Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical terms used in the examples of the present application have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art.
In order to prevent a passenger in a vehicle from being thrown away from a seat under dangerous conditions such as severe collision and rolling of the vehicle, and the passenger is injured due to secondary collision, an airbag is usually arranged in the vehicle to protect personal safety of the passenger. When the vehicle has a collision accident, the safety airbag is quickly inflated and then popped up instantly, so that the buffer effect is achieved, and the injury to passengers caused by the vehicle collision accident is reduced.
In the related art, an airbag is generally installed in front of a vehicle, and when a vehicle has a collision accident, the airbag is rapidly ejected from the front to protect a front portion of a passenger's body. However, this type of airbag cannot protect a part of the passenger's body in other directions, and is low in safety.
The embodiment of the application can protect the body of a passenger in all directions by providing the safety airbag device, and the safety is high.
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the following will describe the embodiments of the present application in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an airbag device including an airbag 100, a gas generator 200, and a housing 600. The first end of the airbag 100 communicates with the gas generator 200 and the second end of the airbag 100 is closed. The airbag 100 and the gas generator 200 are installed in the housing 600. The housing 600 is adapted to be mounted within the seat side wing 310 of a vehicle or within the side fencing panel of a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 2, when the vehicle is safely driven, the airbag 100 is in a folded state and is located inside the housing 600. As shown in fig. 1, when a vehicle collision occurs, the gas generator 200 inflates the airbag 100, the airbag 100 is ejected from the housing 600 to the outside of the seat 300, the middle portion of the airbag 100 protrudes away from the seat 300, and the second end of the airbag 100 approaches the seat 300. Each part of the structure in the drawings is a schematic view, and the shape of each structure can be set as required. It will be appreciated that the first end of the airbag 100 communicates with the gas generator 200 while the edge of the first end of the airbag 100 forms a seal with the gas generator 200 so that the gas generator 200 can inflate the airbag 100 without the gas escaping. The gas generator 200 inflates the airbag 100, which means that the gas generator 200 performs a corresponding operation based on an inflation instruction, for example, performs an ignition operation to ignite the solid fuel in the airbag 100, so that the solid fuel can form a large amount of gas, and the gas can rapidly fill the entire airbag. If the seat is located on the left side of the vehicle, the housing 600 is adapted to be mounted in the left seat side wing 310 of the seat or in the side fencing panel on the left side of the vehicle; if the seat is on the right side of the vehicle, the shell 600 is adapted to fit within the right seat side wing of the seat or within the side fencing on the right side of the vehicle. With this arrangement, when a vehicle collision occurs, the airbag 100 can be quickly ejected from the outside of the vehicle to further reduce the damage to the passenger 400 caused by the vehicle-outside collision. As shown in fig. 1, when the airbag 100 is in an inflated state, the airbag 100 has a substantially U-shape, the opening of the U-shape faces the seat 300, the airbag 100 and the seat 300 substantially enclose an O-shape, and the passenger 400 is located in the enclosed area formed by the airbag 100 and the seat 300. Since the body of the passenger 400 is wrapped in the enclosed area, the body of the passenger 400 can be protected in all directions. Further, even if the sitting posture of the passenger 400 is not standardized, the passenger 400 can be protected in all directions.
The technical scheme that this application embodiment provided, through the first end with airbag 100 and gas generator 200 intercommunication, airbag 100's second end is sealed, and when the vehicle collided, gas generator 200 can be aerifyd to airbag 100 in to make airbag 100 pop out to the outside of seat 300, in order to play the guard action to passenger 400. When the airbag 100 is ejected from the housing 600 to the outside of the seat 300, the middle portion of the airbag 100 protrudes away from the seat 300, the second end of the airbag 100 approaches the seat 300, and the body of the passenger 400 is wrapped between the airbag 100 and the seat 300, so that the airbag apparatus can protect the body of the passenger 400 in all directions, and has high safety.
