaned by the common windscreen wiper, and then the joint of the windscreen wiper and the windshield glass can be frozen frequently, and even a motor of the windscreen wiper can be damaged.

Furthermore, two holes are arranged on two sides of the center of the top of the rubber scraping strip, an elastic contact is fixed in each hole of the rubber scraping strip and comprises a spring and a hemispherical metal sheet, a carbon fiber heating wire for heating the rubber scraping strip and a temperature sensor is fixed in each rubber scraping strip,
furthermore, two holes are formed in two sides of the center of the windscreen wiper mounting sleeve, a contact piece is arranged in the windscreen wiper mounting sleeve, one side of the contact piece is connected with a lead passing through the swing arm, and the other side of the contact piece is in contact with an elastic contact of the rubber scraping strip.
Furthermore, the elastic contact is connected with the temperature sensor and the carbon fiber heating wire.
Furthermore, two ends of the windscreen wiper mounting sleeve are sleeved with fixing clamping sleeves for preventing the strip-shaped rubber scraping strip from being separated from the inside of the mounting groove.
Further, the length of the mounting groove is the same as that of the strip-shaped rubber scraping strip.
Furthermore, the swing arm of the windscreen wiper is provided with a through hole, and a conducting wire passes through the through hole.
Furthermore, holes for mounting a windscreen wiper mounting sleeve are formed in two sides of the connector, and holes for mounting a windscreen wiper swing arm are formed in two sides of the connector. The center of the top surface of the connector is provided with a through hole for passing a wire.
Furthermore, the heating control circuit judges whether heating is needed or not according to a signal transmitted by the temperature sensor, and automatically heats according to the need to automatically stop heating when reaching a certain temperature.
The vehicle-mounted windscreen wiper with the internal electric heating device has the advantages that under the control of the temperature controller, the internal lead is heated through the carbon fiber heating wire powered by the storage battery, so that the windscreen wiper has an automatic heating function, the problem that the windscreen wiper is not frozen together with windshield glass after being not started for a long time is solved, the adhesion between the rubber scraping strip heated in cold weather and the windshield glass is greatly enhanced, and the dirt cleaning capability and the defrosting capability of the windscreen wiper in cold weather are improved.