The details and operation of the airbag device provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the gas generator 200 is connected to a seat back frame 320. For example, the gas generator 200 may be fixed to the seat back frame 320 by bolts 500, or the gas generator 200 may be fixed to the seat back frame 320 by screws, or the gas generator 200 may be fastened to the seat back frame 320 by a fastening structure. Thus, the gas generator 200 is fixed, and the gas generator 200 is prevented from being separated from the seat side flap 310 after the airbag 100 is inflated by the gas generator 200, and the inflated airbag 100 is prevented from being separated from the seat side flap 310, thereby ensuring that the occupant 400 can be protected in all directions. If the case 600 and the gas generator 200 are fixed together, the case 600 may be fastened to the seat back frame 320 by bolts, screws, or fastening structures, so that the airbag 100 after being inflated is prevented from being separated from the seat side wings 310, and the occupant 400 can be protected in all directions.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 is a single chamber. It can be understood that the airbag 100 can cushion the passenger 400 in case of a collision accident of the vehicle, thereby protecting the passenger 400 and improving safety.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 has a plurality of chambers, and two adjacent chambers are sewn together or connected together by a connecting member. It should be noted that the airbag 100 with multiple chambers can provide stronger cushioning effect to the passenger 400, thereby improving the safety.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 includes a first inflection point 110 and a second inflection point 120, both the first inflection point 110 and the second inflection point 120 being located on a side of the airbag 100 adjacent to the seat 300. When the airbag 100 is in an inflated state, the airbag 100 extends in the length direction of the vehicle and away from the seat 300, then extends in the width direction of the vehicle at a first inflection point 110, and finally extends in the length direction of the vehicle and close to the seat 300 at a second inflection point 120. It will be appreciated that by providing the first inflection point 110 and the second inflection point 120, the airbag may be formed in a U-shape when the inflation is completed, and may be enclosed in an O-shape with the seat 300.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 has wrinkles at both the first inflection point 110 and the second inflection point 120. In some embodiments, the pleats may be W-shaped pleats, formed by sewing. As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 is provided with a first drawstring at a first inflection point 110 and the airbag 100 is provided with a second drawstring at a second inflection point 120. It should be noted that the drawstring is a band having a degree of tightness. It will be appreciated that the provision of the pleat or draw tape may cause the airbag 100 to deploy in accordance with a predetermined shape. That is, when the airbag 100 is inflated, the airbag 100 is firstly ejected from one side of the seat 300 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, then changes the extension direction at the first inflection point 110, i.e., extends in the width direction of the vehicle and toward the other side of the seat 300 at the first inflection point 110, and finally changes the extension direction at the second inflection point 120, i.e., extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and near the seat 300 at the second inflection point 120, so that the airbag 100 may have a U-shape to enclose the body of the passenger 400 between the seat 300 and the airbag 100, thereby protecting the passenger 400 in all directions.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 further includes a third inflection point 130 and a fourth inflection point 140, and the third inflection point 130 and the fourth inflection point 140 are both located on a side of the airbag 100 away from the seat 300. The third inflection point 130 corresponds to the first inflection point 110, and the fourth inflection point 140 corresponds to the second inflection point 120. When the airbag 100 is in an inflated state, the airbag 100 extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and away from the seat 300, then extends in the width direction of the vehicle at the first inflection point 110 and the third inflection point 130, and finally extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and close to the seat 300 at the second inflection point 120 and the fourth inflection point 140. It should be noted that, since the third inflection point 130 corresponding to the first inflection point 110 and the fourth inflection point 140 corresponding to the second inflection point 120 are provided when the airbag 100 is inflated, the side of the airbag 100 away from the seat 300 can be deployed in a predetermined shape as well as the side of the airbag 100 close to the seat 300, so that the airbag 100 can be more easily formed in a U-shape after being deployed.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the airbag 100 has wrinkles at the third inflection point 130 and the fourth inflection point 140. In some embodiments, the pleats may be W-shaped pleats, formed by sewing. In some embodiments, the airbag 100 is provided with a third pull strap at the third inflection point 130 and the airbag 100 is provided with a fourth pull strap at the fourth inflection point 140. The third drawstring and the fourth drawstring are drawstrings with elasticity. It will be appreciated that the provision of the pleat or draw tape may cause the airbag 100 to deploy in accordance with a predetermined shape. In some embodiments, the first and second draw tapes are tightened against the third and fourth draw tapes. It can be understood that the first and second drawstrings are located on the side of the airbag 100 close to the seat 300, and the third and fourth drawstrings are located on the side of the airbag 100 away from the seat 300. since the first and second drawstrings are tightened against the third and fourth drawstrings, the direction of extension of the airbag 100 can be changed more easily when passing through the first and third inflection points 110 and 130 or the airbag 100 passes through the second and fourth inflection points 120 and 140, thereby preventing the airbag 100 from being unable to change the direction of extension due to over-tightening of the third drawstring.
In some embodiments, the interior of the airbag 100 is provided with a coating. It should be noted that, by providing the coating layer, the sealing performance of the airbag 100 can be improved, the airbag 100 is prevented from generating air leakage after being inflated, the air leakage rate of the airbag 100 is reduced, the pressure maintaining time of the airbag 100 is increased, and a better protection effect is provided for the passenger 400.
In some embodiments, the vehicle further includes a collision sensor for detecting a collision intensity at the time of collision of the vehicle and generating a collision signal based on the collision intensity, the collision sensor sending the collision signal to the controller. When the collision intensity is greater than the target intensity, the controller generates an inflation command instructing the gas generator 200 to inflate the airbag 100. It should be noted that the number of the collision sensors is one or more. When a plurality of collision sensors are provided, the plurality of collision sensors are respectively mounted in regions where a vehicle body is likely to collide, for example, in regions in a front fender panel, under a headlamp bracket, in a middle side flap, and the like of the vehicle body. When the vehicle collides, the controller may generate the inflation command based on the collision strengths detected by the plurality of collision sensors.
In some embodiments, the vehicle includes a face recognition device, such as a camera device, that is used to capture image information on the corresponding seat 300. The face recognition device transmits the collected image information to the controller, and the controller determines whether the passenger 400 is seated on the seat 300 based on the image information. For example, when the image information is the face information, the controller determines that the seat 300 has the passenger 400 seated thereon; when the image information is non-human face information, the controller determines that the seat 300 has no passenger 400 seated. When the seat 300 has the passenger 400 seated thereon and the collision intensity is greater than a target intensity, a target inflation command is generated, wherein the target inflation command is used to instruct the gas generator 200 in the seat 300 having the passenger 400 seated thereon to inflate the airbag 100 in that seat 300. For example, when the passenger 400 is seated in the driver's seat 300 and the collision strength is greater than the target strength, a target inflation command is generated, which instructs the gas generator 200 in the driver's seat 300 to inflate the airbag 100 in the driver's seat 300 to protect the driver. The controller does not generate the target inflation command if the rear left seat 300 has no passenger 400 seated, that is, the gas generator 200 in the rear left seat 300 does not inflate the airbag 100 in the rear seat 300 when the vehicle is in a collision or not. By providing the face recognition device, when a vehicle collides, the airbag 100 of the seat 300 on which no passenger 400 is seated can be prevented from being inflated, and thus the maintenance loss of the vehicle can be reduced on the basis of accurately protecting the passenger 400. It should be noted that, one face recognition device may be arranged to collect image information on each seat 300 in the vehicle, or a plurality of face recognition devices may be arranged, and each face recognition device corresponds to one seat 300.
In some embodiments, the vehicle includes seat pressure sensors adapted to be mounted within corresponding seats 300. The seat pressure sensor is used to detect a pressure value carried by the corresponding seat 300, which the seat pressure sensor sends to the controller. The controller determines whether or not the seat 300 corresponding to the seat pressure sensor has the passenger 400 seated thereon based on the pressure value. When the pressure value is greater than or equal to the target pressure value, the controller determines that the seat 300 has the passenger 400 seated thereon. When the pressure value is less than the target pressure value, the controller determines that the seat 300 is not seated with the occupant 400. Further, when the seat 300 has the passenger 400 seated thereon and the collision intensity is greater than the target intensity, a target inflation command is generated, wherein the target inflation command is used to instruct the gas generator 200 in the seat 300 having the passenger 400 seated thereon to inflate the airbag 100 in the seat 300. For example, when the pressure value detected by the seat pressure sensor of the driver's seat 300 is greater than the target pressure value and the collision intensity is greater than the target intensity, the controller generates a target inflation command for instructing the gas generator 200 in the seat 300 in which the driver is present to inflate the airbag 100 in the driver's seat 300 to protect the driver. When the pressure value detected by the seat pressure sensor of the left seat of the rear row is smaller than the target pressure value and the collision strength is smaller than the target strength, the controller does not generate the target inflation command, that is, the gas generator 200 in the left seat of the rear row does not inflate the airbag 100 in the seat of the rear row. By providing each seat 300 with a pressure sensor, it is possible to avoid inflating the airbag 100 in the seat 300 on which no passenger 400 is seated when the vehicle collides, and thus it is possible to reduce the maintenance loss of the vehicle while accurately protecting the passenger 400. It should be noted that the vehicle includes a plurality of seat pressure sensors, and each seat pressure sensor corresponds to one seat 300.
It is understood that the target inflation command may be generated by the controller based on the acquisition result of the face recognition device and the detection result of the collision sensor, or may be generated by the controller based on the detection result of the seat pressure sensor and the detection result of the collision sensor.
In addition, the controller can generate a corresponding target inflation instruction based on the acquisition result of the face recognition device or the detection result of the pressure sensor of the seat 300 and the detection result of the collision sensor, so as to protect the passenger 400 on the seat 300 with the passenger 400 seated thereon more accurately, and the maintenance loss of the vehicle can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment also provides a vehicle including a seat 300, a controller, a collision sensor, and an airbag device as in any one of the above. The airbag device is installed in the seat 300. The collision sensor is used for detecting the collision strength when the vehicle collides and generating a collision signal based on the collision strength, and the collision sensor sends the collision signal to the controller. When the collision intensity is greater than the target intensity, the controller generates an inflation command instructing the gas generator 200 to inflate the airbag 100.
